I'm now a big customer fan of O'Reilly Auto store. The salespeople are the best and helpful!! Sorry that they have to work late but it was a blessing to me to purchase power steering fluid at 8:30pm.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Came here for a something urgent at 8:55 on a Saturday. They were closed, door locked no one in sight their upper management may not be be happy to know they close early. Won t be going here again out of principle

Great customer service and a good selection of parts. They even go out to your vehicle to help identify the problem if time permits. Join their rewards program for deals and discounts.There is lots of parking available. Located on PCH between Michael's and the H Mart grocery store.

This is one of the last parts stores I can find that has some solid employees. Really impressed by a couple of the guys here. They know their stuff, and they've got great attitudes which is really nice when you've been struggling with a project.

I was recently in O'Reilly's with my Grandfather getting a rotor and brakes for his truck, We had the pleasure having Frank assist us. Frank was very professional and patient with us. He went over prices, and brands of parts with us. When we left we where very satisfied with what we got and for the price. It truly was great service for the entire team!! Thank you again. Will definitely be back!

Came in to get oil for my car, I had never been to an O'Reilly store before and was a little confused on the store set up. I'm use to seen cashiers up front and a parts counter in the back and this particular store did not have the cashiers section it's all done from the parts counter in the back of the store. I found my engine oil and heading to the parts counter in the back to pay and the gentleman that was there was there was helping some one else and briefly asked the customer to hold on for a second and pointed his focused towards me to let me know he pr another staff member would be right with me. I thought that was very polite and professional of him to do. With in a few moments I was able to pay and head out on my way and thought the staff was very professional and prompt to help. I like this store a lot and will be returning

The employees here are extremely helpful. I go here whenever I need parts for my cars. I do minor work/maintenance on my cars, mostly filters, lights, fluids, etc.They are quick at looking up the part I need and the prices are reasonable. I will continue to be a customer if they keep it up.

Employee spent the necessary time to get the parts I needed and I did not feel rushed in any way. He looked up everything I needed to buy and helped make sure I had the correct parts. Very courteous and helpful service.

Employees there are super nice and helpful ! They installed my wiper blades for me within seconds and I haven t changed them since! It s been over 5 years and I trust their products completely :)

Came in for what I thought was a busted tail light, the gentleman (which seemed like he was getting trained, but helpful) helped me quickly, efficiently boom in and out. Turns out lights were fine, so luckily I didn t just rip light package open and I waited, (probably cause meditation is helping with my patience) and manager helped me return quickly and efficiently. Keep it up yall, I ll be back when I need to get some antifreeze and oil.

Went in to buy a code reader. They had the item I wanted, but couldn't sell it to me because they didnt have any money in the register to make change with. Had to walk out and go to auto zone.

Only one person working per shift!Enough Said, this place is really bad.I've been here more then five times and ready to give up. I've tried working around the unexpected long wait times but, this is impossible. Everyone that's is saying this place is good, please stop saying that? What's wrong with you guys... it's not. This is one of the most poorly managed places around in fact you feel like your all alone after walking though the store.

The employees at this O Reilly location are extremely helpful I came here twice in the same day to charge my battery and one really nice and kind employee named Geo was very super helpful with helping me get cleaners and recommendations for my windshield.

Returns are incredibly shady. The customer service at this location is sub-par compared to other locations. They actively refuse to help. That type. Hard pass on this location.

Ordered parts they didnt have them at the time they told me come back. After this discussion they couldnt give me an accurate time on when they would arrive maybe 2 to 3 hours later and another ten mile trip back. Needless to say i went elsewhere. Poor communication

Just like all the other auto parts stores only go if you are in dire straights because the prices are double to triple what you can get things for online. Nope no price matching either.
