The best people and best performance automotive painters ..... as the Torrance store is an awesome group of guys who have painted over 500 of my dealership cars. These are German cars with special needs folks. Kevin, Ron, and Wally to name a few.... Have taken care of us and our cars they turned into masterpiece vehicles of the highest class. Tell them Joshua and Davey sent you....

Glad that this Maaco still paints Classic cars. Most locations do not paint the classics. My car was painted in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd classic I ve had done there. Pro tip: if possible do as much body work yourself as you can. That s where the cost really increases. Also, remove all the chrome and badges yourself.Service: Painting

Best customer service I have ever received!!! Elizabeth explained everything to the T! Left my vehicle here for a new paint job and it looks like a brand new car! I highly recommend this location they will take care of you just like they took care of me! Thank you for all the help.

Elizabeth was the best!World class A-1 services, completely professional, my car got in and out quick! I recommend everyone to come to location in Torrance. Look no further! She will tell you what it takes to get done no games beating around the bush. Take your car to someone you can trust. And get it done quick and efficient!

The paint on my Acura Integra was oxidizing on the roof, hood, spoiler and along the side of the car. It also had a few dings and dents. I contacted Maaco and was assisted by Genesis. She thoroughly went over my different options for paint and body work. So happy with the results and the customer service i received here. Genesis was communicative and kept me updated with the progress through the whole process. Highly recommend this place for paint and body work.

My car is a Toyota and it s clear coat was shot after a few years (Toyota should be ashamed of themselves). When I got my car back from Maaco it looked like new! Maaco did a great job and finished painting my car in one week s time. I would strongly recommend Maaco to anyone looking to restore the paint on their car.

When I 1st called I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jose. He was even more pleasant in person. He gave me many different estimates. And of course I went with the cheapest. But believe me the was by no means cheaply done. They did an fantastic job on my truck. I couldn't be happier. Jose and his boss are AMAZING people to work with. Best economy paint job. Would have given a 4 because it did need a couple (VERY minor) touch-ups. But the service was FANTASTIC. Everyone we spoke with was super patient and followed through with everything they said they would.... in the exact timeline they said, too. Can't really ask for anything more. Thank you!

I also wanted to point out that all MAACO locations are not the same. I live out of state and had a rather tepid experience at my location, but decided to give MAACO another try. I took my 1987 gray Chevy c10 to get a complete body paint on April and the girl and the other guys offered an outstanding service but the paint was even better ! My car was ready in 2 weeks and the paint job was done beautifully! My c10 now looks brand brand new thanks to this maaco ! After almost year my gray c10 paint looks still perfect!Service: Painting

So my mom scratched my car on a pole and this happened however we found Maaco on Western Ave in Torrance to be an amazing help. They not only fixed my car to look the way it s supposed to look but when I got into my car it was vacuumed and although that should be the norm since you pay so much for the repair it s not. So I was surprised that they washed and vacuumed my car. Genesis was very sweet she was kind and very helpful and assured me that my car was In good hands so thanks girl!

This place is #Awesome! My vehicle had a huge gouging scratch on the back passenger side door. The manager "Genesis" was absolutely awesome she was so friendly kind and just really made me feel like I was in good hands with leaving my car there. I am AMAZED how nice my car looks. It is in good shape for a 12 year old car, but the paint was in very poor shape. For a very reasonable price, it now truly looks like new. I am posting before and after shots.

Great service! I brought in two cars to get painted and they did an excellent job. Both cars had faded paint/chips and Maaco did great with fixing it! The timeframe for both cars quick. It took about a week. Highly recommend!!

Panels missing, surface cracks still there, paint in areas there shouldn't be any. Manager got in contact with me and had the issues fixed. UPDATE: I went to get my car washed and the washers noticed white specks of paint all over the windows. It was now sunny and I could see them now. This is one of the issues I brought up on my last visit and I thought it had to be dirt, but nope it's not. Go elsewhere for paint job, took me 102 miles of travel and a waste of a total of six hours of my time to end up with damaged windows. Contacted the regional manager, but no word yet. Thinking about disputing the last half I gave them, getting lawyers involved for damages to my car. Also, the beuro of automotive repair is on my to due list to report them. Wish I could rate lower then one star.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We needed to repaint the entire van to prepare it for sale. We had received an astronomical estimate from another Maaco location, but decided to give this one, which is closer to us, a shot. Took my 83' caddy to get a "repaint" I thought they was finna hit with a Honda black but they actually color matched my whip to the OG Cadillac Black. They even cleaned the inside and filled a crack in my rear bumper filler fo free. #goingbackfosure. Staff was very helpful, Genesis went out of her way to get the car done they way I wanted

over price and an overall bad job, i went in for a bumper to get painted. they quoted me almost $900. telling me that they will paint the bumper, fenders so that it blends with the car, it's supposed to be "standard procedure", never happened!. They told me fiber glass is tougher to paint, but it was just an excuse. Paint had runs and dirt specs as if they left the car outside to dry. Hubert was the guy that painted and fitted my bumper worse job ever they say "there's a lot of fab work that goes in to fitting after market bumpers" all excuses to get away with a very pooor job. you can tell because the guy that did my car didn't even check if he screwed all the nuts on the bumper. i had them fall off while i was on the freeway!. The "bracket" they made to "reinforce the bumper" was so poorly made. the guy just cut a chuck of metal and screwed in to bumper, but get this, he makes wholes on my bumper that are clearly visible and i was never notified about this. If you like your car and want quality go somewhere else, and always make sure what they tell you is written on the quote. complete waste of money and time.

I've gotten hit by an uninsured motorist. Since I only have liability coverage on my insurance, I had to pay out of my pocket to get my car repaired. I shopped around many body repair shops and the repair cost for my BMW 5 series was ridiculously pricey and all about the same estimate quotes. I thought I'd get an estimate at the local Maaco shop and that was the best thing I've done. Genesis, which I believe is either a general manager or a sales manager knew exactly what needed to be replaced and what needed to be repaired, which all other body shops had quoted me so high, saying that I needed to replace so many unnecessary part that I really didn't need to. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, explaining all the details and even showed me some of the cars that have just been painted to assure me the fine paint job they do. This Maaco location has managed to get my car repaired (body work and paint) for a couple of thousand dollars cheaper than other places that quoted me previously for the same repair. And it was super quick! The car was ready to be picked up in 4 days!!All in all, I'm thoroughly pleased with the work they've done and cannot be more satisfied with the superb customer service and the price I've paid. Kudos to Maaco and Genesis!

I ve owned my truck for over 21 years and it really needed a paint job. I checked out a number of different auto paint facilities but never felt comfortable with any of the previous estimates and poor attitudes until going to MAACO/Torrance. Jirell gave me a very thorough no nonsense estimate, patiently went over the options, and didn t try any pressure sale tactics. Additionally, the paint job was completed on schedule as promised and my truck looks amazing now! I had a great customer experience and will strongly recommend MAACO/Torrance (Jirell) to all my friends.Service: Painting

This is the 3rd time we have used this Maaco location to repair our cars for out of pocket repairs. They have always done an excellent job at a fair price. My family had recommended this shop to have my Mercedes repainted a few scratches worked out and a Ben in my bumper fixed, first of all I spent $1800.00 dollars for my car not to come out good at all !!!!They painted over my emblems on my hood, they didn t mask or tape off the doors properly, and I have paint on my handles where my sensors are, they did not repair the places that they were supposed to that were paid for, not to mention my car was there more than three weeks, when it was only supposed to take four days. When I went to go pick up my car, I was told I would have to bring it back a month and a half later to have the rest of the repairs done, but you received your payment in full, and my car was supposed to be ready on the day it was said to be picked up , not the case then when I took it back on that repair day, I was told it would take two days and my car is now been sitting there for a whole week still not ready. And the day I go to go pick up my car the manager said oh I m sorry I forgot to call you, but your car is still not ready. Because when the painter went to go, take the masking tape off, they pull the paint off of the car !!!!!! But you re supposed to have professional painters. When I approached the staff and asked why my car wasn t done in a timely manner. All I was given by the manager was well we couldn t get to it today. Now I m stuck without a car no concern of me being able to get back-and-forth to work. They don t understand that it cost me to get Rentals so I could continue to get back and forth to work and haven t even offered to help me pay for the rentals are my time over that they have had my car. I am very disappointed and will never ever use this place again or refer anyone to them.Ps. I m still waiting to pick up my carService: Painting
