Garcia: this customer service rep took my call, was incredibly polite, and courteous. When I arrived, continued great service, offered extra service and honest about prices. We got 2 tires replaced and an alignment, didn't get all service recommended due to not enough money, he never once showed dissapointment when we didn't accept something. Overall great service and customer service, we'll definitely return.

Tired are not cheap, but this place gave me a decent price and had the tires in stock. Took about 2 hours, but I called on the same day to get the job done. Hector is a nice guy, had plenty of things going on, yet kept his cool.

Needed two new tires on my minivan as the old ones were bald. Not bald, bald. But build enough that it was recommended that we change the tires. They took the old ones off, discarded them for me and installed two new tires that I bought there. It was the best price of the 3 stores I looked at. When to local Starbucks to work while work was being done. Great job.

I came to Big O Tires after having the tire pressure indicator pop up twice in a span of 2 weeks. After checking all 4 tires they found a nail in one of my tires. The service was excellent and the wait wasn't too long. And to top it all off they didn't charge me for the service.

Went in for an oil change because they offer tire rotation as part of the oil change. Was told it would be an hour. Turns out they offer the tire rotation so they can get the wheels off and sell you a brake job. They gave me a price for the brake job $1400.00!!! After three hours I finally got what I came for. Way over priced. Sell, Sell, Sell!!!Needless to say I won t be going back!Got home and called my mechanic he told me he could do exactly the same job for $450.00.You decide.

I've used this location for a few years now seemingly without issue. I've never had anything damaged on my vehicle and they've never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't want or need. I would describe it as a "no pressure" shop. I run their brand of off road tire and they replaced one at no cost when I had a sidewall puncture.

Big O fixed a slow leak for me this weekend. All the guys behind the counter were polite and offered great customer service. I have been to this shop several times over the past 10 years and we always get great service.

5/27/15 went in for alignment check, $69.99. the car still towards right. i was told it needs front camber kit. (cost: $150.00) i went in next day for the camber kit and was told the rear one needed replaced too. total charge was $290.00, since my car is a salvaged 2002 toyota corolla, i would not spend that much. so the charge is $251.68. after the work was done, the car still towards right in no time when driving. then, i was told it is the tire problem. so the two front tires were exchanged and the car towards left. yes, it was tire problem, not camber. they offers $318.14 to replace the four tires.all the $69.99 plus $251.68 is for nothing.a honest shop should do alignment on new tires only.

Sad experience this time I purchased a battery in 2016 so my battery was still under warranty but they wanted to charge me $100 for labor because my battery was underneath the front seat of my car. If it had been under the hood he would have charged me nothing. So I told him I'll take the car home do it myself bring him the battery. What a hassle. The manager's name is Garcia so beware when you go to Big O on PCH in Torrance!

I came in for 2 front tires. I was sold the Aspen touring and they ended up being a great deal. Nice guy worked with me and my budget.

Any time my low tire indicator comes on I go here. The guys in the garage are total gentlemen and always help me out. I definitely recommend them for most excellent service.

Went in for tire repair for my daughter's Mercedes (Pep Boys said they could not repair) and ended up ordering 4 new tires as well! Great service and great price's!!!

I pick up more nails in my tires than any one person should, but Big O fixes for free every time. That's why I buy all my tires from Big O.

Go somewhere else definitely there way overpriced compared to even a dealership America's Tire was $200 less for one tire They Don't Care About You the customer or the future the only care about now and their greed

Priced ok but I waited nearly a hour and half for two tires to be replaced. Didn't even get my free "alignment check".
