I'm so happy with the results... Bravo did a fantastic job. It look longer than I wished since it was minor exterior work, but I don't think it was unreasonably long. I didn't have a rental car coverage so needing a car while getting the repairs done was on me, not them. The front desk ladies are all so sweet. I got help right away, had my car taken in and got my car back exactly the time they promised. I could've gone to a different body shop for faster repairs, but Bravo was referred from the dealership so after the repairs, it was taken to the dealership service department for calibration which was one less thing I needed to worry about. My car looks like a brand new car. Jennifer corresponded to all my emails for questions and status quickly, which I appreciated. You hear about autoshop nightmares but I did not have any of that here. Honestly, you're already in so much stress dealing with the accident, insurance and of course whatever life throws at you, but I'm just so glad I got my car back like new. I'll be using Bravo again and definitely recommend to family and friends.

HiDuring the rainy season, I had 3 times consecutively in the accidents none of my fault Very unlucky to have my poor baby G70 Genesis was in the surgery Every time I went to this Body shop, staffs were super cooperative and friendlyAlso the surgery I meant jobs they have done were super exquisite!!!!I definitely come with my accident here for good!!!Thank you all and appreciate your devoted jobs!!!! You are amazing family!!!!

This is a long overdue review.My vehicle was hit on the rear while on parking back in October 2021. My good friend and neighbor recommended Bravo Collision and I m glad she did. Professional, honest and excellent service from the person giving you a quote, the people working on your car and the front office. You pick up your car when it's finished, everything is clearly explained. They work together as a professional team and answer all your questions and concerns. Referred by the South Bay Mazda dealership. I highly recommend using Bravo Collision.

Bravo had my car way too long. Couldn't find parts, so I had to find the hood myself, and they were rude about it. Took them almost ten days longer than it should have. Their lack of motivation to find the parts in the market is disconcerting. Surprisingly enough I found my hood at one of the shops they personally use. This means they were too lazy or incompetent to find the part. Took me 2 hours to find. Work quality is good. They just don't care if you have to wait prolonged periods of time for your vehicle. They use covid as an excuse, yet I found the hood, the final piece. Honestly their attitude gives them a one star, if I could give them zero I would. Not happy.

Thanks to Juan Jr. Super professional and helpful. The shop did an outstanding job on my repairs. They pay great attention to detail. They explain the process and set expectations for results. My only problem was not being allowed to use my CC. Hopefully, they fix that because I missed out on an enormous amount of CC points/miles. Other than that I was super grateful that this recommendation from Southbay Hyundai worked out. Cheers

This place is super super expensive didn't fell like it was a fair price to fix what needed to be repaired on my car. They were quoting me $ 2,635.00Was too much for a side mirror to be replaced, then to go back to the dealer for a calibration of the lane notification on the mirror,, which was going to be another $480.00 + taxes can anyone say Ouch!!!!!.Perhaps they do really good work but I wasn't willing to try at that price for a total of $3,115.00

My car went in looking totaled and came out looking brand new. I was so pleased with the results. The mechanic even went a extra mile and drove my car to the Lexus dealer for my oil change appointment! I highly recommend this place!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent work only took a couple days to replace and paint bumper, also had to repair side of car . Blending was good could not tell old paint from new. Car was fully detail in and out.a little more than most repair shops but would recommend I am a returning

I've been here 3 times at the behest of my dealership and the last 2 times I was told to come back later when I noticed the paint was not applied properly, as in, it was chipped/peeling back when I went to pick up my car from Bravo.I feel like it is back handed to ask me to take my car when I am not pleased with the poor work and then come back at a later date that is never scheduled. He never said, "Let's book an appointment for you to come back another time because I'm really busy right now." Etc. Nothing. Just a "come back and I'll fix it for you on another day" What day? It's a joke. He does not want you to come back because he does not want to make his work right. Interesting that when I pick up my car to leave, I have to sign paperwork stating that I approve of the condition of my car, he signs nothing stating that he promises to fix his mistakes though.Also, because it is done through insurance, I believe there is a timeline that they race to put these cars out in a timely matter as they are now partnered with my insurance company, Progressive.The first time they worked on my car, they did a great job, but I feel like they just went down over time unfortunately.

Excellent workmanship! Professional staff! They keep you posted on the status of your vehicle repair every step of the way....plus, they towed my vehicle to the dealer for it to be callibrated before returning the vehicle to me.

IF YOU ARE PAYING OUT OF YOUR POCKET AVOID, AVOID, AVOID THIS PLACE.My friend was visiting out of state and borrowed my car and got into an accident.My insurance company asked me to take the car for an estimate and setup an appointmentwith Bravo Auto collision. We took our car there and they gave us an estimate of $982.Later I found out that insurance is not covering my car so I thought no problem its $982 so i will pay for it. I took the car back to Bravo Auto Collission and discussed the final price. They told me once they start working on the car It might cost more so I told them I don't want them to start any work on the car and give me an exact estimate first. They asked me to leave the car and DIDNOT inform me there will be a charge for the estimate as there was NO charge for the first estimate. Next day they call me and I was shocked when the owner Juan told me It will cost me $4086. I told him I need to think about it and he said he will charge me $200 for estimate if I don't leave my car there. I went the next day to pickup my car and they charge me $200. I took my car to another body shop that had 5 star reviews on Yelp ( I will mention their name once I get me car back after repair and write a review for them ) They asked me the same to leave the car there as they will have to remove the bumper to give me an exact estimate. Next day I called them and to my shock and disbelief and relief at the same time the estimate was for $1600 and it included all the original parts. Thats 60% less than Bravo's $4086.I will definitely avoid Bravo Auto Colission and will inform my insurance company and my insurance agent about my experience with them. Its these kind of businesses that give bad name to its industry.

I had my car repaired there and found that my headlight appeared to be completely different than the original headlight. I probably will not bring my car back here to be repaired

I called today after being referred by Lexus of Torrance, I told them I had no collision damage and just wanted to replace the headlights (foggy) and front bumper(scratches) together and was quoted $5,233. I'm sorry but in what world is changing headlights and a bumper over 5 grand?

I've taken my cars there for over 25 years when I need body or paint repairs. They do terrific work and are fair and honest
