I ve not yet received a diagnosis or repair yet but I just took my car in to the servicing department today. So far the service reps are wonderful and very welcoming. I showed up to my appointment at 10:15 and received a complimentary Uber home. I was home before 11 am. I will update with the servicing review post service. Thanks to South Bay Land Rover!

Overall, good service. The service representative Steven was great to work with. 4 stars because I had to bring the car back the following day to repair the same issue I had brought it in for originally. This said, they took care of the matter without additional cost to me.

My service advisor Joel Cruz is a god sent. When I first came into your facility, September 23 he was so friendly and understood my frustration. He made me feel at ease as if I came to the right location to service my car. I didn t have the clueless attitude from the Cerritos service department which is also by me but I m glad I chose South Bay Jaguar. All the service advisors, maintenance mechanics and the gentlemen who get the cars for the customers are awesome. Always have a smile, a I Can attitude and always upbeat. The customer service is always on point and makes you feel like a family atmosphere. I appreciate the feedback, and not making me feel like I m about to be scam. I feel like my service is from that Uncle or good friend who works on cars and won t take advantage of you. Thank you for your service Joel Cruz and team.

The beginning of the process was great once they received my 50k$ that I wired from Az I was ghosted for a couple days.. not until I threatened to fly there did I hear back now I m trying to find out where the title is and NOBODY will respond to me I paid exactly what they were asking I paid cash and now they don t give a darn about me .. the 2020 Escalade is beautiful however when I went to put fuel in.( as it was empty) btw first vehicle I ve ever purchased that was empty !!! The fill area of the vehicle was broken off inside. Had to fix myself only complaint is customer service!!!!

"Bad and irresponsibility service" experienceThe service technology of this dealer is very unprofessional and irresponsible.My car was checked the engine shaking and abnormal noise before the expire of the warranty at the dealer service department. After the service was completed, they told me that there was no problem with the engine. But after only a few hundred miles of driving, they checked again because of the same problem, and they told me that the timing chain and supercharger of the engine were broken, and they want to charge me $10353.18. After discussing with their service manager, he said that the supercharger is not failed, only charge me $ 8944.93. After meeting with their General manager , he first told me that he didn't want to discuss the issue of maintenance. He just wanted to buy my car at a low price before they sell a new car to me. After I refused, he only agreed to give a discount on the repair fees. They didn't admit that my loss caused by their unprofessional and irresponsibility. I felt deep disappointed about this car dealer and quality of the brand , and decided not to continue to buy Land Rover brand cars, although our family still has 4 Jaguar Land Rover cars.I think I will continue to complain about this issue until the dealer corrects the error

Today I met with Evan Sheehan service advisor to help find the correct wheel lug nut security key size to remove the tire on my 2018 Land Rover Discovery. Evans advised me that the service dept. didn't have the master wheel lug nut size to help me and they would have break off the security wheel lug nut and order a new wheel security lug nut set for the cost of $120.00 dollars. George in parts dept., told me the cost was 46.00 dollars. Evan"s has it backwards approach, instead he should find all the master wheel security key sizes that is missing. Once he has all keys then call me when he has them. Or, I'll go to another Land Rover dealer that know how to help customers. Evans needs to be trained on how to provide better services to customers, he is costing loss business revenues, bad for business.

I am generally not a fan of any auto service center but I absolutely love Land Rover South Bay Service and it's all thanks to Raffi! Raffi is patient, knowledgeable, professional, and wonderful to work with. He made to sure to answer all my questions, was responsive in a timely manner, and is all around the best!! Thank you Raffi & Land Rover South Bay for excellent customer service!Services: Tires, Battery
