Mike shows everyone how customer service should be done. Attention to detail, extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, great value, quality, all taken care of with utmost professionalism. One thing that stands out in my mind is how he succeeded in repairing the blend doors in my Lexus with minimal labor after another shop essentially said that it was a big project and could not be be done without ripping out the whole dashboard. My experience with Mike and his team was amazing, especially for his effectiveness and disposition, so much so that I will always go back to him for my car repair services. Mike first of all is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about cars. The entire experience from stating the issues, coming up with a plan to service the car, bringing it in and talking through the options and formulating a plan that was best for the situation was the easiest and most satisfying experience I ve ever had at a shop. Mike really knows his stuff and knows the ins and outs of more obscure cars as well as takes lots of time to do his own research on the problem at hand so that he is as knowledgeable as anyone before the repair even begins. For example, when servicing the CV axle on my RS6, he noted that it s usually best to replace the axle. Being an older Audi part, it is prohibitively expensive to do so and instead we came up with a plan to repair the boot and fix the problem at hand that was very affordable and even appropriate for the issue on hand. The work is always complete when he says it will be and his shop does the work with the utmost pride and confidence - the shop as well is very nice, super clean and very efficient. I now consider Mike not only the person I will take my car to every time, but a new friend and fellow enthusiast. European Auto Center is absolutely exceptional and I am pleased to know that there are shops which take such pride in their work and customer service still. Will certainly be going back!!

I found a local shop for my Lotus Elise.I called almost 30 shops for getting a regular service for my Lotus since dealershop is hour away and have to wait there few hours with super high price but none of shops wants to work Lotus.EAC was the only shop and willing to take it. EAC performed successfully without slidest scratch.EAC will be my shop for my Lotus.Thanks EAC and cheers, Mike.

I have been looking for a good BMW mechanic to maintain my car and Mike is the one! He was recommeded to me by my co- worker. He totally exceeded my expectations and very honest too.I live in Huntingon Beach but it is worth driving to have somebody like mike take care of my car. And yours too!

Mike & his team were very efficient and communicated everything perfectly. Went into the shop having a problem with my battery dying. Mike & his team diagnosed the car super fast and had a new battery in the car properly tested & working perfectly all within the same day. From the first phone call to every interaction after, everything was 10/10. If you want great value, excellent & reliable service come here. Will definitely be back again. And highly recommend.

Outstanding service and experience, can't recommend this shop enough!I'd recently gotten a high mileage VW GTI that was leaking oil and really needed a proper inspection. Mike and the team were extremely thorough, showing me and explaining everything that was going on with the car both good and bad. They took care of everything it needed very quickly and for a very good price! Their professionalism and quality are unmatched, going above and beyond in every way.

Finally met Mike today in person. This is going to be my 2nd service here because I know Mike and his technicians are well trusted to work on after our first service. I dropped off our newer vehicle to get worked on today and am going to put an another review in the near future. I recommend this place and gave EAC 5-stars!

Hello all! I went in for a rear wheel bearing, oil change, differential fluid flush, coolant top off, door panel adjustment and E Brake adjustment on my 05 997 Carrera. Mike and Gus have been very helpful, flexible, very communicative and very caring on the work they did on my car. Mike and Gus are very careful and double check procedures, doing deeper research to confirm the latest appropriate solutions before doing any work on a car with specific needs (18 years old, over 90k miles on the chassis and with a freshly rebuilt engine). Mike even asked my oil brand preference. Everything was fixed and completed like I envisioned it. They are true car enthusiasts! I just found my go to shop and I will recommend it to all my loved ones! Thank you Mike and Gus!

Mike tries to keep you within budget, he is honest and thorough. The car industry has a bad reputation for a good reason, people like Mike make it better and his shop is great. A prior shop misdiagnosed my car. Mike diagnosed it right, actually fixed the problem, and SAVED ME HUNDREDS. I had an issue with my Camaro not going as fast anymore and hopping into Limp Mode, and with Mike and the other Mechanic s help, they were able to get it up and running just like new again. Found the problem within only one day, and replaced it BEFORE the period that Mike told me it was gonna be done. Fast, amazing service. Will be coming here for all my car needs. I suggest this shop 100%, and even though it s called European Auto Center it seems like they work on just about everything!You guys were amazing, thank you so much!

If I can give this place infinite positive stars review, I definitely would. came in for buddy s BMW for engine mount and coolant hose leaking, and got the job done at significantly less than stealership. Very consistent on updating what s going on with cars and able to get it done in day.The owner Mike even went beyond to check my vehicle at no extra cost. If anything needs to be done in my car , I will take it this shop for repair.Really appriciated the service. I have to give Mike Cassidy, the owner @ European Auto Center 5 Stars ! My experience with him was fantastic. My check engine and EPC lights came on in my 2018 Volkswagen Convertible Beetle. I took my car to 3 places, and not one of them could diagnose it. To be sure, I thank God I found Mike ! I also have to give a shout out to one of Mike s employees, a Lead Mechanic named Gus. Mike and Gus took the xtra time to diagnose my car. Mike went out of his way to call around for lesser priced car parts !! I needed 2 of my fuel injector circuits replaced, and I decided to replace all 4 fuel injector circuits to avoid any further issues due to how much work was involved to get to the fuel injectors. Mike took photos, he explained and showed me the caked on black sooty buildup on the fuel injectors. I had been using the cheapest gas and Mike advised me to use Chevron 91 Octane to prevent future buildup. Mike is very friendly, reliable and has exceptional troubleshooting skills and takes pride in making sure his customers are well taken care of. Excellent service. After visiting several repair shops for my BMW, I finally found one that gets the job done correctly. Mike, the owner, is very honest and very knowledgeable. I had many problems with my car and nobody could fix the problem. Thankfully, my dad recommended European Auto Center and I couldn t be happier for the service I received. They fixed multiple problems that other mechanics could not fix. He is also very reasonable. If you are looking for an honest mechanic this is the place to go. I don't usually write reviews but I absolutely have to regarding Mike at European Auto Center - hands down the best shop I've ever taken my car to. Not only does Mike genuinely care about the safety of you and your car, he goes above and beyond for his customers - checking in and making sure you got to your destination safely, asking how the car is running and going over your options with you. I had a few issue with my car, check engine light, stalling, vibration when driving, trouble starting the car, etc and he bent over backwards to figure out all the issues in a timely fashion. My car is now running better than it has in YEARS and for a very reasonable cost which hard to find!!! Can't recommend this shop enough. We purchased a JDM import a year ago but realized the front auto windows didn t work. No shop would take the job because they were either unfamiliar with the car or they were aware that parts would be impossible to find. Eventually, I was referred to Mike at EAC by one of the shops. He spoke highly of him stating that Mike was the man for the job. I gave him a ring, we talked about the issues, he researched the car, accepted the job and we dropped it off a few days later.Mike was very communicative with updates on the progress in troubleshooting the window issue. He even sent photos! He managed to get the passenger side working with no problem. Sadly, one of the wheels on the driver's side was cracked. As mentioned before, parts are impossible to track but he managed to repair the wheel, reassemble everything and get the driver's side to work too! This level of professionalism have made us loyal customers willing to brave crossing the 405 to get our cars worked on. Thank you EAC and Mike for taking the job every other shop feared. Our cars are in your hands.

Absolutely fantastic service and experience at EAC with Mike! We have a 2009 VW EOS hard top convertible that had serious malfunctioning issues with the opening and closing of the top. It's hard to find a shop that would even touch the top due to its complexity. Most refused to even look at it. It would get stuck half way during the open/close procedure. The hardtop is an over engineered electronic swiss army knife with tons of sensors, cables, and hydraulics that is beautiful to watch, but impossible to diagnose without knowing what you're doing and having special diagnostic software. We were in a serious spot since the top was literally stuck half way open. We called Mike who immediately took our car in, diagnosed the problem, and made the repair at a very reasonable cost. While the car was there, Mike put the car up on the lift to check out an oil leak for us, which we will also have repaired. Highly recommend EAC.

Rizzos pizza : family member, European auto center has our stamp! This was the best experience I have had in dealing with repair of my Volvo! Mike , the own was , was professional but personable . He kept me up to date sending pictures and calling with information and his rates were very competitive and he went above and beyond for me .. I was very happy with the service here. Mike was very accommodating and professional. My car was not driveable and he thoroughly checked my car and explained in detail what the problem was and fixed it. Mike even paid for an Uber so I can pick up my car. Wow these guys really went above and beyond! I was having a Phantom mystery problem with my passenger airbag turning off and I had taken it to two other mechanics who charge me a bunch to diagnose but eventually just threw their hands up and said take it to the dealership and pay an arm and a leg. Mike was relentless at trying different things and finally figured out a solution and now it works amazing!
