A few years ago Pep Boys was my go to place for auto parts. Now that they've closed, I had to find a new place. I'm trying to make Autozone next to Harbor Freight my new place but the jury is still out. This place is small but packed with everything. It doesn't seem to be too busy usually. What I do notice is, it's hard to be noticed! I have yet to be recognized in that store. They don't even look. Yesterday I went there to look for Duplicolor paint. No one saw me, I was invisible! Most places could have a higher return of their customers if they only taught their staff to be warm and friendly. Subconsciously the customer says that's a nice store, I'd like to go back. What a novel idea!

I called for a part, they told me NO stores had that part. I asked if their hub had one. And again said the hub didn't have any ether. They did offer to have one in the next day.I found a store on Imperial road had them in stock. I called back to talk to a manager and he said they only check in a 1.5 mile area. And that they couldn't get it today.I asked him why they wouldn't direct me to a store that had one in stock. He finally told me the Manchester store had 1 in stock and he could have it in by tomorrow. Again. I asked him several times for his name, even by sir. He refused and hung up.Not good service.1. Refused to tell me other stores had the item.2. Normally items can be delivered to the same store the same day from the hub if called in before a specific hour.3. Manager refused to provide his name and hung up.

Two male employees Ale and Benjamin straight up lied to my face. They stated they can't help me check the battery because of a light drizzle and of the electricity.... lazy and not cool . I'm still figuring it out and fixing it in the rain. I understand the rain is a little uncomfortable but really ? You're scared of a little water ? You know you can change a battery in the rain right ?Update: the manager told me if the worker doesn't feel comfortable they cannot force them to go . So there is auto zones policy. If it's raining and the boys don't want to get their hair wet you are SOL. Thanks autozone!

The general manager at this location was quite possibly the most rude, unpleasant, unhappy, and unprofessional employee I have encountered in at least the last ten years in every type of business I frequent. Her teammates all deserve a merit increase for just for having to endure her manner. Wow.

Benjamin Melendez was so professional and extremely knowledgeable. He assisted me with my Wiper blades and fluid for the wipers with no issues. Please give him a raise! Workers like him are precious and rare!

Abbi not only helped my dad and I locate parts for two different vehicles, she displayed patience and phenomenal customer service. She greeted customers as they walked in and answering the phone promptly.

If you need some car help and got some trouble Autozone I think is the place to go I ve been going for many years I ve made friends found parts I need and a little bit of advice they will actually come out to your vehicle and take a look see if there s anything else regarding the parts you need and the accessories surrounding the part wires cables etc. and pretty much they will just point it out and show it to you and then you make the decision on what you need just what you came in for or what you came in for plus additional parts to make your car run smooth and safe! the dashboard was indicating a light went out I decided to stop by this Autozone store to see what was wrong with my exterior lights. I was greeted by Angel Barraza real cool, friendly attitude who helped me check out what light was out. I had no tools and I couldn't install it but he took charge and said I'll help you out. In seconds he removed what was necessary to access the bulb replaced it and put everything back together flawlessly. Parts are good at Autozone but Mr. Angels customer service was above and beyond. He saved me time and money and the possiblity of being pulled over for a tail light being out. If you're in the store be sure to look out for him he'll take care of you he knows what's up.

Best customer experience I ve ever seen out of any store. Came in just to grab some parts and my battery died and got disconnected. Two employees Danny and Ricardo both came out to my rescue and spent over an hour helping me. Super friendly and funny

Excellent Customer Service!Definitely above & beyond awesome service--I wanted to give a special thanks to Mr. Ernie who helped me Thursday night after working a 12 hr day shift.I needed to replace my dead headlight bulb & I had purchased 2 low beam headlights from them. I was parked in front of the store attempting to replace the bulb when an employee, Ernie offered to help me.Ernie was so kind, patient, skillful and a huge help. I now know how to replace them myself without using tools and also found a great place to buy my auto stuff.Thanks so much Ernie and God bless you!

I came into this store because my alternator went out to my luck in front of an auto parts store. I went inside to ask for assistance testing my alternator. A hispanic woman, who I was told is the sales reps bosses boss. She assisted me with a test, but my battery was too low to read. I began to ask questions about the alternator as this was my first time having to replace one on a car. She told me to drive it to my mechanic. I opposed given that my car couldn't move so I needed to replace it at that moment. We then went inside to price a replacement. There were two options, and I inquired about the difference between them. She simply stated the price difference and output difference. I asked how that affected my vehicle, and she had no answers. I purchased my needed items and asked if someone could come out to talk to me about safety measures. She scoffed at me and said they don't replace alternators. Well, I didn't ask for them to replace it as it just to talk me through. She wouldn't even allow anyone to come out and speak to me even though they went out to help look at the engine of a white man who was also replacing his alternator. Your management here was rude and biased, and that's unfortunate. I spent over $1100 that day for the customer service to be what it was. The sales associates were nice and helpful, but the women managers were not. I would not recommend this location for black women. Due to her not explaining the differences, I had to purchase bot and return one. They need to do better.

I had to get a alternator for my ride as I broke down on the way home man a co-worker helped me get there and back to put it in super helpful employees there and good prices loved it the best thing was they tested it out so you don't buy anything you don't need

I went to get a battery checked and replaced and the individual that helped me didn t even know how to check the battery. And then when they did, I wanted to request a new battery and they said they didn t have anyone to install it that was working because they were short and they were 4 to 5 employees within the store. Horrible experience and it s not on the staff. It s on the management of this facility.

Had to buy diesel exhaust fluid for a huge rental truck. Parts counter guy helped me choose so I didn t screw up my truck. Import when the last time you drove a diesel DEF wasn t a thing.

I think his name was Ricardo, he was super helpful in suggesting a battery for my truck! I felt bad that this was the only warm day in many months of cold weather, but he did such a great job replacing the battery since it seemed like a tough job. He needs a promotion! Super great guy! Unacceptable Pay attention: Warranty scheme with Odyssey batteriesHad my battery tested and it s a bad batteryThey don t honor manufacturer battery warranties. They have their own warranty limits I bought an odyssey battery on 11-2020 that according to the odyssey website comes with a 3 yr warranty. I called this autozone whom I bought this (over $300 battery) from them they said sorry, we delete all records after the 2 yr warranty is over wait I said this has a 3 yr warranty - they said take it up with corporate.?This is very unacceptable to not honor an manufacturer s warranty.Autozone I hope you are not using this as a money making scheme to Sell a new Battery every 2 years!!!

The gentleman that helped me was able to save me money! I only needed one lug nut for my car. Instead of trying to sell me the 4 pack, he let me know they sell singles. He was able to find my size and I saved $8.00. Thank you so much!

I was too disappointed what happen for me today I was just go buy change batteries . One of his crew name Jason was staring at you and smiled together with the cashier, and I ask to the cashier what s wrong and he responded nothing was pointing to Jason ah ok. Afterwards I bring the battery that I bought outside. And it s happened again Jason looking at me head to toe laugh and ask him wrong. He did not response. So I ask to the other service crew why they are like that I feels like discrimination at this store. And I said I want to talk to your manager. And I talk to the manager and she never say I m sorry or anything and apologies what happen. She just said I gonna talk to him. Wow that s it. This is how you treat your costumer?

Bought 2 wiper blades and cashier was courteous enough to tell me to get a gallon washer fluid as it was free with my purchase. I appreciate integrity and honesty as a consumer. Thank you autozone.
