I absolutely love this dealership I can come in with any small inconvenience and Steven goes about and beyond for me. I am So grateful for good people like him. Sometimes he may not be around and the staff still go out they way to help me. I ll always make sure I purchase all my cars from this specific dealership. Everyone gets a 10 out of 10 but Steven gets 1,000 out of 1,000 for his amazing customer service!

We ve had nithing but good experiences here at Land Rover South Bay. Steven our service manager is so great. Jin in sales is the best car sales man I ve ever had. We are very happy with this place.

I truly believe I have been taken advantage of by the team here. I leased a Range Rover Velar with TC last year and in its first year, I have had MULTIPLE issues with my car that have caused me to be without my vehicle for weeks, including right now (I am currently driving a loaner). Not only are there issues with the vehicle (preexisting issues might I add), I have been inconvenienced a number of times, such as being told a loaner would be available for me at the time of my appointment only to be told after driving 50 miles, there are none and I d have to drive back the very next day to have one. This is despite having confirmed with the scheduling team a loaner would be available and changing my work schedule to show up the day a loaner would become available. There are so many other issues I am going to withhold from sharing here for now because I am giving them an opportunity to address my issues and make it right first.

This is the best Land Rover 4s shop. They provided best service to my defender. The employees there are super kind and professional. They can complete the service in half day, and gave me ahead notice of services that need to be done.

First and foremost, Jag South Bay is the easiest dealership and service center to work with. Honest up front pricing and patience when I purchased my I-Pace and since, the warranty service inspections were easy to schedule and always provided a courtesy car, when needed. Shout out to the Service Center staff and technicians, too. They keep you informed in progress, it's hassle free to bring car in and can say for certain, these folks care about you as a Jag or Range Rover owner. That's what premium service and attention should be!

This is by far the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. Not sure if it is due me being a young woman or maybe I don't look a certain way or whatever. When a person decides to take a position in a prestigious company, it's their choice to accept the position. If one is unhappy then one should rethink some life decisions. That being said, let me walk you through my horrible experience. First off let's begin with the reason I brought my car in, the dash keeps displaying the message, "unable to locate smart key!" I was told that the reason for this could be various ok I was told 2-3 days to get an answer . That was a fallacy, . They kept my car for 8 days and each day I had call 5- 6 times a day before speaking with someone. I was told to text a number that nobody answers and each time I call I was told that the service advisor was either on a break, helping a customer, or is just busy and will return my call shortly. None of that happened.once my car was supposedly completed I finally received a text followed by a phone call from Joel. I came in to pickup my car and had to wait for 30 minutes for the guy To bring it out. At this point I was just excited to see my vehicle. I drove the car for 2 days and to my surprise the exact reason that I brought it in was happening again. I phoned in 5 times and no answer. I continued to call in and the receptionst became rude and just began to hang up in face . I hope calls are recorded for accuracy. Please check the logs. Cleary this is unacceptable behavior. I'll just reach out to the BBB and every internet platform that I can think of until something is done about the services rendered at this completely horrible place. I had triple A time my car back to this place around 430 pm and I still haven't spoke to anybody about my car and it's 613. I know have received my vehicle.

Average experience - Been taking my car to Land Rover dealerships since 2017.pros :- easy communication as you can text your service sales person- calls you ubers if neededmy experience:my experience was a bit different as I ended up having to leave my car there for 4 full days and was not given a loaner. The car took longer to service than expected. Was told it would be done Thursday but was done Friday 5pm.I then had to spend a lot more time coming back to the dealership as something was done incorrectly (even though my car had "the best tech" on it), which I have never experienced before and wouldn't expect at a dealership / at the price point I paid for the service.I recommend checking their website for relevant discounts and also calling the other dealerships nearby for a quote to compare. I had a wheel bearing replaced - i was charged $933 for "labor" here but when i called the Land Rover Santa Monica dealership they quoted me $650 for the same "labor". I ended up keeping my car at South Bay as it was convenient since they already had it.At the end your service sales person will give you a few hundred off but really just check the website for discounts as I didn't know about it going into it. I was charged $235 for an alignment but the website had a special for $129 - wish i knew about it!Their waiting area isn't as nice as the other Land Rover dealerships I've been to but it's fine.Overall was decent, people were nice, and my car is working fine - which is what matters most!

Very good example of how purchasing a car at a dealership is the best way. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested and answered all my questions accurately. The sales manager and finance manager facilitated every part of the purchase. After sale support has been excellent.

I hate to give negative reviews, but I don t have much of a choice with this one.First off, I love my vehicle. Great car. But with the exception of my service advisor (Tom Choi), who has been fabulous, I ve had almost nothing but headaches with their service department. I ll try to keep this to bullet points. Had an abnormal rattle coming from the engine compartment of my 22 RR P525. Brought it in and they kept the car nearly 2 weeks without even looking at it. On top of this, I had to argue for a loaner after 1 week without a vehicle (their unwritten policy is they don t give loaners to you if you didn t purchase there). They re not adequately staffed or have the facilities to handle the volume. Every time that I ve brought in my vehicle, it comes back dirtier (interior) than when I brought it in (e.g. grease smudges). I brought it in to have the brakes done and have a window switch replaced. They did the brakes fine, but upon replacing the switch, created a rattle in the door panel that wasn t there when I brought it in. Back to the dealership.Attention to detail by the techs just isn t there. Again, my advisor is excellent. But unfortunately he can t make up for the shortcomings of the rest of the process.

I just purchased my fifth (yes, FIFTH!) Rover from Land Rover South Bay. There is another LR dealership (much) closer to me than LR South Bay, but I still drive the extra 30 minutes to the South Bay. From the service department to the sales department I have always had positive experiences. TC is the *best*. If you are in the market for a Land Rover or a Range Rover, he's your guy.

I tend to be wildly frustrated with Land Rover South Bay from a customer service perspective, specially from the service side. Appointments took over 60 days to book, then once I got in for my appointment, over 1 week to service my car. I say that because that s the frustrating part, but the ONLY saving grace for the unfortunate circumstances of an insanely busy service department was my service rep, Tom Choi. Tom was absolutely proactive and thorough in his communication. With 4 kids, he made sure I had a loaner so that my regular life wasn t inconvenienced by the time it took to service my car. Tom has be communicative, gracious and exceptional with his follow up. I want to send a thank you and commend Tom for being a great face to the business, even when things seem to be chaotic in the background. As a customer, I never felt the chaos, that s honorable. South Bay Land Rover is fortunate to have Tom on the team.

They would not stop at anything to help me and beat all other offers. The none stop work ethic threw the whole experience was amazing . They got me into the car I wanted and apologize for the time it took. The time was far from any Factors . The time they took was much appreciated. Thank u all from sales rep, managers and financing.

Worked with Rafael, Eric, and David to finalize the purchase of a 2023 Defender and it was terrific. They absolutely took care of me, even after there was an issue caused by someone who worked at the dealership. They inherited the issue and solved it immediately. Truly remarkable in a time when most dealers and people just pass the buck. Straight shooters who treated me, my wife, and my young daughter with absolute respect and dignity. Fantastic people and experience.

We worked with Luis Ramos as our service rep to get our annual service. He understood this is our family vehicle and was able to get us in early and out early afternoon. They helped arrange transportation and were great communicating updates. We appreciated the car was clean when we picked it up.

Excellent service from a great staff. Tom Choi accommodated my check up for my upcoming road trip which was handled same day. Every time I needed service Tom has fit me in and gone above and beyond. I was greeted by Evan at drop off and I must say he was very accommodating and professional. Service Team is definitely adds value to the dealership.

I recently went in to South Bay LandRover to pick up my second key that had been on order. What is normally an errand turned into a great experience. I let them know I was headed over and was greeted by my original salesperson TC when I arrived. Always friendly and informative, we had a chance to catch up and he answered a few questions I had about the car. From there, he and Nathan the service manager let me know how long everything would take, made sure fluids were topped off and did a quick inspection to make sure everything looked good. They even washed the car which I really appreciated. Everyone was friendly and helpful which turned a chore into something I felt good about. The GM even took time to check in about the car and service to make sure everything was going well. Great team and experience!

First time for a service check up on my cool Range. Evan was amazing. He s my guy! He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was offered a rental, (however, I decided to wait), I was asked if I wanted my car washed (I was surprised and obliged), they offered coffee in a pleasant waiting area; he reviewed what was serviced and answered any questions I had; he gave me options on the service I would be receiving and the benefits of getting a full tune-up! I was a happy customer and finally satisfied with the kind, thoughtful experience. I finally found the right Range Rover location (Torrance) where I felt special, confident and totally satisfied! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Evan, you rock!

Stephen is very consistent in providing great customer service. When I had the engine light on issue, he managed to schedule a service appointment sooner than the standard 2-month wait. Not a pleasant experience. Evidently my software in my land rover needed to be rebooted. This is my first rover and first experience with them. So unfortunate to have been given a bad experience! Very poor communication every time they said I could pick my car up in two days they wouldn't take my calls no respond to my texting. I was renting a car which was getting expensive. What turned into 2 days turned into anotherweek and another week without him contacting withupdates for me to come get my car I had to go in on a Saturday and demand my car, gave me my keys and give me a Hefty several thousand dollar bill. All I needed was a reboot on my software. Software reboot does not take 3 weeks, after telling 2 days.They up sold me on brakes. I hope to never go back there. If you are a woman I'd stay clear of the South Bay location.

From the beginning to the end of my appointment to have my car serviced was seamless. I want to especially thank Steven for communicating with us continously with updates on what services needed to be done as well as projected costs. Any concerns or questions were answered and resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciated having a loaner vehicle made ready for my use and that my services were completed successfully ahead of schedule. Thanks to Steven for assisting in saving me money but still able to complete all things needed. Thanks to the service department as a whole for making my first service experience so awesome

Recently purchased a car from this dealership and do I regret it. The salesperson was nice and friendly before the purchase was made and then the mood changed quickly. My first day of ownership of my car the AC stopped working and communicated with the dealer. Long story short, they have been giving me the run around to get it fixed. I have made two service appointments at this dealer and both times upon arrival I have been denied service and told to go elsewhere. I took it to a dealer they recommended and now they expect me to pay a $3k invoice for parts and service. I have not had a pleasant experience with this dealership, would advise to go to a different location.

I ve brought my car in many times for service, and although not ideal I ve always had the best experience w/ the service advisors and service dept. Tom specifically, always ensures I have a loaner vehicle, he explains everything thoroughly to me and updates me on the progress while my car is being worked on.Getting your car serviced can be stressful and overwhelming, but if you have to bring it anywhere Southbay is the place to go if you re looking for friendly and helpful service

We had a wonderful car buying experience here. Rafa was very patient and answered all our questions. He showed us all our options so we could make an informed decision. We couldn t decide which car to get so he had both cars brought out even if the other one was in a different parking lot so we can check them out in person. When we went we didn t realize they were closing at 6pm but we never felt we were being rushed into deciding or being haggledThe dealership itself felt very comfortable, smelled really good and very clean. Everybody would greet us and offer waters or a snack.While waiting for Financing, Rafa showed us how everything else worked in in the car, helped us get settled into it. When we got to financing, we had the same wonderful experience with David. We never felt we were being rushed into anything, we didn t feel like we were being sold products just so they could sell.Overall, great experience all around.
