Why do I keep coming back?? Since 2016I have worked with Tom and Kathy and they are the best service techs. They have my prior service info at their finger tips and can see what my vehicle needs. They keep track of my cars service progress and inform me of any comments from the mechanics. They also watch my cars progress and when it will be ready. I have never had a complaint with Tom, Kathy or Auto Nation.

I especially love their Drop off service. Randy Ramos and Tech Jason were able to meet my request to finish the job within the day instead of the next. I cannot miss my meeting at work scheduled the following day. Thank you so much.

Auto Nation personnel were all polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful in answering and taking care of my concerns.I would recommend their services to all my family and friends. I will definitely be using them next time I need my car serviced.

Went in for an oil change, was met by my service manager right away and with little to no hesitation my truck was on its way to get work done. The service manager said they were a little backed up and it could be a few hours which was fine and expected. I went home and I got a phone call shortly after a hour of my vehicle being worked on and they said it was done. I was shocked and pleased it was finished faster than I was told. They even washed it for me. Great experience and great service over at AutoNation Ford Torrance.

Overall I had a good experience. The staff was very attentive and worked quickly. Listened to my concerns and worked around my schedule. The communication was great. I got a call from the service provider reviewing everything and they texted videos of the maintenance. Customer service was the best. I got a shuttle ride back home and they dropped my car off by the end of the day to my home. The only thing I m not sure of is while they addressed my main issue, I had a concern about a couple of other things that were not addressed appropriately. I was told they couldn t find an issue with it but when I got my car back I was still having problems with it.

FORD mustang is one of "the dream car" of my son. At first I was hesitant to purchase this kind of car since i am afraid that my son will have trouble driving it. But so far so good it is a great car. My son has proven that indeed this is a choice of a lifetime. He was able to use it for work and for pleasure with confidence. Thank you very much and kudos to FORD, you're simply amazing!

I want to praise Thomas in the Service Dept at Autonation Ford in Torrance, CA. He made himself available for questions and was very helpful. I also appreciated the van driver who gave me a ride home, when my car needed to stay overnight.

Bought a Ford Ranger here 6 months ago, great experience, got prepaid service when purchased. About a week ago I got a notification from my truck that an oil change was due, so naturally I made an appointment. The appointment was for 11:30am, I arrived 20 minutes early, was told the technician would be made aware I was there and he would be right with me so I stood by my truck for over an hour for the scheduled technician to arrive, never did. After more than an hour another attendant I spoke with when I arrived realized I was still waiting, apologized, and took my key and said "they would take it in right away and I could leave" with no consultation or anything, I mentioned that I would be waiting while the work was done. I did also, when making the appointment state what work needed to be done and that I would wait at the service center for my car. The schedule showed the time for the scope of work 1.5 hours. It has now been over 3 hours since arriving, I am still at the service center, and I still see my truck waiting for service outside of the service bays. No one has come to update, explain the delay, or even check in. I live an hour away so an Uber to and from would be an inconvenience. It's a shame really to have such a good experience purchasing the truck to have it marred by the service experience.Update: After seeing someone else come in and leave for an oil change that didn't have an appointment and came in after me, I went to speak with a gentleman at the front office. He went outside to speak with a technician came back and he explained that someone was on lunch and there was mixed communication but my truck would get serviced shortly. A "lunch" and "mixed communication", unacceptable if you ask me. After more than 4 hours after arriving I received my truck back oil changed and washed as I was leaving I asked if I could get a receipt for the services done for my records, I want to keep track and this being the first service I had done it was important. I was told I would receive them it in an email. It's been over 24 hours since my scheduled appointment and still nothing.

Tom, who works at the service department, is very helpful and friendly. He was waiting for me at my designated appointment time. Mark at the parts department is also outstanding. He has been very good to me on three different occasions to help me order parts. I highly recommend visiting AutoNation Ford in Torrance for all kinds of assistance.

I would give one star, but Jack Salmon communicated with me often about what was going on because I was frustrated the first time I took my car in and was told, by Tom Noone, that there wasn t anything that needed to be done since my service light wasn t on at that present moment, but then came back on the next day. There was A LOT wrong obviously since my whole engine needs to be replaced and cylinders were misfiring.

AutoNation Ford of Torrance took care of everything for me. The real star is Kathy. I was having a little trouble with my warranty and Kathy spent hours getting everything moving along for me and making sure things got done right. I will go back largely due to Kathy and her persistence and high level of service.

My experience dealing with the warranty repair was awful. I incurred a cost of $1300 for a rental before the claim was submitted and approved. I was then billed another $1300 because Jesus Cisneros did not continue to inform the warranty company of the needed extensions on the rental. I am seeking legal advice as I did what was required of me based on the requirements on the warranty. I have purchased 3 ford explorers and assure you I may be less likely to buy another Ford vehicle in the future.

Not sure if they have a new system going, but the drop off was great. I didn t have to do the sit down part. Jack just took my key and said that he d text me when the car is ready.

Just took our second PHEV from Ford Autonation in for service. Loved the video walk-through from the mechanic after the work completed. Car returned on time, shiny clean, Jesse the service rep was on top of it as usual.

Scheduling service was easy and once at the dealership Katherine,my service Advisor, explained everything and kept me updated with the progress until I picked up my vehicle at the end of the day , it was a great experience.

Well, AutoNation Ford has had my car for THREE MONTHS now, due to the need to replace the engine. As I continue to make payments on the car that I don't have, I can only hope that when I get it returned to me, it will run perfectly for years, and have a new paint job!
