They are always very friendly and helpful. Keeps you informed on everything that's going on about your car. Their prices are fair, so I will always go back. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Came with my son to this dealership looking to buy a Honda, since I bought 3 cars here I just felt likea client, but thanks to the bad attitude of Kevin ( the sales man) I would never buy a car from here.He was disrespectful and trying old tactics to make my son buy a car more expensive even though he he stated his price range.This salesman was rude, I had to ask him to stop following us, and he just kept talking and walking in our direction.

If you are looking for excellent service for your Honda, this is the place to bring it. I worked with Geoff Viray and he is very professional and courteous. The waiting room is very clean and recently has been remodeled. I like the fact that a factory trained technician is working on my Honda and they do a complementary inspection to make sure my car is in perfect condition.

Wanted to ask for a possible oil change and tire rotation for my Hyundai Elantra because they did help us fix our car when it went into an accident. So I had assumed that they would also help with other services.I called the service number (I didn t get to catch her name) but right away she answered with a tone.Then I asked for a possible oil change and tire rotation. She asked what my make and model was and I responded.She was like, What?! .. we are a Scott Robinson Honda Service Center. I answered, I was told that we can come in with other car models ? She simply replied, No .Sorry .. bye. I expected more from Honda. Highly disappointed in their customer service.Honestly. Not coming back again. If there was another rep with a better attitude, probably.

I ve had a horrible experience at this Honda Service CenterBack on Feb 10, 2023, I came in as a walk in for an oil change. I checked in with Margarita. They told me it would be a 2-3 hr wait (which I understood because I did not make an appointment). So I said fine, I ll wait no problem.I leave my car and complete some errands in the area.Hour 2, no call, Hour 3, no call. So I called them and asked for the status. They said it would be another hour. Sure, fine. I come back to the Service Center and it s been 4 hours. I see my car parked on the side of the building. I go inside the office and asked to another update. Sorry something came up and we ve been super busy so give us another 30-45 mins . So I waited and waited.In the end, I didn t get my car back until 6 1/2 hours after I turned it.I asked to speak with manager Arnie and he said the next time I come in, I could ask for him and get a free car wash.Honestly, after that experience, I let it go because I understood that every place has an off day but their overall customer service was very dismissive and a little condescending.Also that same day, I lost my AirPods. I assumed I lost them while doing errands. However, today, Dec 21, my AirPods were tracked back to Scott Robinson. I left a message with the manager with no call back/message. I also asked the attendant Margarita for assistance and she allowed me to use my phone for to track them. At one point, the AirPods signaled I was really close but they stopped me from searching closer. There was an employee (who was wearing car repair equipment) who was acting bizarre and when I went to back to my car, I noticed this same employee pull some AirPods out an office desk and leave.I don t want to accuse anyone of stealing but the events/poor customer service points to it. I m writing this review in hope someone in management sees this and responds.Thank youP.S. I also have screenshots of the home address where the AirPods have been the last couple of months. The screenshot of the AirPods being seen at Scott Robinson today Dec 21.

Sadly the service we were given was not as pleasant as when they repaired our Ford Explorer, our Chevy Colorado spent 2 months at this location, the inside was full of dust from the repair, decals were found in the glove compartment uninstalled, and our passenger door electric lock does not work any longer. Avoid taking your vehicle if you can.

I have been a loyal customer at Scott Robinson Honda since I bought my accord 3 years ago with 100k warranty and drove from Long Beach for service needs. Unfortunately I won t be returning to this dealership to upgrade or service because of inefficient service and terrible attitude. Almost a year ago, a pothole damaged my tire. After replacing the tires & two additional parts costing over $3k my car was pulling to left. After numerous attempts the pulling continued mostly when speed over 60. Unfortunately the attitude got worse each time until yesterday they performed an alignment which made the pulling worse. My car is pulling to the left all the time. They didn t want to test drive after alignment and Arnie service manager told me they can t help me and I should seek out special alignment shops who are not Honda authorized outlets. I will be contacting Honda management to get directions on this problem but in the meantime I will seek out another dealer who would appreciate a loyal customer. Thx.

Hi. I came in for service and Mike S. was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and got me on my way straightaway. I appreciate stellar service and this Honda location rocks, especially with the awesome personnel here that make Honda shine Thank you so much!09-16-23 UPDATEI scheduled and completed another prescribed maintenance service for my excellent Honda vehicle again at this location and was no less happy with the results. There were no secret add-on services, no haggling, no price increases, no surprises and I was even discounted based on unneeded services/products. And to boot, my vehicle was in and out of there before I could get my Starbucks coffee refill next door. As usual, Mike S. and his exemplary staff provided the best possible service and experience anyone could ask for. 5 STARS again. Thank you Team Honda!

Almost shocking how bad their customer service is. I was told that I would receive updates throughout the repair work, I received absolutely none.I finally called for an update at 12pm the day after I dropped my car off. I was told that my car was done the day before but they had to finish the 'paperwork'. Thinking that this would not be that big of an issue to complete, I stopped by at 2:30p on my way to an appointment. I was told that they were still working on paperwork and that the person whom was responsible was unavailable. I finally received a call at 4:15p that my car was ready. This was not easy to pull off when they close at 5pm. I had to quickly find an Uber and got there at 4:45p. When I got there, I was told that the paperwork was still not ready.Absolutely ridiculous that my car sat there for 24 hours done while they worked on 'paperwork'. Really difficult for some people to manage when you have work obligations and kids with school dropoff's and pickup's without any updates or notifications on the process when they had told me at the beginning that they would keep me updated.Would not recommend to anyone. I won't even get into some of the other issues with the repair...Service: Auto windshield repair

Went in for a standard oil change on a Saturday - was the shortest wait time I ve ever had for a scheduled oil change! Was there for less than an hour. The waiting area is small, but nice to have as an option if you re waiting on your vehicle.

Shame on the tech who lied and said I needed by back break pads replaced! I used to love this place because I felt like they were very honest. I went to get an oil change and the tech noted that my break pads needed to be changed asap. They were so "low". I Didn't do them right away because I had to leave. Later that week I got a 2nd opinion. My break pads are fine, the mechanic showed me. LITTLE to MINIMAL WEAR. They were lazy and didn't properly Check my pads. I don't know if I can trust them anymore. Was it because they're trying to be slick and get money? Are they lazy? Either way, I'm not sure I'll ever come back here.

I've been bringing my cars here for years. They are great to work with. Easy to schedule your service, and if you are waiting, they work hard to get your service done as quickly as possible. The Service Advisors are all friendly and knowledgeable. I know my Honda is in good hands!

I was directed here by the folks at Scott Robinson Honda. I came for an estimate for body work. I arrived at 4:15 and they did not want to do the estimate because it was too close to their 5:00 closing time. They begrudgingly agreed to do it but made it clear they were not happy about it. They took pictures and made notes on a clipboard but made it clear they would not have the estimate ready that day. It would be emailed to me the next day. This was a month ago and I still have not received an estimate. Given the fact that they could not produce something as simple as an estimate and the customer service was so horrible there is no way I would ever let these people touch my car.

Always come here to get my car serviced. Everyone is always pleasant and patient. Its easy to get an appointment within the week. They never do anything you don t want to and are quick with their service.

I could give much worse rating possible for the poor customer service. No proper response and I do not see them addressing customer concerns. I leased a brand new Honda civic last year and have had so many issues and they were unable to address the issues. The worst service center. They are NOT open until 6, so don t bother even calling them after 4. Their staff confirmed that all service technicians cannot support after 4 and if needed the car can be left unattended overnight and they will figure out a schedule to look at your car while you try navigating using taxi. Again that charges will not be paid by service center even when you are under manufacturers warranty.

Don t get HondaCare! I purchased HondaCare when I purchased my car in 2019. It has since expired and I took my car to another location for routine maintenance. The new place informed me that the transmission fluid was never replaced. I called the Honda service center where I normally take my car and they confirmed my car never had transmission fluid service done, which they stated is usually done during a minor service around 30,000 miles. The last time my car was brought into Honda was over 35,000 miles. However, the service center said they are only able to perform HondaCare services when my car has the maintenance light come on. I paid a significant amount for HondaCare with promises that my car maintenance would be taken care of. Extremely disappointed in this service and I have been getting notifications to extend my HondaCare contract. Questionable and deceitful business practices. I called HondaCare and they said they could not do anything because my contract has expired. They also couldn t give me an answer regarding when the service light for transmission fluid would go on, stating that it isn t based on mileage. I called Scott Robinson Honda since this is where I purchased my car and could not get through. They only care about taking your money. No longer trust Honda!

Unfortunately I ve had to use their body shop multiple times and I ve always been satisfied with the repairs but three different times I believe they cause minor damage to my vehicles in other areas while they had it. One time there was actually touch up paint and the vehicle had never been to another shop. This last time it lightly rained the night before I brought it in so it was spotted up so they marked it as dirty and then showed me in the fine print on the form I signed that since it was dirty when I brought it in they re not responsible for any small damage.Another time I brought my vehicle with run flat tires that have a manufacturer road hazard warranty in for a flat and I couldn t get it through the service writer or service managers head that road hazard warranties cover road hazards. I finally had to call the tire manufacturer and have them call the service manager for me before they would replace the tire under warranty.

I truly had a great experience at Honda and Hyundai service center. I was referred by insurance but still got excellent service! They matched the paint perfect, even did my alignment and cleaned up the wheels! It was a dent on my door & corner panel! Plus the car had been cleaned including the steering wheel! I even want back, next day, to ask some questions and they were very nice and fixed my problem right then, with a smile! Yes, I would recommend this place.

Oscar was a dream! He was so helpful and patient with me while I tried to explain what occurred to my mom on her certified pre-owned vehicle on her 14 hour road trip to California to visit me. When I arrived for the appointment he already had an idea of the problem and knew that the part was in stock. He called me about 2 hours later and let me know that the diagnostic didn't record the code for the problem but gave me more information and what to watch out for, as well as assured me that the technician/mechanic had double checked the wires and connections while the vehicle was with them. I appreciated the time he took to call and talk *with* me (you know how sometimes they just talk at you - but nope he was actually talking with me and answering questions and giving information). Thank you Oscar!

This place is fantastic from the customer service. pricing, and repairs. My neighbor scratched my car and tore off part of my bumper. Jessica and Shannon in the Service Center answered my many questions with patience and as much transparency.After deciding to send my car into the shop, they gave me a much earlier than expected time of completion and turned it around on time, allowing me to use my car for the weekend. They were clear with how the estimates and actual repairs differed and gave me an extremely competitive price to repair some other damages to the vehicle in a different area. No pressure from them to take on the additional charges, which I appreciated. Lastly, I will admit my car has been quite dirty from the ash. They cleaned up everything free of charge and also pumped up my tires.In short, this will be my go-to service spot from now on thanks for the service and the work.
