I got my car serviced this past weekend and the experience I had was amazing! I went with Daniel, and he is my go to because he is prompt and extremely helpful. He was able to get me out of there in less than an hr (keep in mind I had an appointment in the morning). He is always super friendly and tells me what I work might need to be taken care of in the future for me car. 10/10 recommend!

The worst service experience that I have ever seen and experienced.My mom took her Toyota Sienna in a few weeks ago and she told me she had to wait over 4 hours for an oil change and alignment. The service advisor Coby didn t notate the full synthetic request and when they went back they ended putting 0w-20 and overfilling the oil. The factory manual calls for 5w-30. He has been unresponsive to emails and calls to get this resolved, including the service manager as well. Another issue was the alignment. No after alignment spec sheet was given and the vehicle is still not aligned. I have attached photos and am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the quality of work.And that oil overfill is NOT residual oil from the dipstick. It s severely overfilled.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

My husband and I brought our car in for routine service/oil change and the lady lady and male who checked our vehicle in were nice and professional, however, the females at the cashier counter had nasty attitudes and once we paid, one female ordered us to stand outside and wait for our vehicle to be pulled up. It was extremely hot and we stood for some time watching other's vehicles get pulled out and given to them. We finally decided to stop one of the guys who was BRINGING the cars out and he behaved as though it was a bother for us to ask if our vehicle was being brought up.We had our receipt and service forms in hand and he asked if we had paid. I answered YES, and he said the girl was supposed to give us the keys to our vehicle. Another gentleman who was passing by overheard the conversation and he checked our paperwork and started running back and forth from the cashier to the mechanic center. During this time, I was calling the number that was sent to my phone by our service representative and they didn't answer. Trying to remain composed and not get upset, my husband and I stood there while another rep turned her back on us and started conversing with another customer about taking a vacation.The guy finally comes back and ask to see our paperwork again and asked which vehicle was ours. We told him and he started pressing the key fob to sound the alarm. Our alarm finally sounded and the guy stated that the keys were listed under the wrong inventory number and didn't match what was on the paperwork. To say the least; this was not a pleasant experience and we don't think we'd come back to this location or recommend anyone else.

I went to DCH Toyota Service for an oil change & tire rotation. After 2 hours of waiting I asked Michael where my car was and they said they lost my ticket and the car was never taken into the shop.I didn t care to listen to their lame excuses.Thank You Clara and Michael for not fixing this situation.Completely Disappointed I would have left 0 stars but it wouldn t let me.

Maya Marquez took good care of getting my car repaired dealing with Insurance company. Even had Daniel Poplar take care of stuff on her day off so they both were very good about keeping me updated. Thank you both

Took my car in for maintenance for the first time at this location, and I will definitely not come back. The tech that took my car to do maintenance took his time looking at my car before taking it in with one of his buddies (because I have aftermarket parts I guess). When my car started to leave, he sped up for no reason to where it was going (feet ahead where it was going to get worked on). Then when my car was taken and I was unable to see it, I heard my car getting reved multiple times (I have an aftermarket exhaust so I heard it was my car). I immediately went to get my car back and confronted the individual about his behavior. Took my car back and reported it to the manager. Supposedly, cameras would be checked, and the individual would be spoken too about his behavior. Nothing else was done except noting the incident and leaving. I would not take my car back at this location, and I would suggest not taking yours. Who knows what these boys are doing with your car when you can't see. I definitely will not tolerate having someone doing what they did to my car. I hope that unprofessional behavior gets taken care of.

Be careful dealing with the service center for a major repair. My car was overheating there diagnostic said the head gasket had failed. There solution rebuild the engine, new water pump, radiator. 2 weeks after I get the car back the same overheating is back. Turns out they completely missed the real cause of the overheating. And offered no type of refund for the unnecessary repairs from the first time. They did not charge for the second repair which was way less expensive than the first.Get a second opinion if you need any major engine repairs before letting them do the repairs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Top notch service! Was running a bit late but they waited. I forgot to ask names of the two ladies at front desk on 14 Apt at 6 pm, otherwise would have mentioned. Thanks again guys
