In my opinion, Pete's Autohaus is Absolutely the Premier South Bay of L.A. Mercedes & BMW repair and maintenance shop, regardless of year or model. Their highly-trained and efficient mechanics, personally customized and computer-based monitoring of all required maintenance, and Pete's wisdom & guidance due to his decades of experience, are prepared to quickly diagnose and cure every possible scenario. Their office staff of Paul, Dave & Linda (Pete's wife) are super friendly, high energy, very mechanically knowledgeable and 100% focused on correcting every issue at the lowest cost for their multitudes of loyal clients. I've known and trusted Pete and his staff for about 25 years with my Mercedes vehicles. I Highly Recommend bringing your Mercedes or BMW for his care.

Pete was awesome! I took my 96 S500 Coupe in to clear my check engine light required some work, but he also fixed my loose mirrors and a couple other things at no extra charge. They also washed the car which was a pleasant surprise! I won t go anywhere else thanks Pete!

They did a great job! Pete does a very good job of communicating along with his service tech David. They were many bumps because we were dealing with my insurance company and other outside unexpected challenges, but in the long run everything was really well handled. Thank you so very much.

I can't tell you how relieved I am when we know that someone reputable is working on my car. My husband was a former owner of a Mercedes and took his car to Pete's. Pete's Autohaus did an excellent job in repairing my engine, brakes and cooling system. They kept me informed through the entire process. The whole process from setting up an appointment, dropping the car off, and picking up the vehicle went smoothly. They even followed up to make sure my car was still running smoothly. Pete's is now my mechanic of choice for my Mercedes. Excellent service and great value. The whole team was very professional.Service: Engine repair

I would like to change the name of your service department to CONCIERGE SERVICE ! I have never experienced such great auto service with updated details, including pictures, of what has been preformed to what needs to be done to my vehicle. In all these years no one has never checked the condition of my spare tire or automatically add window wash fluid. I, also, appreciated the fact that when I mentioned the age of my vehicle, your response was, "We want to keep this vehicle around and safe for you to drive". And guess what. My vehicle drives better now than it has it a very long time. Thank you!

SUPER service despite an emergency visit with no appointment possible! Paul was SO helpful in communicating with me and keeping me updated on the diagnosis. The resultant fix was timely and effective. I was very minimally inconvenienced and the car was available when promised. THANK YOU!!!

Pete's Autohaus treats their customers excellent! Every staff member is polite, friendly and helpful. They attended to my concerns and explained the whole process easily so I could understand what was happening to my car. Pete emailed quotes and gave me options to possible services based on my car needs. Every step of the way Pete and Paul communicated what was happening and gave me pricing along the way. I trust their word and work.

Very professional independent shop. My Mercedes was due for various Maintenance services. I was assisted by Dave and Paul. Both were very helpful and my services were accomplished without a hitch. The shop's thoroughness was especially appreciated. I really enjoyed going to this shop. I called a day ahead with a coolant leak. They told me up front they were booked for a week, but if I wanted to come by the next day, they could take a quick look to see what the issue may be so I'd have a better time frame for how long it would take. I took it in the next day, and not only were they able to diagnose the problem for me, but they even worked it in so I could be done that day. The rates were very reasonable for a location that works on BMWs and such. They have been the best garage I've worked with in the 10 years I've had my car.Aside from the great service, everyone was very professional and the whole site was clean an organized. Not all mechanics are this clean and organized, and nothing against those who aren't, but I personally enjoy when they are. I was also offered a drink and air conditioning by a few different employees who saw me waiting outside. Overall, I plan to continue using this garage for future car issues.

I trust Pete s Autohaus over any shop or dealership I've ever been to (and trust me, I've been to many).I wouldn t hesitate for a second to send friends and family to Pete s Autohaus. They ve treated both me and my Mercedes with the highest levels of excellence in their service and workmanship. I m not using hyperbole here - Pete s Autohaus is beyond anything I ve found before, dealerships included, and I honestly feel that they are a step above trustworthy. You want honesty, competency, and fairness, I wouldn t recommend anywhere else, seriously! Not saying that to put other shops down, but saying it because these guys are that good.I ve been to a lot of auto mechanic shops and have seen a lot of good and bad along the way before I found Pete s Autohaus. Before Pete, I used to be skeptical that I was being ripped off or they weren t really fixing the issues that I would bring to their attention. That s not been the case with Pete!! Seriously, they re exceptionally skilled and, again, so trustworthy. Every time I see them, I sincerely feel like they treat me as they would personally hope to be treated, and I can t imagine them treating anyone or any car any less. It s truly as if they want you to have an outstanding experience, and wouldn t settle for less. They re passionate, kind, skilled, conscientious, detailed, and more than capable to resolve all the many things I throw at them. I was telling my girlfriend last night what a blessing it s been to have found these guys and how I sincerely wish I would ve found them sooner. Been going here for a decent amount of time now, and don t have any desire to look elsewhere.I found Pete s Autohaus by searching online, so I m posting this review as the least I could do to pay it forward. I actually found Pete's here on google reviews so hopefully someone else benefits from this review.

This was the first time I have used Pete s Autohaus for my 2019 Audi Q5 and my experience was excellent. Previously I had used the local Audi dealership for service, however they lost my trust by treating me poorly. My experience with David at Pete s Autohaus was the exact opposite. He was polite, considerate of my time and upfront with the repairs and service that was needed. My first visit to Pete's and they are as good or better than the yelp reviews I read - My 161 K miles X5 BMW needed a good review and they did wonderful job of reviewing and repairs to keep me on the road. A plus Team -highly recommend.

My first experience with Pete s Autohaus and it was great. First my appointment was out three weeks due to demand. Within a day I received a call from Pete s stating they had a cancellation. Had my car towed. Upon tow truck arriving I got a call from the driver stating there was a fire two businesses down from Pete s, no way to get to the shop as the streets were blocked. Pete called me, arranged for delivery for my car during the fire. Upon a review of my issue, Paul worked with my third party warranty company, got the bill settled and returned my car TWO days later!! All that I encountered at Pete s treated me like family. Pete, Paul, Dan and Linda were the best when attending to my needs. Call backs, response to questions and follow ups are much better than any dealer I ve gone to these past 40 years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. When you find a great business like this you share so someone can be respectfully helped and I will use Pete s as long as I have a car.Service: Auto water leak repair

It was my first visit last week, and I am so pleased to know I have a place to take my car with confidence and trust. After the check-up, Dave gave me the tutorial I needed for my new-to-me used Mercedes, and he was clear, patient and professional. Equally helpful and friendly was Alan, who drove me home after I dropped off the car. I will recommend Pete's Autohaus to friends and anyone who is looking for reliable car service.NEXT VISIT 4-18-23 Received the same excellent care for my car and the welcome transport home. Maintenance plan over for my BMW so found Pete s for continued services. Reviews were great and I had a great experience. Quality work at a better than dealer price and friendly staff. My only issue was that I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment. I ll have to plan ahead from now on for scheduled maintenance. I hope if an emergency comes up I can get in in a timely manner.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
