Isaac SAVED the day. I was traveling for work when my battery wouldn t turn on. Stuck at a gas station -Isaac talked me through every step and truly saved the day. I wish I lived closer so we could give them our business consistently. If you live in the area, Isaac and the AutoZone family here are INCREDIBLE. I can t say thank you enough.

I came in because my battery was under warranty and needed replacement and while they don t offer that service the manager Isaac and team member Eric went out of their way to help me out and replace it for you. Service was wonderful and I highly recommend this business!

The staff here absolutely don't give a damn. I stopped in for the "fix finder" service that is advertised on tv. The associate asked me to park in the fire lane, otherwise their device wouldn't work. After the associate plugged it in -- after not being able to locate the place to plug it in and having to ask someone else -- she said it didn't get a read out so would I like to try and do it myself.

By far this is the BEST Autozone I have ever been to Richard helped me find an alternator for my Acura and offered assistance on how to install it. When I brought back the core, I was greeted by Marco and Cristina. They were very kind, considerate and helpful!I explained how I was here last night to purchase my alternator and that Richard was extremely helpful! It just so happened that Richard was here and he was able to exchange my battery since my alternator drained my battery.Richard explained what he was doing as he was changing my battery. After it was installed, he checked to make sure my car started and said if I have any problems to let him know and he d would help me.I m so grateful to have found such an Amazing group of people who love their job and love helping others I will Definitely be Back!

This store has no idea how to handle a return and issuing store credit. Amazing. They even said their manager is new and doesn't know. Does AutoZone so poorly educate their employees??? Ridiculous!

omggg, i love coming to autozone. The beautiful girl at the counter I believe her name was Jackie helped me find everything i needed. The guys over the counter Issac and Daniel were great as well. 5+ starsss to this location.

Store associate, whom i spoke with deserve 5 stars. I need to test and probably, change my car's batterey. But they cant help me because there were only 2 employees. Management should take customer seriously.

This review is only for one of their employees named Isaac ( the fat guy with glasses) Whenever someone needs help he tries his best to Not help with tons of excuses. Not only me but a few of my friends had the same experience with this unprofessional person.

Today I was attended by the BEST team at Auto Zone. They went above and beyond to service my car and made sure I was taken care of. Every encounter with each employee was phenomenal. Christina initially helped me and explained everything car wise in terms that I could understand.�The Store Manager Marcos is super friendly and attentive. He was thorough with my particular battery situation and was able to help me pick the proper jumper cable box that I needed and explained how it works. Richard, Christina, and Daniel made sure that nothing was wrong with my car before leaving the parking lot.�Thank you for making my day. I will be coming back to this store.Thank you all again for your help! I greatly appreciate it!

My accord wouldn t start this morning so after I got a jump, I called This autozone on my way in and Luisa was able to calm me down, she was able to find out what model I drive (I don t know), and when I got in, she tried to get someone to help me switch the battery out. Marco installed my battery, he was super nice making conversation with me while he worked. Marco tried to cheer me up, I m having a tough week. Marco is amazing! I had an issue with my car and he was able to help me figure out what was wrong and what was needed. My battery had died and they didn t unfortunately have any of the batteries that were made specifically for my vehicle, but he had another alternative that was able to work for my vehicle. Can t describe how grateful I am. I m going out of town tonight and can thankfully drive my own car. Thanks Marco!

Marco Flores Dave exceptional customer service when I needed it most. I had a return that was kind of a pain in the butt and he honored the return and pointed me in the right direction for my future purchases. The store had only been open about six months, however Due to friendliness and personability Marco and Another associate,Robert Made me feel like we were old friends. The store manager welcomed and helped me to get the best battery for my car. He was knowledgeable of course, but kind enough to carefully explain the different kinds and costs. He then replaced the battery for me as well. I was very please with the service and definitely my destination for any car related stuff.

Cristina is an amazing manager definitely appreciate her assistance! She is very knowledgeable about the parts she's selling as well as her recommendations to find the proper solution! Marco was awesome. I needed my battery replaced and didn t bring any tools with me. The store was busy because they just opened and have excellent service. He took the time to take a look at my car and pick out a battery for me and changed it in the parking lot. You don t find service like that these days. I will definitely be going back. Wow! Daniel and Christina were SOOO helpful ! I ve been a customer for years now and in general, i aways get good service but this was OVER THE TOP EXCEPTIONAL service. I will always come back to this location. I m so grateful i came to this location at the time i did. Their knowledge and drive to help me find a solution was unmatched, thank you for them. This morning, I experienced extraordinary customer service at the AutoZone on Anza and Torrance Blvd. Not only did Marcos replace my windshield wipers, but he also re-filled the windshield wiper fluid. Always come here for my car necessities. The employees are super helpful and kind, they make you feel totally welcome and they make great suggestions for what you need. Marco was incredibly helpful today getting me a radiator and parts for my car.

I had to change a battery for a car key FOB, Daniel helped me open it, but didn t have the battery. I ordered them, returned a few days later only to have a manager tell me he wouldn t help me because he didn t want to have to pay for it. Lo and behold, Daniel comes by recognizes and helps me change my battery! Thank you for your awesome service! You are the man!
