Fransisco is the absolute best mechanic. I have a bmw 328i and he has been fixing every issue I ve had with this car with no complaints. I highly recommend anyone with a BMW or other models to visit this place. Prices are very reasonable too.

Every experience I've had with Francisco has been nothing short of perfect. He always works hard, is fair, and is reliable. Every trouble Ive had , he's fixed it within reasonable prices. He even gives me a heads up or recommendations if I decided to take care of certain things on my own. I really appreciate his honesty and sincerity. These are a few reasons why I will always bring my car back to him.

Amazing work! Called in to see if I could get my vehicle worked on for the A/C compressor going out and Francisco took it in with no questions asked. I came in here upon a friend's recommendation, as the mechanic had done a great job for my friend. I was having some issues with the AC in my Audi A4 and I also needed to have my brakes replaced since the pads were at about 2mm.Francisco identified and fixed the problem with my AC right away, and didn't even charge me for the service since it was an easy fix. Then came the talk about replacing brakes...We all know that replacing parts on German cars are not easy and require special tools. Even if it is just the brakes. The whole time I was planning on getting the parts so I could repair it myself. I admit this was very short-sighted, since I would have had a heck of a time messing with the complex computer, and I would have had to buy all the special tools.Francisco was very informative and walked me through all the options I had available. He was very flexible and I could tell he was passionate about providing repairs that prioritize functionality and quality at a competitive cost. In the end, I had him replace my brake pads and he managed quite amazingly to save the delicate brake sensors that were one heavy slam on the brakes away from becoming useless.I fully recommend his services for any repairs on foreign and domestic vehicles. He's got the tools, the expertise, and the passion to provide top notch, affordable service.

Francisco is a rock star! My boyfriend and I were visiting my family for the holidays and we've been traveling in our small converted skoolie and needed a brake repair. Most places couldn't take us and Francisco was able to take it next day and finish it in the same day. He was so nice and thoughtful and stayed late to get it done. I was in great need to fix the check engine light that has been on my 2007 car for YEARS. I have taken it to 2 previous auto shops in the past without success. But Francisco found the issues and actually repaired them. He is thorough, honest, efficient and very easy to get along with. I highly recommend!

During this Plague there are many auto shops raising their prices sky high! I needed my radiator to be replaced. I already had the parts. I just needed the labor done. As I called around for prices on labor MOST quoted fees equal to parts AND labor. UNTIL I found NZ Auto! Francisco was very pleasant, well priced, and he did an HONEST and well done job on my radiator! He explained what he did, and answered all of my questions THOROUGHLY !! I WILL be back for other work I need done to my car!

My AC was blowing hot air so i took it in to NZ. Francisco was super cool to talk with and he fixed my AC pretty quickly. If you want to support a local shop ran by a hardworking honest mechanic, then you should definitely come here..Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I recently lost my mechanic who had kept my SUV running well for the past 10 years (20 year old Mercury Mountaineer that needs work every 6-12 months). I know nothing about cars and was worried I would be taken advantage of by a new mechanic. I went to 3 auto shops to speak to the Owners and get an estimate. My front suspension had started to screech loudly when I turned or went over a bump. One gave me an estimate of $950 and another for $550-600. Francisco, Owner of NZ Auto Repair, did the needed work for $385 and was very professional to work with. I drove the SUV very hard in the mountains this weekend, many bumpy roads and tight turns, and did not hear anything bad out of the suspension. I now have confidence in NZ Auto and will be relying on them to keep my SUV up and running. I was thinking of buying a new car, but Francisco has saved me from the mistake of adding a new car payment to my bills.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I wish there are more stars to rate my experience with this guy that fixed my toyota sequoia, he was awesome. Changed my shock absorbers, joints and gave me one year guarantee. He did everything on time and beyond my expectations. He nearly worked into the night just to make me completely satisfied, never had such awesome experience before. I highly recommend this auto shop if one needs an excellent service. I called him the doctor of cars the last time I went there. LolThank you bro and I'll continue to recommend you to whom it may concern everywhere I go.

Honestly one of the best auto repair shops that I have ever been to! I ve always been terrified of auto shops due to their lack of honesty but this shop has proven to be more than reliable. Francisco does an amazing job with my BMW and Range Rover. He s very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He will never recommend something that is not needed which is what I love about him. Love this car shop!

Great experience there! Awesome management from Francisco. Very nice people as well. Identified my problem and Francisco let me know of any scams anyone else would try to pull, and got to it right away! Haven t had any problems since with my Volvo, thank you. 100% recommend, you will not regret :)

Based on a recommendation of a friend, we took our 2005 Kia Optima toToshi's. The vehicle was experiencing an issue with the coolant system.Toshi and his mechanic diagnosed the problem. It was related to aprevious repair, now out of warranty, done by another facility. Toshifelt the previous repair was not done correctly. He fixed the problem ata very fair price. My wife and I are very happy with his service.

My car Engine light on, so I went there. Because I've heard he is good at electronic stuff. He is very sincere and explain to me everything what was wrong and fix it with very fair cost. I am very happy with it! You should bring your car! Thank you Toshi and his co worker!

Great service and communication, he kept me informed with every step of the repair. I had the wrong flywheel on my car and we figured it out and he got it fixed in a day. He did a job that 3 other mechanics with bigger shops refused. These guyz r unbelievable, my car had a very rough idle, they diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue, it felt like a different car as i drove away, like magic lol ! obviously VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ! & FRIENDLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !
