If i could give 0 i would. You shouldn t have to jump through hoops for a warranty issue on a new car. Maybe find the issue for others on the first inspection especially if takes the entire day.Also reset oil change indicator for customers so they don t think nothing was done.Never use this place because they will claim parts are not covered for a new car under manufacturer warranty.

Alli I can say about DCH Toyota service and parts is that I just love this place. If you bring your car rest assure that you will always find a smile from the staff, which is important ...my favorite person is Margaret ... always helping customers...and last but not least delicious coffee inside the lobby ...and they will service your car the best possible way they can...

Here is a fun story: I purchased my car from this Toyota Dealer a while ago. It's not close to me but they gave me a good deal. I began getting my car serviced at a closer Toyota dealership, South Bay Toyota. Oil changes, and some other things went fine. Until last year when I noticed my car touchscreen was unresponsive. Thankfully, I purchased extended warranty which covered any digital or electronics in the car. I take my car to South Bay Toyota and they question my extended warranty. They say they don't know if my insurance will cover it. I explain I spoke to them, they will cover it but you can call to figure it out with them too. I provide the number and the advisor doesn't want to call initially then huffs and puffs about it. Then says I'll be on the hook for the diagnosis fee of like $280 dollars. I explained we can figure that out later with insurance. He says that's not how it works. I ask them to pull up my car and dip out.A few months later I take it to DCH Toyota on PCH, the one I'm reviewing now. Margaret Kang is my advisor. I explain what's wrong and my that I have extended warranty with my insurance. Margaret says no problem, I'll call them after we take a look at your car. She handles everything with my insurance company and gets 3k in repairs for my car done and all I pay is my deductible. Simple. Pleasant. No stress. Oh yeah, fast rental too.I would give this Toyota service department and Margaret six stars if I could. Thanks for making this painless unlike my experience at South Bay Toyota. thank you!!!! I'm only coming back here in the future.

Like the easy access facility. The customer service, Bryan, was the best customer service. He gave me a very good suggestion and followed up on the process of my car. I was and am very happy. You made my day, Bryan.

I think if you are taking your car here for general maintenance services such as an oil change, they are ok. However, be careful when they start recommending major repairs or other services to your vehicle. Get a second opinion from a trusted mechanic.

To find a good mechanic shop is very difficult. I called bunch of mechanic who comes home for oil pan replacement and most of them are charging same as this dealership or more. So before going call them for quote. Much better than Toyota of Gardena. I still got price bumped at the end here too, I was lucky as I had already negotiated before with service advisor and had it in the message .

The service team is very polite and thorough. The waiting area is clean and a nice area to sit and handle personal business or just watch TV.My service was completed in a good amount of time, but I was a little disappointed that my car was not washed upon service completion at least clean our windows so we can see better on the way out, if you're not going to wash the car.I went to the Parts department to look for some paint for my glossy black wheels and they didn't have anything of that nature. I again was disappointed but I will find something to fix my wheel.

Good service, I showed up without appointment and they took care of my truck. However they didn't set the tire pressure as I'd asked after they did the rotation, in fact it was just opposite. Could be considered dangerous if I hadn't noticed their mistake. Check their work.

I feel like Royalty every time I bring my car in for maintenance. Nicki makes me feel like she is my own personal concierge. She makes everything easy. The best service ever! I really appreciate getting texts from her updating me on my car. When I'm at work I just can't take a call. She even said to text or call her when I'm on my way to drop off car so she could have my ride to work arranged and ready to go when I got there.

Took my highlander in for a brake inspection. I ended up needing all brake pads replaced but they got it done in a few hours and offered us a military discount which we sincerely appreciate. The whole process was very easy and stress free. The lobby is very spacious and comfortable. We sat for a good 2 and a half hours but it was pleasant. There is some food and drinks provided and then they have the vending machines. Bathrooms were clean as well. Super friendly staff as well. I will definitely be back to have my Highlander serviced.

Extremely dishonest car service center. We have a plug-in hybrid vehicle that went in for it's 15k service. We only have ~2k miles on the gas engine since we typically drive in EV mode. However, somehow the service tech recommended that we pay $42.99 for an air filter replacement.I asked for clarification from the tech if this was an air filter for the cabin or if this was for the engine and she confirmed it was for the engine. I politely refused this additional up-charge for our scheduled maintenance.After I got home I check the filter myself and it was in pristine shape. This is extremely disappointing that such a great car company allows such practices for their service centers. I will not be returning to this location.

I wanted to leave this positive review, because I was blown away by the kindness and attitude of the service man who helped me, Julio. I pulled up my car after hours unknowingly (6:15pm, I didn t realize COVID made them close at 6pm instead of 7), but Julio still very kindly gave my tires air and checked them, since my tire pressure light was on. He could have just told me to come back tomorrow, but very graciously took my car in for a check up and got me safely back on the road in under 10 minutes. As a first time car owner and this was the first time I took this car in for service, it really meant a lot! I will definitely be coming back (at the correct hours lol) in the future, Julio deserves a bonus and raise!!! Thank you!!!Service: Tires

Got a call from them that my car was already ready before I got there for a 6-month scheduled maintenance. Once I got there and paid for the service I waited out in the service area drop-off lanes and was told my car would be arriving shortly. I must have had 5 different employees go "check" if my car was ready or not, and every time they came back saying it wasn't and the mechanics were still working on it. I asked after the first time to ask the mechanic to give a time frame of how long so I would know whether to stay or leave. In total ended up being an hour of waiting and repetitive answers. The lack of communication between the mechanics and the service advisors was really disappointing, since I was told to come pick it up, and it wasn't even ready for another hour. Asking only for 2017 Corolla to have maintenance. But asking me the cost of oil changes $69 and the brakes $189. W/out knowing what's the problem of the car. Not to see it yet the car.Wow! Every 3 months, $68 only i paid. Oil changes, tires rotation more services. Back again if its 5000 miles. Ones you signed the contracts. Everything was changed. Why they doing this to their customers?

Took my truck to repair a small scratch it had on the passengers side door and install some add ons. They returned it with another scratch on the front door. Took it back to get that repaired and they returned it with another scratch on the back door and the rubber seal around the front door window was pulled out so I took it back for that and they returned it with another scratch on the front door. Tired of taking it back and forth and them eating my time. The managers don't answer emails or calls. Bought this truck back in July and been almost 3 months and they couldn't fix the problem. Very disappointed and angry at the same time that I couldn't believe that the work doesn't get supervised or inspected before it gets returned to the owners. Business's like these only care about the sale and not the service! Won't be taking my truck here for any more repairs.

I ve used this dealership a few times for routine service on my Tacoma. My service advisor, Arlette, does a phenomenal job, very attentive, professional, and accommodating. Helped me effortlessly get a warranty repair done. Would recommend.

Was greeted within minute of arrival. Gentleman was courteous & professional. Answered all questions. Gave a time frame for completion. Received call - they were ahead if schedule & approximately what time car would be available. When made payment for car rep was professional, as was the young man who delivered car to the door. The guy working at parts was extremely rude and didn t even know I order something to their store. Even though I called yesterday and this morning. They were suppose to call me but they didn t. Condescending attitude when I asked to see the part that I ordered because it was in a box and I wanted to make sure I got what I order. I decided not to buy from them and left. Never coming back

Had to get my battery replaced and they charge you $160 for a diagnostic which is pretty run of the mill, except I also have issues with my check engine light and display panel. I get it back and the panel doesn't work and the light is still on, so I consult the paperwork and it says I declined the check engine diagnostic which I never even got asked about. I go inside and they say they charge you PER issue, so if I wanted to get everything checked it'd be triple the money. It's a Prius, you literally plug it in and a computer tells you what's going on. Not only this but the dude asked me "Do you know what's wrong with the engine" like I'm not already dropping $400 on a new battery to get quizzed on the car I brought in to get fixed.Service: Electrical

I bought a car 2/1/2019, and I've got notice of intent to suspend on the 4/8/2019. OMG!! This car is still on my name. They don't want to do those job properly. Mission of this dealership is to sell you anything ASAP and forget about you. The worst customer service I've ever had in my life!!!!If someone would like to get a car, guys, go to Costco. They have very good deals!!! And car insurance is cheaper. I stuck with Toyota... But next time I'll be smarter!!

What a waste of time. You make an appointment for an oil change at certain time, have to wait 20 minutes to just drop off the car, and then have to wait 2.5 hours to get your car back. Time management is terrible.

I had a terrible experience here at Toyota Torrance. They ran my credit too many times resulting in 11 hard inquiries that is now on my credit report. I now have 15 hard inquiries in total, which is ridiculous. I've been trying to reach someone at Toyota to remove these inquiries but I get their voicemail every time. I ended up going to another Toyota dealership location and by a miracle I was able to get approved for a new car after those inquiries. I have my new Toyota but horrible credit now.... not a happy customer here.

I have a 2018 Toyota Tundra and I m in love with it. A few weeks ago, the pre collision sensor started acting funny and now I can t use cruise control. This happened shortly after receiving a recall about a needed update to the airbag deployment system so I took it in to Toyota. The sensor is literally at the very front of the car and should take no more than thirty minutes to take it off and run diagnostics on it. It took them four hours. When I get in the car to go home, before putting the car in drive again, the light comes back on and now says sensor malfunction, visit your dealer . They said they would call me when they got the sensor two days later. A week later after getting no call, I call them and they said they had it and that it would take another five hours to replace it. I ve been to this place before because it s the closest Toyota service department to San Pedro and the service for my other Toyota has been comparable to the customer service at Spirit airlines, smh. I m not sure if they get too much business or what, but when I was there I felt like another person in line and not a valued customer who bought nearly 10 Toyotas in my lifetime. Normally, I m the one who brags about Toyota, this place is the exception to that rule.
