I had to take my AMG to Caliber for some repairs since this location is certified to work on Mercedes vehicles. From start to finish, Steven did a great job keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs, and the team did a phenomenal job on my car. If you are looking for a great location, this is definitely it.

Was there for the first time. Jason was very helpful and friendly. The location is very clean and the front desk was nice. Jason was able to fix my rear view mirror right away with no charge. If necessary, I would definitely come back.

David Quintero was my service advisor. He was great to work with and communicated with me throughout the entire process and was thorough with the inspection. I brought in my Jeep for repair after a hit and run and I couldn t believe how my car looked better than it did before it got hit. The dents and paint were fixed so well I couldn t tell they were there to begin with. The assembly was also well done with no damage to my car. Quick turnaround my car was completed within the week. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone and will be coming back if needed in the future.

I had Steven as my advisor and he was great. Car was involved in a hit and run and they repaired it nicely through an easy process. Was provided will all thorough updates as soon as possible and I do not have any complaints it was quick.

I highly recommend this location. Not only was the work of the highest quality, but David Q went above and beyond to deliver my car 2 weeks early. He also came in on his day off to allow me to pick up my vehicle. The level of professionalism and service here is unparelled.

Heard they do good work. So I thought I would give it a try. I have yet to see my car. I am disappointed that it took over a month to get the car back. Hopefully it s done to our satisfaction!!!!!!

I brought my car to Caliber Collision on 190th St after my 2020 Audi S4 was involved in a hit and run accident as they were "in network" with my insurance provider.I was originally quoted $20K in repairs and 2 months to complete them. Sarkis was my advisor and Barbara was the manager.It took FOREVER to get my car repaired and the cost DOUBLED. It ended up taking 5 months to get the repairs done and cost nearly $40K, up from the original $20K and 2 months to repair that they originally quoted. Keep in mind, they did a "tear down" of the car in order to get an "accurate" estimate. So, how could the cost and time to repair go up by so much? Beats me.Further, communication from Sarkis, while somewhat regular, kept leading me on to thinking the car was going to be done within the original 2 month estimate. Once that passed, Sarkis provided a new date, missed that, then provided another new date, and missed it again, in an endless loop until it was past 4 months, at which point his manager, Barbara, got involved. She did the same thing. She'd give me a new date the car would be ready, and missed it. Multiple times. How frustrating!Barbara, the manager, acknowledged their shortcomings and didn't charge me my full deductible as a concession for the extended delays and challenges, but I am not sure it was worth the hassle. Of course, my insurance noticed this and when it came to reimbursing me for my deductible, they were only going to reimburse me what I paid the shop. I finally got them to reimburse me the full amount after explaining the significant challenges and delays with Caliber.When I finally got my car back, after 5 months and $40K in repairs, it was apparent that no one had taken it for a test drive. The odometer incremented by 1 mile since the accident 5 months prior. That includes putting the car on the tow truck and taking it off the tow truck. The seatbelt was broken, which further confirmed no one had taken the car for a test drive. Further, there were issues with the brakes, low oil warning, and a flat tire. I had to have the car towed back immediately.After all was said and done, the car did not drive right. It would vibrate and make a noise when going past 40 MPH. I took the car to Audi and they said a wheel bearing was damaged and needed to be replaced. They replaced it under warranty, thankfully, which saved me the pain of having to bring the car back to the butcher shop Caliber Collision.How could they not test drive the car before giving it back to me? How could they give the car back to me with a broken seatbelt, brake issues, low oil, a flat tire, and a broken wheel bearing when they had it in their shop for 5 months?I don't know how these guys are in business, but if I were you, I would steer clear of this place.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

I was sent here for an inspection by AAA. The staff were unprofessional and then didn't submit my inspection information to AAA. Count me as an extremely unsatisfied customer. Both staff members that I interacted with were discourteous and improperly addressed me as well as another customer. They should promote the receptionist, she's better than either of these clowns.

Thank you Sarkis for consistently communicating with me throughout my entire process.Thank you Sarkis and Carlos (mechanic). Today I had to stop by briefly to make sure my head lights were adjusted properly. Sarkis & Carlos took care of me as soon as I pulled up. I was out in less than 15minutes. I always receive the best service. Thank you again :)

This repair shop was the best. I overextended the date to pick up my vehicle, and even though we agreed to possible storage fees, they unexpectedly waived these. What a pleasant surprise. Had to leave Caliber Irvine and Ernie, Service mgr after waiting 6 months n no results for repairing rear view mirror after contactor put glue that failed to rig it! ....Never again Caliber Irvine...Alex is new Manager at Torrance Caliber, restored it in a few hours the proper way. Caliber Torrance 190th st is my new fave Caliber.

The crew at Caliber Collision is 10 out of 10! Not only did my car come back better than before, but I was also met with the best customer service. Andrew was in charge of my vehicle. He was very friendly and always kept me well-informed about the status of my vehicle! Barbara, the general manager, was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and made me feel like my car was in safe hands. I couldn t ask for a better experience. David Quintero handled my account. Was affable, competent and had a good sense of humor. The work was excellent. Paint, dry, cure, assemble, polish. They took great pride in their work. No quick and dirty. They called Enterprise rent-a-car who picked me up. Caliber Collision took all the pressure off.

I went in for a spoiler installation and i couldn't be more amazed on how it came out, the communication was perfect i knew that my car was in good hands. The spoiler looks amazing 10/10 experience all around will definitely come back here. Loved working with Caliber - from star to finish, the entire team at this Torrance location was impeccable. So kind, friendly, and went above and beyond with communication. The last part needed to finish the repair job was back ordered, but our service rep called us every other day to ensure we knew where we stood even if he didn't have any updates on timing.Obviously there is a current shortage of car parts, so we understood the delay but I appreciated that because it set expectations up front.Service: Body & Trim

These guys are very slow. If you want your vehicle on time do not go here. I understand what was going on on the docks in Long Beach but after my parts were received they still are not done with my vehicle. Do not take your luxury car here if you want it on time you will be stuck with making payments while your car sits in their lot. Trust me when I tell you this your car won t be done on time. They might need new mechanics who are more driven but this place is a total joke. They overcharge and still have slow service. My car is still in their shop it is still not fixed or painted yet. I am just giving whoever this reader some advice. This place is a no no do not even suggest this place. I ve told all my buddies about this place. Mercedes Benz first refer is this place but it is not mandatory to take your car to this place. Tell your friends about this place as well.

Management is top notch at this facility. Restoration services were impeccable. Painting and blending was superb. Don't trust this place, they'll leave your car half fixed like mine after promising to return it in good condition. They made a bunch excuses after having it intheir shop for a month and left it half fixed without proper reasons. Please avoid this unprofessional place I have never dealt with a shop like this in my entire life. Sarkins the representative is a waste of time!

My Experience with AutoNation Collision Center has been nothing but fabulous. they have fixed two cars for me in the past 6 months. Both cars were returned in perfect condition.I would recommend this service to anyone.Michael was also a courteous and excellent service manager and they handled this very well with great Covid-19 business rules in place to keep everyone safe.I will always continue to take my cars to AutoNation Collision.
