I want to start off by saying I'm very new to the whole get your car done on a regular basis I know I'm a woman. I was very apprehensive about coming to a mechanic Place alone as we all know mechanics will take advantage of women this was not the case in this situation. I was greeted when I pulled up even though he had a customer he came to my car to assure me that he would be with me in a second. I was then told to pull in to a certain spot he asked me very detailed questions so he can know what's going on after 40 minutes he checked my car and gave me the green light on what to fix and what not to fix . I left and I had to make a decision go to the dealer or come back to a place where I know someone is going to be honest with me and guess what I came back to BM+ Automotive the best decision that I ever did. I know some people leave Google reviews and ensure I just want to tell you the absolute truth my car has been running great ever since then being that I have to drive son back and forth to his sports activities I was told it was a total opposite thing of what was wrong with the car and was quoted a huge price I come to BM + Automotive I left here paying a fraction of the cost .

Great customer service, very reliable and honest mechanic.I did a lot of shopping around, it s very hard to find a honest mechanic that s not trying to get you for your money. Same day fast service. Had a problem with my sunroof and went out his way to help me out with that and fix it. I was very satisfied with the service of my BMW,,THANK YOU!!!!!!

Such a wonderful establishment. We had a very unusual problem with our car. Joseph is the owner. He is very straightforward and very honest. One of those few establishments that makes you feel at ease.

For Customer Service, Joseph is EVERYTHING I could ask for. He is a kind-hearted individual who just happens to be GREAT at his job. He explains WHAT the problem is in detail and WHY it's occurring. He ensures you're satisfied when the job is done. I reside in Hollywood, but Joseph is the only one I come to for complete quality service. 5 STARS!

Owner operated, Joseph is a great honest and knowledgeable vehicle repair professional with lots of experience. I bring both my bmw and mercedes and he takes care of both of them. I find his pricing fair and consistent.

What a hidden gem. The owner is extremely nice and great with prices. I got a smog check done and was in and out within 5 minutes and paid less than $60 with Groupon. If you own Mercedes or BMW this is the place to take your vehicle. I'll be doing business with BM Plus.

Very knowledgeable (BMWs), meticulous and honest, perhaps to meticulous and honest as he always finds something he doesn't like and I need to take care of. I've known and used Joseph for 8 or so years when he did work at his home garage. He only wants to use German parts (and oil) so his oil changes are a little higher; but, you get good oil and the inside of my engine is proof. I have pictures. I have a' 98 540.I see the negative review and I know that he feels very bad. He is a good person and honest as I said above.

Like the other negative reviews on here I bought the $20 Smog Check from Groupon. Once I arrive there, the owner -- Joseph Sedra -- immediately points out that it says there's an additional $20 fee for it which was in fine print on the ad itself. Right away, this puts the price up there with the other centers that don't have a "discount."I didn't want to drive there for nothing so I agreed. When I go to pay he informs me there's an additional $2 credit card fee. Oh, great! Would've been nice if they mentioned this in the ad (even in fine print).I pay that too. Then first thing the following morning I get a voicemail from Joseph saying he refunded me $22 instead of charging me for it and asked that I come back to his shop with the credit card. What?!When I called him back he said he contacted my credit card company and had them reverse the refund and charge me for the "correct amount."I checked my statement and on top of the $20 Groupon fee, he charged me $22 twice. So overall I've paid $64 for a simple smog check.At the very least I'm going to have to contact my credit card company and then possibly even escalate this higher.I had a really bad feeling when I went in here and sure enough the whole smog check deal reeked of a scam.Stay far away and get your work done at a reputable place!

I ve been meaning to write this review for some time. I live in San Francisco and drive a modified bmw 535i. On a weekend road trip down to Torrance (my home town) my cars high pressure fuel pump (hpfp) and lpfp sensor failed on me. I pulled the codes so I knew what was wrong before taking it to BM. Joseph was completely transparent with what was wrong with the car and didn t try anything funny. I asked him to source a new hpfp and install it on a Saturday since I needed to drive back on a Sunday. This was a lot for me to ask of anyone since it is not an easy job. He stayed open after hours to get this done for me so I could get back to school and work on time. He also charged me less than the other shops in the surrounding area.Thank You Joseph!!-David
