My wife purchased a Prius V from Tony, and yhe car was great, price very fair, and transaction trouble free. Their recommendation for credit union was fantastic, and we got a great rate there too. Nice (but small) inventory of excellent, lightly used hybrid vehicles, primarily Toyota Prius & The occasional Lexus

I bought 2013 Lexus CT 200 hybrid on 10/29/2019 . Customer service is wonderful, honestly to disclose everything about the car , very good price. I strongly recommend to everyone who intends to buy used car , you don t get lemon after getting out this dealer

Extremely recommended business, James was the most helpful auto associate I ve ever met, he was really nice, clear about the process and got everything done timely and efficiently. I rented a car here for 4 months, and drove it a lot daily since Uber eats is my full time job, with 0 problems. I did the recommended maintenance provided by the dealer and the car ran smoothly. I ve recommended this place to my own friends and look forward to going back again in the near future, thank you James!

I went and talked to the guys down here about leasing a vehicle, they were very kind about it and the process went very smooth. James, who was my agent throughout the process, was a big help to me and I would highly recommend leasing through this dealer if you are looking for a lease.EDIT: Just closed out on a lease here through ecodrive, james was super friendly and very helpful he made the whole experience great, the rest of the staff was also very awesome. The cars were all a very reliable drive. Overall great experience working with these guys.

Very excellent customer service. James was a fantastic help with any problems I had. He made sure i felt comfortable leasing the car was very friendly. I was going to lease through another company but James customer service won me over. Highly recommend leasing here.

This was the quickest and least stressful car leasing experience I have ever had. James was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing a vehicle. He tried his hardest to make me happy and make sure I got what I want. He was great. He responded quickly to all my emails and text messages and went above and beyond finding a good car at a shorter time. Super happy with my car and with the whole experience.The service and attention to detail is unparalleled. The selection of vehicles and ultimate value for the money is superior to anyone else in the area. I sold my Prius to Eco Drive and had a great experience overall. I found them through an ad that claimed they could beat the CarMax offer and they easily did. I worked with James, who was extremely responsive and professional. I would recommend James and Eco Drive for anyone looking to sell their car.

I leased a vehicle yesterday from Eco Drive and can inform the process was very quick and easy. They are a very professional company and provide exceptional service. I had worked with James and contacted him on Monday, March 22nd , 2021 and was in a very clean and reliable Toyota Prius by March 25th, 2021. They are the best in the business! I highly recommend their services.

The most pleasant experience I've ever had, getting my car fixed. Ryo, the mechanic/technician, is an expert in the true meaning of the word, and James is an excellent manager. I needed to fix the malfunctioning combo meter in my '07 Prius, a problem that 2 previous mechanics are unfamiliar with. With a brief description of the symptoms, Ryo knew exactly what was wrong, and more importantly, how to fix it. Time estimate was 2 hours, and the job was completed with a few minutes to spare. A very pleasant surprise was how clean and organized the entire facility is. It also helped that the charge was very reasonable, less than other shops normally charge, and a lot less than a Toyota dealer would. I live in Santa Clarita, and they're in Torrance, but I'll definitely drive to EcoDrive all the time for all my car maintenance needs.

James is a superstar. He stayed all the way until 8:30pm and fought for my entire security deposit to be returned back to me during the return process of my vehicle. He defines exemplary customer service and is someone who stands behind his customers. I ve been to many independent dealerships and have been ignored and dismissed on many occasions. But not with James Spicer. James Spicer is the reason why ECO Drive has experienced a high volume of new customers in the past year. If you need highly-specialized expertise in Toyota Priuses and outstanding customer service, call in to ECO drive, but only ask for James Spicer.

I took my 2012 Camry hybrid to Eco Drive due a mystery power drain to my 12v battery. Eco was recommended by my long time Toyota mechanic. Ryo solved the issue with patience and professionalism. Ryo a great Toyota mechanic.

Sam Sato gave us outstanding service in the purchase of my daughter s first car to drive to college. We had been looking for quite a while and had some bad experiences with dealers not returning our calls, selling cars that were promised to us, not keeping us informed, and just plain bad service and dishonesty. Then we discovered Eco Drive and their honest and sincere service. Sam was very honest and up front with us and made the whole process easy and painless. When buying a used car one is always worried that they are going to have mechanical problems after purchasing. Eco Drive gave us a FREE 2 year warranty, which at other dealerships was either not offered or only at expensive prices. This along with the fact that they specialize in Prius and have mechanics check the car over meticulously for you that will warranty repair all problems within 2 years made this a worry free, no brainer purchase for us. They stand behind their brand after purchase which is hard to find even in new car dealerships. If you are in the market for a used car, THIS is the place to go. Thanks Sam!

I had been looking for used Lexus CT 200h hybrid car on the website. There're numerous cars, but I was anxious about which dealership I should purchase from.After I saw a lot of great testimonials on the Eco Drive website, I asked about the car and quotation to them. Mr.Suzuki immediately answered my question. Since Lexus was not their inventory at that moment, he looked for the car for me and gave me a quotation. Also, he checked car condition and only suggested good condition car.After a few days of quotation, he went to the car auction in the early morning. Then rechecked actual car condition which he quoted. Finally, he won the car at the auction with the price range he quoted. They even checked car condition again in their facility and repair a few minor problems before I picked up the car.I'm totally satisfied their service. They're attentive, trustworthy and very honest. I don't believe other dealerships can provide the same quality of service as Eco Drive does. I totally recommend Eco Drive if you plan to purchase the car.

We purchased a Prius V from them last month and the entire process was seamless and fabulous. We worked with Kazu and he really took care of us, addressed all of our concerns, and even put the car up on a lift and sent detailed photos so that we could check it out before we drove out from Vegas. Knowing we were already purchasing the car (because we put down a deposit) he still went ahead and ordered a little mat for the console which arrived the day we got there and popped it in for us before we drove away. The entire process was seamless and professional, and little things like the mat really show they care about their customers on top of selling great reliable cars. If you are in the market for a prius I don't think you can go wrong doing business with them. If I am ever in the market to replace this one Eco Drive will be the first place I look! :)

I ve got my first Prius here back in 2013 and they have been the most generous and cooperative dealer I ve ever been too. It s a one stop shop for everything. I even got my catalytic converter stolen and I went around for estimates and they offered the best price out of the 3 other locations I went too. I get my oil changed here for a good price, and any concerns I have they are always willing to help. I recently just purchased my second Prius here as well!
