3/13/24: My service experience was stellar. I always appreciate and admire a subject matter expert (SME) attitude and my recent visit was just that displayed by Jaime Zamora, Service Advisor. Have always loved my experience at Infiniti of South Bay and have to give them 5stars!My recent experience with my Q50 at Infiniti South Bay was absolutely phenomenal! The service I received was top-notch from start to finish, including how clean my car was when I picked it up.I had inquired regarding a service interval online, which was answered extremely quick by someone who called me to speak about the issue.Their communication when I showed interest on their website, to the exceptional care and kindness during the servicing, to the meticulous quality checks ensuring my vehicle was in perfect condition upon delivery is unmatched.I have dealt with several other dealers in the past, none of which have treated me and my vehicle the way they do.Infiniti South Bay truly sets the standard for excellence in customer service. I couldn't be happier with my car and the overall experience.

My service advisor, Ed was efficient. The service was great, I waited on my car and I thought considering the service completed the wait time was reasonable. I needed tires and 20,000 Mile maintenance. I also appreciate the car wash as I know some dealers no longer offer that. Overall, this is the dealer I go to when needed. Always a pleasant visit.

My experience here was very comfortable and hassle free. I did have problems with my vehicle but the sales manager Larry and owner have been making sure that the problems are fixed and addressed. I chose to shop here because it is black owned and the warmth I felt walking in was unmatched.Thank you !

The quality of service I received at INFINITI of South Bay was nothing short of extraordinary. From the immediate communication received after expressing interest via their website, to the kindness and care experienced during the test drive, to the quality assurance measures taken to make sure my vehicle was delivered in pristine condition, to the delivery of the vehicle to my home, this dealership could teach a master class on white glove service. We are so happy with the car, the deal, the experience and highly recommend them to other customers.

Great Service. Edson was our service representative. He demonstrated a professional attitude and sincere desire to understand are cars behavior and service concerns. We appreciated and benefited from his experience immediately when he identified and adjusted the dash light brightness. The service department expedited our maintenance needs, and appeared clean and tidy; as well as the dealership. Had a very informative discussion with Victor, the Sales Representative. No sales pressure, just shared knowledge regarding features on new Infinity products. Nice day at the dealership.

Service was good, however the automobile required a part that would take approximately 7 business days to arrive. At approximately 15 business days later, no part, no call or text indicating a delay. I called and was told that the service managers were too busy to talk to me, could they call Monday.

My 2017 Red Sport 400 was sucking oil through the exhaust, took the car to get diagnosed to Infinity of South Bay under Elite WRAP extended warranty. It was determined that the turbo blade had broke off and pieces of the blade were sucked into engine thus causing the problem, and damaging the engine. Under the Elite WRAP warranty a new engine, and two new turbo s were ordered and installed. Customer service as well as [periodic] updates during the process were excellent, all the way up to the car s labor being done and complete. I would highly recommend Infinity of South Bay under Carlos Robles leadership.

Made an appointment, got there early and still over two hour wait time on a Wednesday? Just for a diagnostic $225 fee. Didn t even have the courtesy to wash my car. I had to ask the man. Usually i get a complimentary wash. Y all Need to tighten up.

I ve always taken my car for service at this location many times with good customer service. Sadly, I was disappointed with today s customer service by the repair person or mechanic or whatever his title is. I ve waited an extra 1 1/2 hours because he did not inform me that my car was ready. His excuse was that he didn t know where I was - so lame! I told him he could have just come to the waiting area and called my name, they usually do. He was very rude!!

Spoke to one of the managers Carlos I took my car in the engine light was on . the car was working well !!! I paid about $2200. I don t know what they did by the time I drove 2 miles away. The car was messing up it wanted to turn off. I never had problems with it when I drove it there I called Complaining to Carlos The manager !! I took the car back. I ended up paying $4600 now my air-conditioning all it blows is hot air. I never I go to Infinity again. This is how you treat your customers never again!!!

The car buying experience went pretty smoothly until it came time for me to take possession of the vehicle that s when things started to get rocky. After leaving finance, I asked the sales guy for the second key he went to the sales manager to get the key and the sales manager stated that they didn t have the key but it was on its way to the dealership along with title and once they have the title they would mail me the key. A week after I had the car I called both the sales rep and internet manager neither of which answered my calls. I text the sales rep and he finally responded after 3 days and told me that the sales rep would call me that day. I had to follow-up an additional two times in order to finally get a response from the sales manager letting me know that he was following up for me. (By this time it s been two weeks and I still didn t have an update about the key). An additional week goes by, I still have not heard back from the sales manager. So I reached out again and didn t hear back. Now I m 3.5 weeks into having the car and I reach out to the sales manager asking for an update and this is the update I received was that they have not heard back. By now I m beginning to wonder if they even have a title let alone my spare key. This is the exact message that I received from the sales manager: I mean I typically don t give two keys unless it has two keys, I was just trying to help out if I could Now the story has changed and it somehow became an attempt to do me a favor because I was told that the spare key was on its way along with the title. I feel like I was lied to from the beginning and now it s somehow my fault that the key was not received nor was mentioned anytime during the car buying process until after I purchased it.The lack of communication and act of changing gears was very unprofessional and downright dirty. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone as they are deceptive and once they have your signature, they could care less about you. Don t fall victim to their lip service.

I have had 2 experiences at the Southbay dealership. The first one was for 2 recalls. The experience on a whole was wonderful. When I needed 2 new batteries (there is one under the hood and one in the trunk) the pricing was beyond egregious. They quoted me $1260 and when I did pricing comparison 6 quotes for the same work ranged from $460-$510. Dealerships have overheard, but so does each of those that quoted me. Lesson to be learned is take it to the dealership if under warranty, if not go to an authorized repair shop who gets Infiniti parts not OEM parts. Note: this is a Corporate issue. It s amazing how the treatment was when I chose to not go with their quote.

I would have given 5 stars, but I was asked to find my way home after being told I d be able to drop my family off at the hospital and then be taken back home be up the Owner did not want to give me a loaner car.I thought that was very rude and insensitive.I was told my car was repaired but noticed warning lights when I drove off.I took it back and they needed to keep it that s why I needed the ride

We were looking for a car for our daughter and found a nice used car at very fair price, low mileage and in great condition. Sent a request for info & got an immediate response from Kaz. In short, had a good experience viewing, testing driving, communicating and handling the purchasing of the car. Kaz, Mike and Larry were very attentive and professional and quickly handled our request to finalize the sale of the car. Aldo processed the paperwork side of it quickly and was just as nice and professional. This is had to be one of the most stress free experiences we've had in purchasing a car & appreciate their constant communication and effort to get the car to us quickly and to our satisfaction. I took my Infiniti G37S for some very minor maintenance, replace turn signal bulb. The inspection report claimed and additional $2K of work required! I replied a 10.27am that I only wished the bulb to be replaced.When I went to collect the car after 5.00pm they claimed to have not received my instructions so no work was done. The service writer was not in the least apologetic, and was basically disinterested. I left with my car in exactly the same condition as I'd dropped it of 9 1/2 hours earlier!Despite the dealer being within walking distance of my work I will not be returning for any reason.Worst experience I've had in 13 years of Infiniti Ownership.

Great experience every time I go get my car serviced! I wouldn t take my car anywhere else but South Bay Infiniti because they do such an amazing job the first time around and never any confusion or hassle about updates or taking long with any repairs they perform. I would definitely recommend friends and family members here.

Purchasing a vehicle here has to be the best experience of all the vehicle purchases I have made. From the very 1st call that I made to ask a question about a Q60 they had, to Mike Mulles who handed me my key after he personally delivered my car to my home, it was a 10 out of 10. Anita Ruiz who helped with the legal docs, Mike Miller who was so kind and gracious and spelled out the numbers and Larry Harris who came and asked if I had any questions and came and sat to chat while I waited for paperwork. What an amazing group of people. No pushy sales, no trying to sell me other things, no back and forth with price, no pressure, no over talking, complete transparency and honesty. This is a family owned dealership and I would definitely do business with them again.
