This shop is top notch. I have brought both of my cars here for work, and I am beyond impressed with the attention to detail they put into every job. They will take the time and effort to explain to the insurance company how to properly fix the vehicle and not let them do the bare minimum and pass it off. I also appreciate the constant updates and communication, I always know where we are in the process. One of my cars is a rare classic and I trust them over any other shop with getting it fixed right and helping to hold its value. Such a great experience and good people.

Alan exceeded my expectations with his phenomenal customer service and making the process of fixing my car run smoothly. The moment I was hit, he instructed me on how to inform my insurance. Once I got a claim number, Alan took care of the rest and got my car in his shop within 3 days. My car is 14 years old and he made it look brand new! I recommend Dominguez Collusion Renewal they do an amazing work, make your car look brand new and are experts at color matching the paint of your vehicle.

Great body shop, a place you can drop your car off and know with no doubt that it will come out looking and more importantly functioning better than it did before you brought it in.I dropped my car off in October of 2020 and told Alan what I would like done and we worked together on each step. The car is a 1999 Camaro Z28 that I bought at auction with front end damage.I was always notified when something wouldn't work or when the project hit a road bump. This mean't alot to me as many body shops and other businesses lack the skill of communication. My car looks brand new thanks to this shop, I wouldn't hesitate to return here for another project or to refer someone here.You should consider Dominguez Collusion Repair if you want to deal with a shop that treats your car like its theirs.

Repairs @ 100% Body Shop !I am very satisfied with the repairs that Dominguez Collusion renewal did to my 2016 GMC TRUCK ! The body ,paint and finish work they did to my truck is magnificent. I was not able to believe that, that type of work could be done when doing paint! Besides the work their customer service and knowledge to any questions that I had were answered at 100% satisfaction. I would highly recommend Dominguez Collusion renewal Shop to anyone and to all AAA members. I really believe that if AAA recommends this body shop to any of it's members they will be super satisfied with workmanship ,care, and love they offer at this facility!Again, Dominguez Collusion renewal I, thank you very much for taking care of my vehicle.

Such an amazing person to work with as soon as you got my claim number for my car he took care of the rest he stayed in contact with me his service is amazing he is the one stop shop for anything of your needs that he can do he will do and take care of it when he fixed my car he went above and beyond make sure everything was taken care everything was in unison he stayed in contact with me every step of the way he didn't do anything with out my approval that is what makes you stand out

Best experience I have received from an experience of having a damage car that one needs day to day. Alan immediately had car looked at onsite and had a rental for us within a few hours of contacting him. Communication was great from step A to Z. Mechanical service was needed outside of body damage and was able to be taken care of at a good rate while car was in his care. Vehicle was dropped off to us at our convenience, no appointments needed or time restrictions. Very easy to deal with and the professionalism was next level service. Thank you for taking care of us. Like new!

Honestly this business by far has some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with in anything. From the very beginning Allen treated me with respect and compassion and showed my he and his shop was all about integrity. Did amazing work and It turned out perfect, better then expected. The staff at Dominguez Collusion Renewal were very friendly and efficient with my car repair. I honestly waited at the shop for maybe 10 minutes. My car was sideswiped. So I didn't know how my car was going to look with one side new looking, and the other side normal (13 yrs old.). Mr. Dominguez assured me that it would look fine. Sure enough, he went out of his way to make sure the other side looked just as good. He also added other repairs that he didn't need to do at no extra cost! He replaced the two headlights and fixed the hub caps. My car looked brand new!! If you want to go somewhere that you know will make your car look perfect, go to Dominguez Collision. I found this place based on the reviews, and they did not disappoint!Owners are kind, easy to work with, and know the system, so it was a breeze having them coordinate with my insurance. In my particular case, there was a lot of confusion from my insurance because the person who hit us also had geico, and they started a separate claim that didn't link our geico. It was a nightmare.These guys easily navigated the insurance and got the work done quickly and beautifully.I don't wish for anyone to have to get work done on their car, but if you do, this is 100% the best experience you're going to get.

I give five stars to Alan and his team at Dominguez Collusion Renewal for the great service and amazing job they did on my car. After being rear-ended, I spoke with Alan who then offered to pick up my car, repair and return it to my residence. My car was picked up on a Monday and returned back to me first thing Thursday morning that very same week. Not only was my bumper repaired, but they did touch up on some of the door dings, and my car looked brand new when it was returned to me. I would highly recommend Dominguez Collusion Renewal for repairs, they made the entire experience stress free and easy.

I recently damaged my rims and was looking for a body shop to repair them. Alan Dominguez Owner/Manager gave me a really good price and worked around my budget and hooked me up with a great price. The quality of work was phenomenal and i got my rims back with in a 2 day period. His Customer Service was 5 star rated. He always communicated with me giving me updates about rims.

Amazing customer service! I was recommended to take my Honda Pilot after my accident. After being hit twice in the same spot Alan took care of my car like if it was his own. In January I was involved in a three car pile up, myself being the first car in front. All damage was to the rear bumper, tail gate and tail light. I was recommended to Alan at Dominguez Collusion Renewal.I was having trouble with my insurance representative that was taking care of my claim. I wasn t receiving phone calls or emails back after my statement was taken.I was waiting for a call back to make an appointment with an inspector, that call was never received! Alan wanted to get my truck in the shop and get started, I told him the situation and he took it out of my hands. He said he would handle the situation. The very next day, that representative contacted me after getting in contact with Alan.From the accident I had some whip lash, alan refereed me to lawyers that helped me get some therapy I needed to help the recovery.It was game on from there. Alan kept close contact with updates, photos, and unfortunately other problems from a previous accident. In order for my truck to go straight, the steering wheel had to be turned left, as if I was making a left.My front shocks were worn, my front control arms were bent and worn down. Everything was replaced! From my shocks, to brand new control arms, to my steering wheel being straight and suspension! My truck came out brand spanking new!Alan went above and beyond for me and I will recommend anyone to him. The owner, Alan, was super helpful when I got into my car accident. I called my insurance to pick up my vehicle from the tow and they were unable to, I went ahead and called Alan and he assisted me and was able to tow my car to his yard very quickly! He was also able to provide me with estimates on how much my vehicle was worth due to it being a total loss and made sure I was able to get the highest amount possible from my insurance. This company is very reliable and will make sure you get the results you deserve. Highly recommend, communication is fast and service is amazing!

I just want to say thank you to Alan and his team for doing a professional job on repairing my truck. I took my Ford F150 in to his shop for some front end collision repair. They did an amazing job my truck and it looks basically brand new again. Alan was professional, courteous, informative and always kept up-to-date on the repairs being made on my vehicle. Destroyed my trucks front end and Alan s shop took care of all my damages. Had constant updates along with photos and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Dominguez collusion renewal worked a schedule pick up and drop off to my needs. Took my truck in a mess, got it back as if it was straight off the dealers lot. I am more them satisfied with this shops work, their service and communication was great.

GRADE A SERVICE!!! Got myself into an accident and shopped around for a body repair shop a month back. Once I met Alan, I knew he was the man for the job. Very professional, kind, straight forward, and hardworking. Although insurance was difficult to contact, Alan made sure to go through the right channels to get the job done. Not only did he do good work, but he went above and beyond! I ve had my car back for a week now, and it drives better than it did before the accident. This auto collision shop has been the most pleasant experience I ve had compared to other shops. Allen who was very helpful and walked me thru every step on how to proceed with my claim. He took care of the towing of my truck to his shop and all the repairs needed on my truck. He was very communicative with me and the insurance company through out the repair process. He left my truck impeccable. His services were outstanding. I surely recommend this shop to anyone in need of collision repair. They will fully take care of all your needs .

I usually struggle trying to find an auto body shop to do repairs on my car but I will most definitely go back to Dominguez Collusion Renewal because I had such a great experience there. Customer service was great and they performed repairs on my car that I had needed to get done for awhile. Looks like I have a brand new car now! Haha. Will recommend others to go there as well. I was T-boned at an intersection on 1/7. A friend recommended Dominguez Collusion Renewal. I contacted Alan, and let me tell you, he made one of the worst experiences of my life less stressful and worry free. Alans first worry was that I was safe and uninjured and offered to contact a lawyer for me if I had any bodily Injuries. Thankfully I was unharmed but just shaking up.It was the first accident I've ever been in so he walked me through the steps of how it could be, and gave me clarification on what I should do.I sent Alan my claim information and he took care of everything from there. Called me as soon as he had updates, and even texted me if he was not able to reach me. He gave me updates every step of the way.If anyone of my friends or family ever get into any accident, I will definitely recommend Dominguez Collusion Renewal. They will look out for you and your family, the way they looked out for me!

First of all I wanna thank Allen for taking care my truck not once but twice, broken windshield paint on the back of my bed,they added a new bed liner,then new bumper with a fresh coat of paint...best part was him going out of his way to pick up my truck from home this dude will work with u all around and great team I highly recommend
