The gentleman in the office said it would be 40dlrs to patch up 1 tire, it had a nail in it which I could see was a short tack but was causing slow air leak, it would be a 2 hour wait. Needless to say I went somewhere else and paid 12dlrs for the patch and they checked all the other tires for free.

I will never go back here again. This was the second time I had an issue here, but this was too much to ever go back. I dropped off my car, they told me car was ready and it was not. A lot of wasted time, stress, and uber trips (money). Oh and they kept my tire stem caps. I just had to buy new ones.

Tire was repairable but rep was falsely representing and tried to sell a new tire. I fixed my tire at other reputable tire store nearby.

For the first time I went there as many times as I drove by hundreds and hundreds of times as of November 22, 2022 I went in to just tires in Torrance, California . The customer service was amazing. The people that work there were really nice they gave me an oil change. Did it really fast made an appointment online which made it really easy sat in the lobby watch some soccer had a cup of coffee I got to talk to the employees to get to know who they were. They were great people. Highly recommended and they weren t even expensive for an oil change which was great and I had a free tire rotation. Awesome if you re looking for a great place that s quick, fast and simple and with great customer service. This is the place. oil changes and tire rotation and everything else MY NEW GO TO PLACE

I purchased the tires from them back in 2015 and paid for the warranty. The warranty covers 3 years so every time I get flat tires I'm not hassled. Great service!

My wife had a flat tire on a holiday weekend and I needed to find a replacement on short notice. The team at Just Tires was great. They were able to help me at the last minute and even stayed late to finish the job. I originally thought I was going to have to get four new tires because of my car s AWD, but they took a closer look and concluded I only needed two new tires. I really appreciated that honesty and I would have never known without them taking a second look. Highly recommended.

I was really surprised when I saw such bad reviews because I have always had amazing experiences at this location. I used to go to the Pep Boys just next door and they were always busy so I found this location and I was pleasantly surprised with the service. Torrey, Trent and Jeff all hold great conversations and relates to the customers to make you feel comfortable. They completed all four strut on my vehicle and I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them and know they are making honest decisions about the maintenance of my car. Thank you just tires you hired excellent employees

I have a 2001 Ford Expedition. Recently had to purchase a new set of tires. I went online Friday to make an on line appointment. Was able to get in the next day. A very nice gentleman met me at my car and took my information. Once inside, I met another gentleman named Torrey. The prices are very reasonable and was I able to wait in a nice air conditioned waiting area and they offered cold bottled water. Everyone had masks on and was social distancing. I felt very safe. If you need tires or work done this place is great and definitely recommend. Very professional.

Torrey and his team did a great job with my alignment. Also, ehor fixed my hub caps so it's easier to inflate my tires. Thanks.

Jeff helped us today and he was one of the most kind workers I ve ever met ever! He was patient, informed, and offered amazing customer service. I will definitely be coming back here! They had our car fixed very quickly. Great service!

In a pinch and short notice, Just Tire s in Torrance was free and available to patch a hole on my car tire s outer wall. Torrey answered the original call and said to come on through as quickly as I cold and they would take care of me. Thankfully timing worked out well and the tire was patched and I was on the road within twenty minutes. Thank you, Torrey, and team for coming through on a short notice to fix the tires up and quickly. I really appreciate this! Please keep up the great effort of taking care of great customers, especially when it is a short notice!Thank you!

My dear Torrey Griffin,Its been a pleasure working with you. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for being so helpful and informative. You went beyond expectations of what a customer could ask for. Just Tires should be proud of having you and being an asset to the company. Service without a great customer relation means nothing. Therefore, again thank you for your wisdom and opinions that helped me make a better decision in regards to servicing my car. Like what you said when I asked you the question if it s better to replace 2 wheels rather than 1. And you said, it s better to replace both, we have two feet right. I will never forget that .. We needed to have all 4 of our tires replaced before a last minute trip up north and these guys really delivered! They were the only shop open who ALSO had the size tires I needed (a non typical size) in stock on a Sunday at 2pm. Sure, it took a couple hours but my family was able to be safe on the long distance trip.Jeff was super easy going and made sure it was all done well. Thanks guys!

My experience at this Just Tires was just amazing. Everyone at this location was friendly, professional and honest. They took extra measures to make everything sanitary and followed COVID Rules to keep their customers safe. Big thank you to Torrey who went above and beyond for us. We are customers for life!

Had a great experience with Torrey and John at Just Tires today. Torrey was ESPECIALLY HELPFUL. Popping a tire always adds to the stress of ones day. To complicate that stress I was not initially able to find my rim key. Torrey immediately called me when he realized this, with a solution!!Torrey went above and beyond and ran over to Pep Boys and grabbed a tool to get the rim off. When that option failed due to the rim model, Torrey helped me go through my entire trunk (lots of clutter) to find the rim key.Torrey completely embodies what it means to be solution focused and customer driven. He was without a doubt the highlight of my day. Greatly appreciate you Torrey and I look forward to returning to Just Tires every time for my any tire / oil change needs.You without a doubt won a lifelong customer today.Very Sincerely,Jesse Thomas

Went to get my tire changed. The front desk advisor Torrey was very helpful and notified me of my other tire balding as well. Was in and out of the shop in under 15 minutes for both tires! Highly recommend!

The staff was attentive. Since this was my first time they made me feel comfortable. They acknowledged me right away and knew I had an appointment by my name. The waiting room was supplied with refrigerated bottled water snd room was neat. When my car was finished they explained what was done and why.

Visited JUST TIRES today and Jeff and his staff we re excellent. They re customer service was exceptional, they even did me the favor of inspecting my axles and shocks while they were doing the alinement and did a great job of explaining future maintenance that my Jeep will need. Will definitely be back if I need their help.

I've been coming here for services well over a year and the staff is helpful and hard working. I've seen some costumers get upset when I'm there but that's usually because they hate waiting or just being uninformed about policy and cars in general. Over the years of taking my cars to shops I've learned to make appointments so my spot is guaranteed. On weekends there's a longer wait because the manager and some of the techs are off. They have cold water and cofee on site. Over all good experience.

This is my go to spot whenever I need new tires. Armand is the service advisor that usually helps me out and he is awesome! He is always super professional, courteous, and explains everything thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable and always leaves me confident that they took care of me and my car!

Trent is the man. He has done great work each time I've met with him. Fortunately, I've come to learn to only deal with Trent when he is there. Super responsive, great customer service and never fails. The two younger techs are also very helpful! I didn't catch their names but they were quick, efficient and very nice.

Torrey Griffin did an awesome job helping me out select the best tires for my vehicle. Explained all the rebate options which helped me a lot. I will definitely will be coming back to this just tires for all my tire related issues. Thanks Torrey for all the help.

On 10/18/21 I experienced an almost flat tire & no appts were available but Trent said it would be fixed w/i the day if I left the car. The tire had to be replaced due to a nail in the tire. The tire was replaced w/I 2.5 hrs. Thanks to Trent & his associates.

Hooked me up with buy 3 get one tire free. Also wanted alignment done because car was pulling to left when in free way. When they put on alignment rack they said everything looked good and the issue must have been from my really worn out tires and also the fact that I had three different tread tires on my car. They could have easily charged me for the alignment but didn't. Thanks again

Definitely go here!Trent and the guys there went over and above what I would have hoped for!As a woman, it is hard to know who to trust in the way of car repairs they were more concerned about helping me (my car needed 2 quarts of oil on a Saturday at 6:30pm!) then the money. Totally made me feel comfortable despite my lack of knowledge and I would definitely come back here for my cars needs .

Staff at the Torrance location on Sepulveda were attentive and efficient. Within minutes, I knew what the problem was and they offered a reasonably-priced solution for a teacher on a budget. The professional, young man running the front desk communicated all of this to me in a safe environment (masks, hand sanitizer, sanitized equipment, etc.) which I find extremely important especially right now. Thanks for everything!

Let's see: first, they would not give me a same day appointment because what if someone shows up without one and I get to cut the line just because I asked for an appointment? Seriously, I was told that. Then, I had to drive four days with a leak in my tire because it took them that long to get the tire there. And lastly, which was the las straw, they left my car keys inside the car which was parked outside with the windows rolled down. And after all of this, the manager calls me to know what OTHER complains do I have.

What's not to like about JustTires in Torrance? My favorite tire store is located at 3136 Sepulveda Boulevard, Torrance, CA 90505. Everyone is awesome. I have had crazy situations at the most awkward times and they have always come through. Blowout late Saturday night? Tow the car to their parking lot and they will repair it Sunday morning. Tire pressure sensor on? Drop in for a free checkup and get some air. Need a flat repaired? No problem. Be sure to buy their tire road hazzard protection. I can't believe some customers turn it down when purchasing new tires. I bring every car from my family to this location and recommend them 100%!

Just Tires goes above and beyond in customer service. All three guys today were fantastic. Removed screw and plugged left front tire. Additionally they traced the tire light issue to a low spare. This place is top notch and I highly recommend to all. Thanks again for making my day!!
