Excellent service. My 2015 Chevy Volt was not charging, and when I googled the error online it was looking like I might have to replace the battery. Turned out it was a simple programming error.They also checked the history and notes that I was way behind on the maintenance schedule. The quote was a little high so I took it to a Globe Tire to get the basic stuff done, then back here to do the more specialized service.Mario helped me throughout the process; he was very communicative, reasonable, and willing to work with me on stuff. Very happy with him.

The his location for servicing my Chevy is perfect. Dean is awesome and was super professional in helping me get my car serviced, gave me a general time it would be done and he was spot on. When he came to let me know it was done he did a great job of informing me what happened. Will definitely come back!

The Service manager Ben deserves all the credit for turning me around from a very upset customer to a customer who will be willing to do business with. Yes we had are differences but in the long run we were a le to meet in the middle. I appreciated all the steps he took to help me cool down and take a step back. I commend him for his professional attitude and not once raising his voice when I was raising mine. Keep up the great work that you have been doing Ben and once again Thank you!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have taken my Suburban here for repairs twice. Once for failed lifters and this time for A/C trouble. I was helped both times by Mario in the service office. He makes the process from beginning to end run smoothly. He explains everything clearly and honestly. I feel confident taking my truck here even though I have Chevy dealers closer to my home.Service: General repairs & maintenance

You guys need to stop using half-inch impact guns to tighten oil drain plugs, Jesus Christ my guy. There was over 100ftlbs of torque on one of my Vette drain plugs which required an impact to get off just 6 months later. Free oil change isn't worth an oil pan replacement folks! Or perhaps that's their strategy...

Edmundo Sanchez always takes great care of my car and is always respectful and courteous. I trust my auto maintenance at this service station. These guys are great. The GM Lewis Cook came out and introduced himself and even spent time making sure we were happy on the way out. Class act is how I describe this dealership.

Paid $600 to have two headlamps I purchased elsewhere installed. Even at $100 / hr., that's still 6 hrs. labor for what took maybe 2. Probably less. This is the second time I have a very awful experience with Jeff on finance he is very rude he has no people skills I don't understand why he is there but then we got help from Jeff Mitchell and he was the opposite he is very nice kind polite talk to me with a lot of respect thank you Jeff Mitchell for everything
