I love Gordon's of Torrance and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Ingrid is fair, upfront, honest, knowledgeable & helpful in dealing with insurance companies. An added plus: they deliver when they say they'll deliver! If there is a delay due to a vendor, they let you know right away. Their work is also first rate and worth every penny!

I took my Tesla to a Tesla Approved Body Shop (Y & S Bodyshop in San Pedro) for a dent below the back seat door. I was told it would cost over $3,600, and that they would need to disconnect the computer, take the front bumper off to reach it, remove the back bumper, remove the headlights, yada yada yada. All because the computer would fry if they didn't. It smelled fishy and like they were out to take advantage. So I called my friend Jeremy, who is an auto specialist, and he referred me to Ingrid. Ingrid explained they were feeding me complete garbage, and all that needs to be done is hit one button to put the Tesla computer into service mode. Ingrid had her guys bust their butts to make it PERFECT, and she made them work late into the night to meet her promised deadline. What more can I say - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Oh, and she charged a fraction of what Y&S wanted. Thank you, Ingrid. I will recommend you to all the people I know.

Brought my very big cab over overland in and that repaired the front end damage on time and no overspray I referred my friend w her Tesla and they cleaned up and painted the front and rear bumpers before returning on a leaseClean and flawless !Service: Body & Trim

This place is incredible! The staff is great and knowledgeable. I had an issue with one of my windows for my Volkswagen Jetta 2016 it wouldn't go up. I brought it in and the staff had my car in service in no time. They figure out the problem quickly and fix it on the spot, now my window works perfectly like nothing happened! The crew was gentle with my car leaving no marks or scratches. Highly recommend this spot

I was rear ended to start off the new year, which had to have been the best luck ever. I have to say, after the service I got at Gordon's, I did feel lucky. Ingrid was fantastic and did not hesitate to coach me through the process in order to get my car back on the road. I have a BMW 325ci that looks stunning after the bumper replacement. Prompt service and great results. Definitely a great start to 2018!

Trash!! I had a side mirror replaced there. They did not complete the job. Took 4 days to get a part that was promised in one day. Given many excuses why the part took so long. They said they would call me when the part came in. Never ever, ever got a call. I had to keep calling them or going to the shop to follow up on the part. I was told by a rude woman who works there to finish the job by going on YouTube to see how to adjust the camera on the mirror to sync with the dashboard, after they replaced the mirror. She was not much of any help. She was unprofessional, unapologetic, and had no customer service etiquette at all. She said she would have Josh, who works there, called me regarding this matter because it was not her account. Still, til this day..I have not heard from a Josh. My first time experience with this business was upsetting and disappointing. So I give this business 2 thumbs down. Zero stars!!! Highly not recommended! Go somewhere other than here. Saving you plenty of stress!

They fixed a leak I had in my car and detailed the interior for a reasonable price. It's like a new car and doesn't smell anymore from the water that was trapped inside for a month.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE HACKS!!!!!!!!!!!!Majority of work paid for by insurance not done, including removal of parts prior to painting (they sprayed right over a LOT of stuff, and lazily and improperly roped off parts instead resulting in lots of over spray) , wheel suspension NOT FIXED AT ALL, though they did try to BEND the FRAME to VISUALLY ALIGN the wheel ( to make it look good enough for me when I picked it up-didn't care about the safety issue) instead of replacing bent, unsafe suspension parts, which has now resulted in driver side doors not closing properly. Paint is BLOTCHY and does not match color or texture of silver metallic, orange peel effect, bubbles, etc, etc, etc, the more I look at it the more I notice wrong with it and the more I get estimates the more other people point out things that are wrong to me. Bondoed instead of replacing rear fender as specified by insurance company estimate, there are scratches, nicks that were not there previously, scratch marks from sanding still evident, chips that were not there before. They sprayed over chip guard, painted plastic window pillars instead of replacing them as specified by insurance company estimate. Bondo-ed body line not straight or correct, more like a melted candle. SUMMARY: They either don't care or lack the skill to do a proper job, and will lie thru their teeth about work performed. EVERY shop I took it to (many, almost 30) for estimates of how much it would cost to fix what they did to my car said that this is a completely UNPROFESSIONAL, AMATEURISH JOB. I wouldn't be surprised if they were brought up on fraud charges since that's basically what happened. So unless you're looking for an extremely cheap crappy looking paint job for your beater car, STAY AWAY. I can't recommend them to anyone and although I am normally a very easy going person I wouldn't mind at all if this review puts them out of business because it's just not right to do what they did to me, which is to steal my one chance to get my car fixed, necessitating me spending hours and hours driving around for estimates and having to go to the Bureau of Automotive repairs to get the money back to get my car fixed properly and for that matter I may have to sue them for more because of the damage that they did to my car which is not covered under the INITIAL Insurance estimate.

The owner is shady! Promises to come through with the projects but never does!Stop calling or texting my husband for advice or help with your business. He DOESN'T work for you, nor is he obligated to help you out. You need to Figure out your own problems.
