I can't recommend Chevron Fast Lube enough! After a terrible experience at a previous shop that left me frustrated, the team at Chevron Fast Lube turned the situation around. Their service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to fix the issues caused by the previous shop. Honest, efficient, and reliable I'm grateful for their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction. The worst experience ever ,My vehicle went in driving perfectly came out running horribly ., because I didn't let them replace my starter they on purposely broke the cap to windshield wiper reservoir , broke the pump for the windshield reservoir , drained and left transmission fully empty of ATF OIL, also removed or ? On purposely messed with the vehicle emission system , althoughMy vehicle needed right side bushing to sway bar. They messed with the engine n transmission lower mounts ., they destroyed the vehicle is currently being inspected by licensed mechanicAnd surely a law suit is to follow ., don'tGo there especially if you have a coupon., this people are criminals.

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee there cause my engine light was on. After learning the lead mechanic moved to Texas I decided to go ahead and fix it. 4 hrs later, I picked up my vehicle and 10mins later the light was on again. Went back and they assured me it was okay. While driving to Vegas it came on yet again! I had it checked in Vegas and they said Chevron Fast Lube missed checking all the sensors. Needless to say since the lead mechanic isn't there, neither will I!

Disappointed. I took my car there several times this year being assured each time that it was a different problem which $700 -$900 would fix. I paid for these temporary fixes only to be finally told that they didn't have an answer but they would call me to refer me to an electrical shop for further diagnosis. Two weeks later, no call. I'll take my car to the dealer this morning and contemplate the broken trust and possibilities of a lawsuit. I did have the experience of another customer expressing similar issues the day before I was assured I'd get the call for the repair.

Customer service was horrible. Technician tried to sell me services that weren't needed. His demeanor changed when I mentioned I had a Groupon voucher. Waiting area was dirty and had a foul scent.

Worse place to go to, don t trust your car there, the current staff has a shady employee doing adjustments to your car to upswell you on other services.I went in for an oil change and my truck ran perfectly with no check engine lights, after the oil change all kinds of lights and error codes were flashing. And while I was there another customer was complaining about their car having trouble after getting it serviced there. Something is going on there, I wouldn t trust it if I were you. Going in tomorrow to see what their resolution is going to be, will post my experience.Service: Oil change

I always take my car here to get my oil change. They have rotated my tires and changed my lights that went out. I have always been pleased with their services. They don't pressure you to get other things that they see needs to be change. They let you know what other things need to be done but no pressure. Everyone here that I've had contact with are very helpful and kind. If they don't have what you need they will give you an alternative. Love this place.

The manager deceived me, telling me he could only put Mobil 1 oil in my car for a $30 up-charge over the $50 I already paid for the groupon. I checked with VW, and any appropriate viscosity full synthetic will work. It doesn't have to be Mobil 1.The other issue is that as I was driving home, I started to smell burnt oil. When I got home and popped the hood, I could see the top of the valve cover was covered with oil so much so that it was dripping off onto the exhaust manifold. When I called the shop, the first time, they hung up on me.The second time, it was clear the manager didn't want to talk to me, he left me on hold for over ten minutes. When he finally got on the phone, the only thing he would do was tell me to come back and they would clean up the oil. He said he didn't know who added the oil to my car and made the mess. He refused any compensation other than offering a discount on a future oil change. I ended up cleaning it up myself to save time and avoid having to come back there. All in all, this was a really bad experience. I will not return to this location.

Got a oil change have been back once and my car is leaking oil. There was no leaks prior to oil change per there own inspection. My car has NEVER leaked oil before coming here. I recommend you skip this place.

Came here twice, they messed up my car and tried to upsell me both times. First time came in for an oil change and my car broke down on the way home because of their incompetence. The second time I came in for an oil change again, on a new car this time so this was the first oil change. I waited 20 minutes before they brought me in the back to tell me that the last person to work on it stripped the oil drain plug, but they were the first ones to ever work on it! On top of that they tried to get me to sign a receipt stating "I authorized everything they did and I was satisfied with their work"Ended up going to the dealer, they did it for cheaper and washed my car.

I purchased a $34 oil change service on Groupon. When I arrived at the shop, a man told me that my car couldn t use this cheap oil and I needed a $62 full-synthetic oil change. I ve been driving a Nissan Sentra for three years, and it s the first time I ve heard that there are specific oil requirements for a Nissan Sentra. Even if I m not a car expert, there s something called ChatGPT and Google in this world. This kind of deceptive behavior is really disgusting. I won t be coming back a second time for sure! Doing business through such deceitful practices can only wish you good luck. No wonder their business is so slow. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Car broke down on the freeway due to engine overheating, they were able to fit me in & replace the water pump in under 24 hours. The whole team was very genuine and helpful

I absolutely love the service here they really tell you all you need to know about your vehicle l. They don't force money from you and try to get you to do things they just let you know honestly what you need to take of asap my car left feeling like it was brand new . I'm so happy with the service

Let me tell my story going here.Bought a full synthetic oil change from here on a Saturday I can around 5:35 that same day they say they stop taking cars at 5 ok cool.Came Sunday before 5:30 they say we stop taking cars a 4:30 on Sunday they Sunday we close early.This where it get ls tricky I came Monday before 5:30 the guy tell me we stop taking cars at 5 he say I can talk to the manager I asked to speak with the guy who gave me the specific times he insisted that he get the manager he came telling me that they family is important an if the car is not done before it s time for them to go my car not gonna be done but pull in I ended up speaking with the guy I was talking with the previous he gave me no issue but overall I ll never come here again.Because you should never tell a customer if their not done when it s time to go home your car won t be done and also telling me your family is important as if my family isn t important

Fast lube is that, that means you are hosed. This business is ran by a shady manager who has groomed his junior mechanics to upsell you in buying services you don t need. In other words, they are scammers who don t change your oil filter, or give you synthetic oil despite the fact that you ask for it and paid for this type of oil change. I did not read the reviews, if I had I would definitely tell potential customers that your car is in jeopardy of being improperly diagnosed for profit. Groupon should be ashamed of themselves for sponsorship of Chevron Fast Lube. I am going to tell the world that you all are fast talking con artists . False sense of authority to convince customers that you are legitimately servicing customers cars. What a bunch of charlatans! Buyer beware!

Love this shop service people very honest I feel this is a great place to take your car. Went to their restroom and you can tell it had a woman s touch Clean and Lotion for your hands after you wash .

I need to give high praise for this place. It was as easy and smooth a process as one could imagine. The guys were so friendly, on task and competent and they do not try to heckle you. Hector was an amazing mechanic and a wonderful person. It was such a pleasant experience. Will definitely go back next time.

I found this place like many others through Groupon. I ordered the Full Synthetic for my 2013 Ford Focus. They re not super fast but they are thorough. They told me I needed new brake pads they were down to about 3 cm. I bought them at Autozone and my brother in law replaced them for me (he knows more about cars than me). They also told me I needed fuel injection service and a brake fluid flush. All I can tell you is maintenance on your car is key to the longevity and performance of your car. After they changed my oil my car performed so much better and wasn t stuttering like it used to. These guys that work her are honest and professional. Waiting room has a tv where they re always playing a good movie while you wait. Great prices and Great service.

Avoid this place. I had my 2 cars bringing here for their last 3 oil changes. After 2K miles of oil change, I checked my cars & they had very low (almost nothing) oil in the engine. The next time to this store, they asked for extra stuff to do so may prevent the oil eating by the engine & they claim this type of car starts eating engine oil according to mileage (one 150K miles and other 72K miles). Again, this no-oil problem happened. I thought something is wrong with the cars and sold one immediately. Then, got some oil and put it myself in the other one. After 7K miles of driving it and checking the oil level every couple of days, the oil level remains steady!!!!These people here, did put stickers to change the oil in 5K miles for my cars that the maintenance books say 10K miles.Also, now I know that they DO NOT FILL your engine oil when you ask for a oil change!!!!I am so disgusted!!!! I lost my good car and was so worried that I need to get another car to get rid of the 2nd car.I will never go to this place.I do not recommend to go here.

Quick and easy with good quality service. I've been taking both of our cars here for the past 5 years for oil changes and they always accept my Groupon. Just make sure you read the fine print on your Groupon. There will always be an extra fee charged at checkout and that's pretty standard due to the oil waste fee and recycling, etc. Good stuff and I recommend this establishment.

Always easy in and out oil changes! I know how to do most of this myself just don't have the time! They do good work their recommendations on service as well. If they recommend it at least put it on your radar for next time. I've had several different services performed here and neve had an issue!
