These guys completely saved me. My alternator died right as I was driving past their service center, I was so lucky and pulled right in. Sean assisted me and found the necessary part in stock, he had his guys work on it right away. In almost no time I was back on the road! They were efficient, professional, and so kind. They also explained to me what caused the alternator to die and what future maintenance I might need. Extremely grateful!!

I have been a customer at Scott Robinson Honda in Torrance, CA for over 20 years. I've purchased 4 vehicles during that time and 100% maintenance performed at location.I really appreciate the customer service provided by Alex & Sean, service personnelwho are professional and really care about Their customers.

I was recently rear ended, and the back of my car was damaged extensively. I called Scott Robinson and the collision center was able to get me in right away.Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and helpful, but Danielle, Shannon, & Henry went above and beyond. They made sure I understood everything that needed to be done and took time to answer the many questions I had. I really appreciated that they kept me updated on the progress so that I could plan accordingly. The team was amazing to work with from start to finish.I was really impressed with the quality of the work - my car looked brand new! Prompt, friendly service. They called 10 minutes before my car was done and let me know a couple other things that needed to be done, but weren't urgent. They weren't pushy.

Yesterday. Went for oil change.I waited 20 min to get help. I had an appointment and the service guy just ignored me.Then waited another 2 hours I just Wished that there service is a little faster.Torrance Scott Robinson Honda.I purchased an extra maintenance contract.Hoping for great service.Disappointed

The only place I bring my 2005 Honda Element! They will absolutely answer questions and help you make informed decisions about your car repairs. I have been a customer here for over 15 years and with rare exception been easily satisfied by the service! Rare problems have always been satisfactorily resolved! Thank you!!

Super caring and attentive personnel. Stopped in for replacement wipers. Sold me the rubber only and had a technician replace it for my roommate. Top notch!!! The price... only $15.00 Stupendous deal!!!

I called because I received a postcard acknowledging that my vehicle was manufactured with a faulty AC condenser. The person I spoke with (in the service department) was beyond rude. I explained to her the situation and asked how I could make arrangements. She stated that I would need to drop my car off, leave it at the dealership all day and retrieve it at the end of the day. I informed her that I am a healthcare worker and asked if the dealer could provide return transportation. She said, "no, you can get a taxi or walk back." I became frustrated and asked for her name and to speak with the dealership's manager. She began to mock me (I stutter when frustrated), repeating what I was asking, then hung up the phone. I called back and was told I would need to leave a message to speak to the manager (Arnie). The manager called and left a message (I was not available). I returned his call, within a couple of hours, left a message requesting a call back. I have not heard from him since then (it has been about 3 weeks). Considering the customer service is this poor, I would not trust them with my vehicle. They give Honda a bad name.

Came for my Accord Honda recall. Job was done on this Saturday, it took all day to replace fuel pump and to reload updated software. Job was done OK.

Even though I made a reservation for maintenance, the receptionist didn't come even after waiting for 30 minutes and I was chatting at the desk.The service center in Crenshew is better so I will never come here again.Service: General repairs & maintenance
