I m not one to make many reviews except when the customer service goes above and beyond then I have to take the time to write a review. I pulled up and had 4 guys work on the car right away. Besides the fact that I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. These guys could not of been nicer. The customer service was extremely impressive. Offering a drink right away. Beyond that, they were the nicest group of guys telling me every detail that was happening while they changed my oil. I hope these guys are getting paid fairly because their customer service was better than most places I ve ever been no matter the industry. Would give 6 stars to the workers if I could.

Was greeted as soon as I pulled into the drive way. I have never experienced a drive thru oil change. It was great, they told me about my car as they worked on it while I was still sitting in the car. Even had a chance to change my air filter, windshield wiper blade, and fix fluids in the car as needed. Great service guys! Keep up the positive vibes and great service!

All the guys at Oilstop are always so welcoming and polite from the moment I arrive... Not to mention amazingly fast, yet thorough.They always offer a complimentary beverage to me and my passengers.I like the fact they aren t pushy about upselling additional products that they recommend or happen to be promoting at the time... They simply tell me about the product, and if I say, no they move on and smile... I really appreciate that about them.I can always find an online coupon available for the service I need, as well.They re just an overall great place to get a quick oil change And the best part is; I don t even have to get out of the car! So I can observe what goes on &/or just chill out while they do their thing. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!Definitely recommend!

Friendly, Professional, & Great Service.You can stay in your car for an Oil Change, it will take 15 -20 minutes. Also, free Coke!Thanks y'all will come back again next time.

Loved the service, was greeted and they offer me a complementary drink water, soda. They were very welcoming I was so out in 10min fast service but very professional. My windshield got clean and they checked my tires and other stuff on my car I will definitely be back once I need a oil check again .

This was the absolute best customer service I have EVER received while getting an oil change. All of the employees were top notch! They explained everything to me, and all of them were well mannered and courteous! I definitely recommend!!

I m a huge fan of Oil Stop and have been using their services for a few years now. I started in Camarillo s where it was closest to me and now since moving to South Bay I was so happy to see a location near by. Same excellent service, same clean fast approach and super friendly staff who are knowledgeable in this area. While my car dealer and others may offer incentives, I know I can count on Oil Stop for consistency in every way.

Very grateful, very satisfied, with the service. They were explaining while they were working on it. Hard to find quality, honest, customer service now on days. Took care of my car needs. My engine sounded like clanking metal and it would start shaking badly do to a horrible oil change service. Since I took it to Oil Stop Drive Thru I feel more comfortable driving my car. I can relax now.

The staff at Oil Stop is always friendly & professional. They do a good job of explaining what they are doing & the offer additional relevant products & services without being pushy about it. I always leave there very satisfied!!!

I am always satisfied with their politeness & the offering of drinks. The only thing that gets annoying is when they try to nickel & dime you & add on all of these extra items & charges for everything. They even asked me if I wanted some services or treatments that I had just got on my last oil change 3000 miles ago. The guy hadn't even checked in the computer before asking me if I wanted it. So it gets annoying sometimes. Plus I had received 1 email with 2 different 12% discounts on it plus another email with a 24% discount on it, but for some reason they were both erased or taken back off of my phone so I couldn't use them. So that was a mystery why they were taken away.

This establishment has the best costumer service I ve ever experienced from any automotive related businesses. They were extremely professional and polite. From the moment I pulled in, someone was attentive. They guided me in, asked what I wanted done, and broke down in detail all the cost. They even offered me a beverage as I sat in my car while they went to work. It was a quick process, maybe 20min max. I highly recommend this place if you need any fluids changed.

Due to the amazing reviews, I felt I should drive here for my oil change. People kept repeatedly posting the employees don't make commission on upsells, so why did the employees constantly attempt to upsell me on every single item? They also tried to convince me to buy things I don't need at overpriced rates. Now, I simply don't trust the reviews at this location due to these issues.Oilstop says on their website they don't try to be the cheapest, so that is NOT why I'm complaining. But I don't like or trust oil change companies who try to convince me to buy things I don't need or try to upcharge me for every single item while I'm in my car waiting, and I don't appreciate the experience.Whatever happened to honesty and integrity in oil changes? Should we no longer expect it?

Upsale is a thing. I was offered every single thing possible for an oil change geesh!!! My 15 minutes turned into 45 minutes. Sigh! Just went for an oil change and every 5 minutes dude is like you need this, this, this and that. I'm thinking can I just get my Oil change!!!

Fist time trying this place, and must say best there is in town, super friendly, they truly hook you up...for the price it's awesome for what they do...not like the other that change you extra to even check tire pressure, hopefully it doesn't ever change...keep it up

Stay in your car and let them do a multi point service check. Not paid on commissions, so no pressure. They will offer you a drink and talk you through everything they are doing. Very service oriented and super polite. It's Chevron based, so you know it's clean and well lit.
