I bought a mint condition Jeep Gladiator (2020) from a saleswoman named Litsy. I will absolutely recommend this saleswoman and this dealership to friends. The process was easy, friendly, and fun. Litsy Marquez easily answered all my questions or simply referred a couple of questions to her senior associate. Obviously Land Rover people are not Jeep experts, but I feel like the vehicle I purchased was fairly represented in the ad and pricing. Extremely happy with all aspects of the purchase and the experience.

It pains me to write this. I waited an entire month to see if they could make this right, but who am I kidding? We live in a world who just doesn't care.I have a baby due in a few months and needed a 3rd row seat. I sadly gave up my 4Runner TRD Pro and switched to the Defender 110. I ended up with Litsy handling the trade. First red flag was when we set up the appointment, she was in the restroom when we arrived so some other sales guy named John was sitting at a desk trying to steal the sale. We told him we were here for an appointment with Litsy but he didn't care. Litsy quickly ran to get us and scooped us away from him. Weird.The smiles and attitude were great from her. My wife and I vibed with her and she gave us a test drive. Now came the negotiation. I like that AutoNation prices cannot be lowered. So only thing left was the trade in value. We went back and forth a few times and I'll give it up, the finance department did a pretty good job working a fair deal.Litsy was pretty much the weird useless middle man playing a game of phone tag between finance and us. Here's when the sh#t hits the fan. We finally agree to a deal and I paid for them to add some mud-flaps and arch panels. When I picked it up I was pretty happy it seemed great. Until we got home and realized it never got a detail. Stains everywhere, scratches on the exterior glass, center console oil stain, scratches left and right, and the actual worker tools left in the 3rd row seat... I have a 22 month old baby as well trying to grab screwdrivers, hammer, etc. Immediately I contact Litsy and she apologizes and offers to pick up the car from my home and get a detail going.I tell her before I write a review what she could do to make good besides just a detail. Could she throw in a spare tire cover, accessories, keychain, hug, anything? Nothing. Zero. She didn't care anymore. Next thing I know weeks past and she ended up ghosting me. She never picked up the car for detail, just a text about how her manager was out for some family emergency, and here I am with a bad taste in my mouth. Absolutely terrible.

This is our local dealership and we have all of our service done here; also recently bought out our lease here. The facilities are impeccable, clean and comfortable and the staff in all departments I have worked with has been super friendly and helpful.

Not Good at all Bought a 2014 ! BMW X6 a lot of problems and I have to pay out my pocket to get the repair fixed! Haven t enjoy my car since I had it and it s being in the shop since I had it! Just make sure they check your vehicle before you purchase it! And check your warranty! But I m thinking about Returning the vehicle!

I had a great service agent. Went in detail through my car and looked up all recalls. Didn't feel pressure to do unnecessary services. But was well advised on what? It's good for my car to keep it in great condition. Look forward to returning. Book at least a month in advance they're very busy.

I have nothing but great things to say about my recent service experience for my 2019 Jaguar IPace at Jaguar & Land Rover of South Bay.Making an appointment was easy. I have known the Manager Nathan Krafczik for years of bringing our previous Land Rovers and Jaguar. He was very upfront about not having a loaner available for a few weeks. I do wish they would establish a relationship with a rental car company like they had with Enterprise in the past.When I brought my Jag in, I was warmly greeted by Joel Cruz, a service advisor, who had all my information to get a major service and a recall taken care of. He was kind enough to ask if I needed a ride home.Joel is a great communicator, and he knew the importance for me to have my car back within a couple days. He sent me several texts including a video the next day explaining how repairs were progressing. Joel also texted me when my car would be ready.As promised, all repairs were made and my Jag was ready and washed!My family has been extremely pleased with the excellent service from Jaguar & Land Rover of South Bay.

Absolutely amazing experience with this dealership, especiallyShawn. As a woman, it can be intimidating to have a pleasant buying experience and the team at Land Rover made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and any woman looking to buy an amazing car. Quality customer service, not salesy, not pushy. Only luxury and high end service.

I came here the other day and I bought myself a Jaguar I'm going to tell you right now this has to be a joke because this is one of the finest cars I've ever driven in my life. If you guys want to travel in style or luxury I highly recommend this location without a doubt definitely pet friendly unless your dogs out of control don't bring them in the store because nobody wants their car scratched LOL but yes this is number one I know it says Land Rover but right next door they got Jaguars for sale so if you want luxury if you want comfort if you want Style this is the location for all your needs I highly assure you my name is Joe Ferny and I approve this message

Do not purchase a vehicle here!! 8 days After purchasing a CERTIFIED used vehicle the breaks started squeaking. It was inspected by another dealership and recommended the back breaks be replaced. when contacting Land Rover South Bay they did nothing to make it right but instead told us we should have purchased a break warranty. I ve reached out to the GM multiple times and still no return call or attempt to make this right.

This is the second car I have bought from Land Rover South Bay and third LR in a row. Shahid and the rest of the sales team are UBER responsive. As is the finance team. They have a great inventory. Superior to any other LR dealer in southern calif for sales and inventory. Great leadership team. Will be looking to them for my next car. !!!!

I needed to get a new battery for my Jaguar car key. Picked up the battery at the parts counter and had a guy in the service dept install it. Easy, peasy. At no cost to me! Thank you!

I have at least 2019 discovery and I had nothing but problems out of this car was linking water on the inside of the car when it was raining I took It in to get it fixed they fix the car send a sunroof shield part had problems going back and forth so I took it and they supposedly have fixed it but when I got it back they did not then the car need a service so I took it and told him about the problem of the car got the car back they didn t service the car and the problem still was not fixed then they added one more problems when you put your hand on the door is supposed to lock up and the windows roll up that not working so now. I have appointment today sense the time change it threw me off I don t see why they can t hold the rental car until I get there. I have never had this problem when I was at BMW well my lease will be up in July back to BMW or Audi

I feel lucky to have found this dealership. As a woman shopping for cars it can sometimes feel intimidating. Having a female manager like Danielle really helped me feel comfortable and heard. Jin my salesperson was also very nice and really walked me through all the functions of the car. Can't wait to buy my next car from them!

One of the best Land Rover dealers in the LA area and we went to quite a few different during our research phase.Rudy is super nice and very accommodating (staying late, getting us all the info we needed or answers to our questions and very very prompt in replying via text)...he made it a great experience for our first time Range Rover purchase overall. Definitely no pressure or playing games issues here.David, the finance manager, was also very patient and took the time to go over all the warranty options with us and never even tried to push us to buy as many warranties and possible...even though we ended up doing just that and he gave us amazing deals on all the extended warranty packages.

Our sales person Eddie was knowledgeable, helpful, and had a great attitude. He wasn't pushy or manipulative in any way, a truly great guy with whom we enjoyed exploring buying our vehicle. David, who handled our paperwork was genuinely kind, helpful, and efficient. Our purchasing experience at Land Rover South Bay was excellent, and my best car purchase experience to date, and we've purchased over a dozen vehicles!

The process was very professional .and our salesperson kept us well-informed along the way. At no point did I feel that they were misleading us or trying to force us into anything. Our experience at other dealers was NOT pleasant . They were misleading and insulting. I would recommend this dealership for any future auto purchase/auto sales activities.

I had a great experience purchasing my BMW from Land Rover South Bay. Their team is amazing. Very informative, knowledgeable and reliant. David Garcia, the manager of the Financial side was very detailed with providing me all the information I needed to decide on making my purchase. He's very informative, patient and trustworthy. Shaun in sales helped me with completing my purchase and was very efficient in contacting me in a timely fashion when I first inquired about the car as well as providing me all the car facts. He has a great sense of humor. Azi the sales manager has a great personality, positive demeanor and also provided me with helpful information. They have a great team at this location. This is my first time purchasing through Auto nation and I will be coming back in the future due to quality of customer service as well as quality of caring for their customers and making sure my purchase will be reliable once coming off the lot. My priority was making sure I'm purchasing a reliable car and a place where I can get quality servicing for an affordable price.

This is such a fantastic dealership, which I always love dealing with! On the occasion that the RR Sport ever needs service, my first call is to Luis Ramos in the service department, who is a consummate professional, thorough, and personable as they come. Over the years, I constantly appreciate his attention to detail, prompt communication, and phenomenal service. I have always enjoyed wonderful experiences with the class and talent of the entire dealership, especially Luis. Highly recommended!

They were so nice here at Jaguar South Bay. I saw the car online and gave them my contact info. A sales representative quickly followed up with me and confirmed the availability of the car. At first, the vehicle was supposed to take up to a week to get ready since they had just received it, but after listening to how interested I was in the vehicle, they pushed that car first to make it ready the next day! We set a time to test drive the vehicle that next day. I asked a lot of questions and the mechanic there really helped me understand. A short talk with finance later, and I was driving out of there. I had a very good experience here at South Bay Jaguar!
