We have been going to Marcos & Privilege Auto Body for years!!! We ve had our share of auto accidents over the years, as my wife and I are in our mid-50s, and I can honestly say that no one is better able to fix our vehicles than this auto body shop. There is a difference in quality that s noticeable. Marcos is prompt, professional, and makes our vehicles look brand new like the factory showroom. We ve had him fix everything from a classic Mustang, a SS Camaro, to now a brand new Rav 4 Hybrid XLE Premium. We were heartbroken when someone smashed into the two doors on the driver s side just a few months after we purchased it. We knew from experience that fixing doors is tricky, and when our Camry was hit years ago a DIFFERENT auto body shop screwed up the repair and the door never closed properly with the window frequently malfunctioning. We knew the job had to be done right especially with this car almost brand new. The decision was easy because there is no company we trust to fix our car other than Privilege Auto Body and Marcos! He is so sharp and knowledgeable with years of experience including our own cars, we felt 100% comfortable he would make our car brand new again!! Once again he delivered and our car looks just as perfect as it did the day we drove it off the new car lot!! This job is absolutely meticulous and there is no sign whatsoever of the accident!! Thank you Marcos YOU AND YOUR COMPANY ARE THE HIGHEST QUALITY AUTO BODY SHOP AROUND!!!

Marcos was great! It was the best quote I got across many auto body shops and he did a great job. They ended up doing more than what I was quoted for free just to make sure it was done right. Highly recommend and would definitely come back (though hope I wouldn t need to)

I would like to say that Marcos and his crew did an amazing job. I had a body kit painted for my 05' BMW 530i, Marcos matched the paint perfectly to the car and you couldn't tell that it was repainted at all. Price was great for the work that was required for the job. He also did a paint-less dent removal which turned out perfectly, could not tell where the dents were. My car is low to the ground and the wheel caught the fender and caused it to poke out a little bit, but it was no issue for Marcos, he took care of it no problem and for a very good price. I thank Marcos and his team at Privilege Auto Body & Paint for doing such a great job on the car and will be giving them business in the future. Highly Recommended.Service: Painting

My Tesla Model 3 had an unfortunate brush with our trash bin when my son tried to squeeze by it on trash day. This resulted in an extensive array of light scratches on the front right fender. I immediately knew to take my Tesla to Marcos at Privilege Auto Body because of the great job he did on my wife s VW ID.4 last year. Marcos quoted me $300 to polish out as many of the scratches as possible but when I picked up my Tesla I discovered he was able to polish out all the scratches - like it never happened! Not only that but he only charged me $140!! I don t know anybody else who does that and that s not the first time he s done that for me. Marcos at Privilege Auto Body is not interested in taking your money, he s interested in EARNING it, along with your repeated business. Take your auto body woes to him and you ll see.

Marcos and his team did an amazing job restoring the bumper and side panel on my mom's 2007 highlander. He was able to give me a quote via email with pictures provided and did a fantastic job at the quoted price. Everything was quick and easy. They even detailed the car when they were done! Highly recommend Privilege Auto Body!

Take a look at the police cars in the shop! My son, who serves in the Marines, brought his Black Chevy Malibu here to get an estimate for some faded paint spots. During the estimate, the owner not only examined the paint but ended up taking even more paint off the car. To our shock, he then told my son that he wouldn't do anything to fix it. I rushed over when my son called, insisting, "We need to call the police!" The owner, however, countered with, "The Torrance PD is here, just look at their cars." I advised my son that these were the notorious Torrance bullies, and it wasn't worth pursuing. Instead, he ended up getting the job done at a friend's shop. Been living in Torrance most of my life, still can't believe this type of stuff happens in Torrance. Just a disgrace.

I was extremely impressed by Marco's work. He went the extra mile for me and straightened the frame without cutting it off the car. He remained very professional even when dealing with a very lousy insurance the other party had (who hit my car had). I was kept up to date on everything that was going on with the insurance and was assured that everything was going to turn out ok despite the insurance trying to cheap out. Cant say enough how much I appreciated the communication here so I what's going on with my car. This gave me piece of mind throughout the process.The end result was phenomenal, my car looked like new clean from inside and out. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs body work on their car.

Have you ever gotten anxiety from a car accident or a scratch/dent on your car? I have unfortunately experienced both on separate occasions and the only body shop I trust is Privilege Auto Body. Being a girl and dealing with car problems is the worst! You never know if someone is trying to rip you off by charging additional unnecessary things or who to trust when leaving your vehicle. Any time something happens to my car I can just call Marcos. He is always honest, straightforward, and dependable. He is experienced in dealing with body work and will get your car back to you as soon as possible. The only criticism I have for this business is it is hard to see from the main streets. If you can find the Shell gas station on Crenshaw and 190th then you have found this body shop, it's located right behind it. Other than that this is definitely the place you want to go if you need any kind of body work done. if I could give this place 10 stars I would!!!!

Marcos and his team are the absolute BEST you will find in the Torrance area! He was referred to me by another car guy in the South Bay that I trust, and I'm so glad I brought my car to him.I came in potentially needing a new front bumper, but Marcos was able to solve the problem without needing to replace it. It only took a few hours and his pricing is honest. He even buffed out some scratches that were on the car as a courtesy!Seriously, come to Marcos for your auto body needs. I'm so glad I didn't go to the dealership to fix my car. Marcos and Privilege Auto Body are unbelievably awesome. I got t-boned by my garage gate when the sensor broke and had a bad scratch across my door. AAA tried to recommend me a different shop but they weren't available for me to bring my car in for a whole week. I called Marcos and he said I could bring in my car right away. He was so receptive, explained everything clearly, and did the work quickly. He even got an Uber for my husband to a rental place so we could rent a car and gave my toddler son a car toy when I came to pick up the car. So nice! My car looked so good and I will be recommending Privilege to anyone and everyone that needs body or paint work. They have the best customer service and do good work!

I am so pleased with the service I received from Privilege. Service is the first indicator in deciding to entrust your asset with anyone. So, a 10 on that. I was referred to this shop by a couple of people, so their good reputation proceeded itself. And, they lived up to it. Flawless interaction with the insurance carrier, process went so smoothly, no hiccups at all. I picked up my car, and my husband and I were blown away. We have never seen the car look so nice. Absolute great attention to the details. Just gave it a little extra love, and we are so pleased. Definitely can trust they will do a phenomenal job.

Privilege auto body is THE go to shop for any and all repairs. This is the second time I ve had to get body repairs on my car and each time Marcos and his team have been absolutely amazing and have saved me from having a huge headache. They gave it their all to make my car look brand new and I am more than thankful for their hard work. Had to get polishing for a few of my panels because of rust stains that got stuck for a month and alignment. Price was very reasonable and the whole job went smoothly in one day. Highly recommend.

Another 5 star rating for Privilege Auto Body!My insurance company suggested a couple of shops and I did my own research as well. I called Marcos first and was satisfied he would do a great job. He is always very reassuring!There are a lot of moving parts in the auto body business and Privilege did them all with excellence. The quality of workmanship, service and turnaround were top rate. Marcos takes a lot of pride in his business. So much so that I will be called back to replace one of my new head lamps because he wasn't happy when he saw a little build up of moisture after washing my car. The paint matching and repairs are perfect and seamless. He replaced both headlamps so that they looked alike; only one was damaged. He sent my tire rim out to be buffed and it too is perfect. He repaired and painted a couple of door dings that were not part of the accident at no additional cost. Thank you!From meeting the demands of my insurance company, to coordinating the services needed outside of his shop to the finished repairs and service all completed within 2 weeks. I have had such work take a month.I hope to never need body work again but if I do, I will most definitely call Marcos at Privilege.

My car side mirror had a 1v1 with a wooden electrical pole as I was parallel parking and my side mirror lost. The dealership told me it could be weeks to months for their back orders to clear. So, I got an after market replacement side mirror online. I got two quotes for painting and installation. The first one felt kind of steep at another body shop. So I got a second one from Marcos at Privilege Auto and it was a great price; I didn't even bother to look for a third quote. The paint job came out perfect and they also installed it for me. It looks great, I'm very satisfied.Service: Painting

Great Auto Body shop in the south bay. Got rear ended and Marcos left my car looking brand new. Walked me through the insurance process and kept me up to date on the car's progress. If you ever need your car fixed, don't hesitate to visit Marcos and his body shop. 10/10

I recently experienced my first car accident and was nervous about the process of having my car repaired. Luckily, I took my care into Privilege Auto Body and cannot be more happy with the results. My car now looks as good as the day that I first drove it off the lot! The owner, Marcos, kept me updated on the progress of my car delivered high quality results. They did a great job repairing and replacing the damaged parts on my vehicle. The owner, Marcos gave me an accurate estimate when the car would be finished. He's a chill dude but serious when it came to dealing with customers which is a big plus. He was honest and told me about what had to be done and also went through the procedures. He didn't hesitate to give me a call to tell me about any news that popped up regarding my vehicle. His skilled team brought my vehicle back to the way it was.5/5 would recommend!

I had been in a car accident and came across Privelege Autobody online. I called and spoke to the owner Marcos, who was extremely helpful and friendly. He assured me that he would be able to work with my insurance company and have my car done in about a week. He was able to get me a rental car for that week and he and his workers were able to have my car done in that predicted time. Now it looks better than ever! if you want to deal with someone that is very professional and precise, call Marcos! I will definitely be referring him to everyone I know.

Just got a dent repaired and couldn't be any happier. I recommend this to anyone looking for a dent repair. What I liked the most was my car was finished in hours rather than days. Marcos is such a cool dude. Now my Camaro looks way better than it did before I got the repair.
