Caliber Collisions offers excellent customer service, superb service in fixing my car, always providing updates about my car. They took excellent care of my car inside and out. The painting was the matched perfectly to its original color. This is the place to go if want superior service for your car and yourself too without stressing and you can rest assured you will be very happy and satisfied with their overall service, delivery time and they genuinely care about you and your car.

If you can go to a different shop. They did not pay attention to detail. That piece in the grill should be black, panels did not line up, scratched paint on the side that didn t have work done

I had a great experience with Ignacio and his team at Caliber Collision. They were very professional, helpful, and friendly throughout the whole process. They took care of everything. They also kept me updated on the status of my car repair and delivered it on time. They did an excellent job on fixing my car and made it look as if the accident never happened. They took the stress out of repairing my car and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy car repair shop. I have been here on two occasions rear-ended and encountering an object flying on the road. The first time, I was stressed because you never know what you are going to get with collision centers. However, after the first really good and smooth experience, by the second time, I just left the car and forgot about it until a week later when I got my car back. They are that good!

My car was damaged in an accident and this was the closest repair shop that partnered with insurance. When I got my car back I noticed that my emergency roadside bag was missing. I left it in the back because it is basically part of my car and something that never leaves. There were a couple other random things in the back and those were fine. The only thing that was taken was my emergency roadside bag. It was full of emergency supplies and also 2 small air compressors. Not cheap stuff. Might sound weird but it also had sentimental value because of the person who bought it for me. I am extremely disappointed that this company would allow theft when all I'm trying to do is get my car back in working order after an accident. I called the company a couple times and tried to speak with the representative that helped me and the first time I called my call was dropped and the second time I called it went to voicemail but their voicemail box was full. I honestly have been very upset about this and have not followed up. So I am writing this review to warn you that items in your car might be stolen. Now I am without my emergency roadside kit and without both of my air compressors. Extremely disappointed and sad.

The person who handled the repair on my car Jose Dorantes was amazing. He was very accommodating and and answered all questions I had regarding the repair. He updated me on the status of my car as well as the Caliber website had updates on the repair status. They provided me an Uber ride back home and Jose offered to have Uber pick me up from my house to pick up my car if I didn t have a ride. The work on my car was excellent. Jose went above and beyond to assure me that my concerns will be taken care of and he did! Highly recommend Caliber Collision for body repair

Do not go here. This place is low budget. No experience in the automotive industry. They forget to put body pieces on, and they tell you they re changing certain parts and they don t. They don t even know how to make it look nice if they can t fix it correctly. Complete rip off. Waste of my money and insurance money. Go else where everyone, no experience working on your car.

Could not recommend less. It took 2 weeks to get an estimate after being quoted that it would take 2 days. (I had scheduled to bring my car in a week in advance, too.) Super difficult to get ahold of anyone, and if you do, they just give you another deadline they wont meet. If you want to get your car repaired in a reasonable amount of time seriously go anywhere else.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision. It is always upsetting to be involved in a traffic accident. Caliber Collison made the process smooth. Jose Dorantes, the service advisor, kept me in the loop throughout the process which I greatly appreciated. Also I was able to leave my rental car at Caliber for the return which made the transition easy.

Caliber Collision offers great customer service from start to finish. Ignacio was great. Kept me informed of all steps in the process.When I got my car back, my daughter thought they gave us back a new car instead. So shocked how clean my car was. I think they may have shampooed the seats bc there were some stains from young one that were missing. Don t quote me on it. The car for sure was cleaned inside and out at a minimum.The paint job was spot on. Love the lifetime warranty. I pray I don t have to go back but if I do, I m headed straight to caliber Collision.Thanks Ignacio and crew!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber collision is the best body shop I've ever been to. The work was outstanding, paint matched perfectly. They detailed my vehicle inside and out after work was done, looked like new.Customer service was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. They also communicated very well on a regular basis on the progress of work being done.My vehicle was done a week earlier than expected.I will use this shop in the future, I highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my 2023 CRV repaired at this Calibre Location branch and I am very happy with the way my car was restored to factory condition. The car was delivered earlier than promised and service advisor Jacqueline kept me updated throughout the process. They promptly arranged transportation both while the vehicle was dropped off and when vehicle was ready for pick up. Overall, very satisfied and I highly recommend this location.

I was envolved in an accident a few weeks ago. The only thing that was wrong with my car was bumper damage. I drove my car for almost a week before I took it to this body shop. I had no mechanical issues with my car and no warning lights came on indicating that there was an issue.I was referred by AAA to take my car to this shop for an estimate.A claims rep called me and said the damages were estimated to be almost $9,000 . She told me that this is considered a total lost.I then had my car towed to a different body shop for a 2nd estimate.AAA then sends a rep out to the 2nd body shop to negotiate an estimate for repairs.I received a letter from this rep stating that the estimate at the 2nd body shop came to about $5600 and that if while during the repairs if more repairs were needed then this estimate will be readjusted.I then called the body shop to find out when my car would be fixed and the owner said he would get back to me because AAA is still showing the vehicle as a total lost in their system.I called my claim adjuster and she said AAA would be cutting me a check and the body shop for the repairs of the vehicle. I asked her why would AAA be giving me money and she could not give me a logical answer.I picked my car up today. No money has been issued to me which didn't make sense anyway .Everything turned out ok but there was obviously some shenanigans going on with AAA and caliber collision. Seeing that they are contracted with them.

Didn't listen to a word I said when I dropped off the car non of the things I brought up were addressed. my requests to not drill into the bumper to mount license plate was ignored new bumper with a damaged license plate holder drilled into it few spot that needed touch up never touched.. worse caliber experience work on car was fine but not happy with litteraly nothing I said or asked for being addressed at all.

I was referred to Caliber Collision by my cousin. I'm so happy I listened to her! Caliber Collision took control of my insurance claim and made this an effortless process. My service rep, Pete, understood this was a stressful situation and was patient in answering all of our questions. Pete updated us on a daily basis and ensured us everything would be ok. When I saw our car for the first time after the accident, it brought tears to my eyes. The car looked brand new - they even waxed the car and my rims! Who does that! Caliber Collision employs great personnel! From the first phone call to the pick up of the car, they all made it so easy, convenient, and pleasant. They were efficient and their work was great! I was notified with every step that was done to the car and even got the car back a week before the expected finish date. Terrible experience for a "professional" facility , when I picked up my car, parts were missing/lost and paint finish was poor quality. Some parts were given to me in a box not even installed, and not all the work was competed after a month in the shop. For example, my windshield wiper fluid was never filled. When I filled it up, the replaced reservoir tank leaks and wipers sprayer didn't work properly.A secondary location helped fix my paint, installed my missing parts, which was helpful. Unfortunately my wiper sprayer is still not working properly and the reservior still leaks.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
