2 Stars for this Service Center only because Brad was the nicest guy in the world. I had to schedule 3 separate appointments, for an oil change. 3rd time is the charm is no understatement. I made the earliest appointment possible to ensure that I could secure a loaner/rental. Obviously to no avail. The appointment and service centers are a complete joke, and the customer service is lack luster at best. And to make the experience a complete insult, they sent over a manager to guilt trip me into buying tires because my vehicles tires were worn out. My car is less than 6months old and my commute to work is 3 miles and I don t drive much on the weekends. Let s be for real. Never ever again

The best Mercedes dealership location ever! Way better than the Beverly Hills location. Jacqlyn was amazing she kept us posted on the status of the car. Everything was so smooth and easy to get a hold of the representative via text message. They were straight up from the beginning in letting us know when the car would be ready and promptly updated us of any delays. I would definitely come back to this location. Hands down, best service ever!

The Mercedes service center disappointed me very much! I left my new car for repairs: on the second day after buying the car, one headlight did not work! The next day I received my car back as completely repaired. But in the end I received a car with exactly the same problem: a non-working headlight! I left the new car again for refurbishment! And only the second time I received a repaired car with working headlights!

My car was ready when promised. The waiting rooms are nice and clean. Flat screen TV s in each waiting room. Coffee, hot chocolate and hot water is available. The restrooms are clean as well. After picking up my car, I received a text video of my service technician, introducing himself and giving a brief report about the service completed on my car.

On the whole, a wonderful experience! It was my first visit for a recall service after buying a new car at South Bay MBZ. Jaclyn, Cesar Gutierez's assistant, was fabulous. She explained everything to me clearly and eliminated unnecessary things. She got me a loaner car as well. The service was done in a timely manner with a report that included a video from the mechanic!! I was pleased indeed. Thank you Jaclyn! Well done.

The service at Mercedes Benz of South Bay, was a special experience from the time I pull in for service until the time I pull out. I thought I was on a date. Frank the service advisor was very knowledgeable welcome me like I was at home, I received thorough information on my vehicle progress and a complete Recommendation on the service I need now and in the near future. Mercedes Benz of South Bay treated me like I was family by offering me refreshments while I wait and I was able to be entertained by Television that they have available for for all their clients in two separate areas. Let s not forget the accessories that they have on display and the showroom is to die for. My experience was exceptional. Thanks Mercedes Benz of South Baay.

My Mercedes was not accelerating properly when driving from the lower RPM's. I took my car to the dealership in Torrance for service. Natalie was an amazing service appointment provider. She understood my fear getting stuck in traffic while not being able to properly accelerate and was able to get me a loaner until they were finished diagnosing my car's issues. They have so many cars to service but they are on top of all of the needs customer's have. I was even texted a video of the technician sharing his experiences while diagnosing the problem and my car was clean, freshly washed when I returned to pick it up! Great Service. Friendly, competent staff.

Hello,I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent visit to Mercedes Benz of South Bay. Unfortunately, it was the second time that I was informed my car had been washed after the service, but receiving it, I noticed it was still dirty.This situation was particularly inconvenient for me as I had an important work-related meeting and didn't have the time to wash my car myself.I hope we can ensure a more reliable service experience in the future.Thank You

I have been getting my cars serviced at the MB of South Bay for the past 3 years. What keeps me coming back is the exceptional service from the staff, especially my service advisor, Emily, who goes above and beyond expectations by being proactive & getting jobs done in time when issues arise. I would highly recommend MB of South Bay to others with such a great staff.

My Mercedes had a fuel smell inside the car. I took it to the South bay Mercedes. The problem was found to be under the extended warranty coverage. The problem was fixed quickly without any charge to me. They also washed and cleaned my car too. Very happy with the service! Also Kudo to Brad P!

The car is absolutely beautiful and I wish it would work as expected. Unfortunately my used car has been a complete hassle. I ve been to the dealership several times now because the windshield wiper fell off, the check engine light went on, the airbag light went on, then they fixed it. Then the sensory became extremely sensitive and beeped for everything so I brought the car in and someone who worked there hit my car and now they re not paying for it. The car is two weeks old.

Not a good experience. Started off with me trying to coordinate a time to drop off with loaner availability. I basically get the runaround, since I said give me ANY day available and couldn't get one scheduled.Then, I arrive at my 11am appointment time and am told that it had been moved to 11:20am with a different advisor. After standing around and waiting for about 10 minutes, the new advisor finally comes over to direct me to the waiting area. We do the check-in around 11:30am, go through the whole upcharge sales pitch (based on "time and mileage," without any visual inspection or in-depth review of prior service). We agree to just do the oil change, air filters, and multi-point inspection. This inspection, of course, comes back with a couple more items to be addressed. This is to be expected, but they agree to pricematch a set of tires, so we order them and another part, which are expected to be in by the end of the week. No call by Saturday, so I send a text and find out that the parts should now be delivered Monday afternoon of the following week. Whatever- can coordinate that when it arrives.Then, as I'm entering the services performed into my own log/ spreadsheet, I discover a charge for a $70 service that wasn't spelled out or agreed to. Totally not the kind of service we expect to receive at a MBZ Dealership.

Almilcar, provided best in class service. I took my car in for what I thought would be a quick fix, his expertise noticed it was something else and need immediate attention. Quickly got me into a loaner car and out the door, provided great updates.

I prefer South Bay Mercedes even though I live close to LB Mercedes. The service level & technicians are very professional, no surprises, honest quotes, no pressure to get unnecessary not needed service @ the time of service; and my agent Frank Perri was courteous, kind and professional

B1 Service. From start to finish this was efficient! At each touchpoint, I experienced nothing but consideration for my time and an effort to explain everything in detail. Jacqueline was amazingly organized and thorough. I was in and out in 15 minutes or less at dropoff, loaner, and pickup. EXCELLENT and THANK YOU!

I always receive a good professional and courteous service at MB of South Bay Service Center. More lately Juan Raymundo has been my reliable and knowledgeable advisor and coordinator of services. He understands all the car mechanics and explains it well. He advises on needed vs desirable services and repairs. As an engineer, I appreciate all of the above.

Amilcar is the BEST Service Advisor I've ever experienced.His service levels always exceed my expectations. He is a real person who cares about his customers. I highly recommend using the Service team at Mercedes-Benz South Bay, If you go there for the 1st time, please ask for Amilcar he will take very good care of you.

The fees were excessive. I was told there was an oil leak on my transmission and the cost was $3000.00. Fortunately I refused to have it fixed. Went to a Certified Professional Mechanic and he said there is absolutely zero leak on my transmission.I have been a loyal customer for years and now I will never go to MB ever.Conchita Soriano

I m always impressed by the service advisors and work performed. The car wash service has been horrible for the last few years.This time windows not cleaned or dash cleaned. And dried water drops on the windows. What has happened lately?
