I had some car issues from all the rain we got recently, I took my car here for the first time weary as a young woman the mechanic can be intimidating as I don t understand much about all the aspects of a car. I am so fortunate to have found this place! Without an appt I was able to come in, I really appreciate Robert listening to me when I first called and he did his best to explain to me through the whole process (had to leave my car for 2 days). My car is up and running, I ll be back for regular maintenance. Thanks!

Hermosa Automotive II is amazing. We were on vacation from the east coast when our car broke down. We made it to Hermosa Automotive II by a miracle and Robert and his team went above and beyond to help us out. They were the kindest and most sincere men and they stopped what they were doing to help us out. They had us on the road again in no time after working through their lunch and getting the parts we needed asap. We can not thank them enough, as well as say what an amazing company and employees they are.Service: Engine repair

This place is good. I have an older vehicle (2003), and they were honest and didn't charge me for things I didn't need. I've taken both my vehicles here for service with no complaints. As with anything ask questions, communicate clearly about what you do and don't need. Locals seem to like.

Took my 2001 Tahoe for a tune up . He wanted to diagnose the car before making any moves . Found the problem fixed it same day . Have a Yukon Denali 2007 xl . Sits in my driveway runs but will shut down if driven far , gauges light up like a Christmas tree . Took it to many mechanics they have no clue what was the issue or they thought they knew the problem was but wasn t it . So basically I only drove it to the mechanic shop and back to my driveway . YouTube videos the whole 9 spend a pretty penny on repairs. Told Jose bout it brought it in the next day after he fixed the Tahoe. Couple hours later pin point the problem and fixed , runs like a champ . For all you GMC owner especially Yukons go to Jose abd his team . 2cars in 2 days fair price . Jose and the team thank you. My son went here on an emergency please help us we need brakes. They did not financially take advantage of them, which unfortunately is always a concern when you're in the position of you need to fix your car and it must be done now.Fair pricing and good service.

This place and the Guys working here are great! I have had my 1960 Corvette for 6 years and it has been fixed at a couple of other shops, but never has it run this well! They now what they are doing! Thanks, Blake

Trust me Robert is a CROOK MECHANIC!! and I would definitely not recommend him to anyone EVER!!everyone be very careful with this man I have already reported him to the better business bureau.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

I was traveling to Torrence from AZ to meet up with some friends that live out of the country. As soon as I hit LA traffic my car started acting up on me. I was so upset because I am not familiar with the area at all. I made it to my hotel and the front desk gave me the information for Hermosa Automotive II, which was just around the corner. I ended up leaving my keys in the overnight drop box. They don't open until 8 and I got a call by 9 the next morning relieving my mind that the repairs weren't going to be as extensive as I thought and they were very straightforward about what it was going to cost me. By mid-day they were finished. I arrived to pick up my car and they took the time to show me everything that was done. They offered to check it over again before I had to head back to AZ the next week. They even commended me on how well I've kept up on maintenance. It was such a relief to be so well taken care of while I was out of town. The only downfall was that I was traveling when I discovered them and can't use them as my regular mechanics.

I brought my 66 mustang here to get some minor work on it, a new carburator and exhaust manifold to be exact and they even fixed my power steering pump that was leaking for no charge. Ever since then I been bringing all my friends to this shop. Robert is the main owner but he also has another shop full of experts that will come to this shop and fix any issue.

I've been a customer of this place for five years and have had four vehicles serviced. Service is great and prices are fair. As long as I live in the South Bay area I'll continue to come here.
