These guys are the best. Purchased a new Ford Transit Trail edition and couldn t be happier. I came in, traded in a car, purchased a new one, and got financing in just about 2 hours. It was fast. Chris from sales, Damien in financing, and Danielle the GM were all amazing thank you!

I recently purchased a Ford Bronco with the assurance of a 90-day warranty. However, just two months into ownership, the engine warning light illuminated. Upon returning to address the issue, I was informed that the problem was not covered under warranty, necessitating an $800 repair cost. Having previously owned vehicles over a decade old that remained reliable for at least a year, I am disheartened by the immediate financial burden of nearly $1000 shortly after my purchase, compounded by the dealership's lack of support.

11/2023 Update: just had my Bronco serviced with this dealership. Katherine was my main point of contact throughout my service (oil change, 15k mile check up) and made it a quick, painless, comfortable and comprehensive visit. Definitely will be coming back. All the staff I ve interacted with here have been so kind and helpful.10/2022 : Ordered & purchased my 2022 Ford Bronco through AutoNation Ford Torrance - just got it in October 2022 and I am completely stoked. All the people I worked with when purchasing were extremely helpful, kind, and patient. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and look forward to bringing my car in for service here!

Excellent customer service from AutoNation Ford Torrance service staff. We brought our Ford Edge in to have the recalls done. The parts were in stock, repairs were performed as necessary and back the same day! Kindly received a follow up call a few days later. Service as it should be! Well done!

This was third stop looking at corvettes, didn t even want to do test drive at first. We laid out the paperwork, very easy and quick and they came down what was needed to make the deal. The car is absolutely sick and I had no issues whatsoever with autonation. They had a great floor and my salesman Chris was sick and communicative.

Their service was great! I have tried others, so far theirs is my favorite place to go to for repairs etc. They are very professional, accommodating plus they give report/video of what they do and will show parts that they checked in my truck. Jack Salmon was the one who assisted me, and I was very pleased with the service. Great job guys!

Service at this dealer was top notch! I have an F150 that I did not purchase from them (bought used). So they have no prior relationship with me. They performed the 50K mile service and worked on some small issues. Competitive pricing, completed quickly, and friendly knowledgeable service associates. When I found a small hiccup that they missed, they completed it in a few hours to make it right. So rare to find truly professional service these days. Ask for Jesus or Jack. I will never service my truck anywhere else!

I only had a couple of concerns with the vehicle I purchased. It had a dent and some rear damage that I am told will be fixed. The driver side mirror is also scratched, at least it looks that way. However I'm still pretty satisfied with the vehicle and am glad my experience was only positive throughout the buying process. Thank you all

Best dealership in town! Jack was able to get my car serviced in a reasonable and get the tires I really wanted. We just bought a new vehicle and had a great experience. Pedro is the best car salesman I ve ever met and Damian is one hell of a financial advisor!

My experience was excellent today. The prompt acknowledgment from two team members while waiting for Jack truly made a positive impression. I must mention that I arrived 30 minutes early by the way, and Jack s swift response to my needs exemplified his commitment to exceptional customer service. His generous offer of a complimentary car wash, coupled with an expedited oil change and free brake inspection, exceeded expectations. This was my best service experience at Ford Torrance, ever. Jack s outstanding customer service should definitely be recognized. A heartfelt thank you to Jack, and the guys in the service area. I had to go back three times for the same issue, which if they had actually done the repair the first time would have been handled. I got a recall notice and took my car in. They said they repaired it but they lied and Ford sent me a notice saying they didn t actually repair it and I had to take my car back in. Same time as that I had to have them fix my backup camera. First time they just simply didn t even look at it. Second time they told me they fixed it free of charge. Apparently no one bothered to check before giving me my car back and so the first time I backed up I noticed it still wasn t working. Even after I asked before leaving several times to confirm. Now I have to go back a third time even though upon further inspection my receipt actually said we recommend you replace the backup camera .Absolute terrible customer service and just a total joke of a place. Don t go! And they are double what an independent mechanic costs. Save your money and your headache! Go somewhere else!

Very impressed with the service I received for my recent visit and repairs. Communication was wonderful- I was updated via text/video at least once a day. I was also able to text back if I had a question. When I found out the dealership could deliver my car back to me at home I was beyond excited! Service was complete Friday late afternoon and having it delivered saved me so much time and coordination. Everyone who I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Best customer service I ve received at a dealership by far. Thank you!!

My little, very much loved 2009 Ford Focus was in desperate need of many repairs and while everyone told me to look for a mechanic, I felt more at ease taking it to the dealership because it would be a guarantee that the service team would have the necessary parts and actually have the knowledge for Fords. Kathy, my Service Advisor, was truly excellent from beginning to end. She was detailed with the intake of my car and kept me well updated with repairs/costs throughout the week. When I picked it up, she was patient and answered all of my questions. When I turned on my car, it was music to my ears not hearing the usual sounds. It's been about 2 weeks now and very happy with the repairs. Thank you, Kathy and team!

Warm, friendly, hospitable team of people. Very helpful (and funny too)! From the moment Hubby and I stepped in the door, to taking home a vehicle same day - was a fly. It was fast. Person greeted us was Pedro, nice person. Phong was most helpful in providing us technical information about the vehicle to the actual installation of reviver/FordPass applications. He is knowledgeable and my hats off to this young man. I forgot the name of the person who helped us with the loan process. He too - has been very helpful and explains everything on the paperwork. He listens to questions and addresses them one at a time.The day after we purchased the vehicle, I got follow up emails to see how I was doing and if I had questions. Torrance FORD has excellent service from inception to completion. I felt like a member of the family. Aloha

I received couple of letters in the mail for 2 different recalls on my car back in Sept 2023 and had been waiting for the parts to come in. So Ford Nation contacted me couple months later letting me know that they received the parts and I can call to make an appointment. I made couple of different appointments but was not able to keep them because of my work schedule so I happen to have a day off last week and decided to call and see if I could possibly bring my car in at that time and boy was I pleasantly surprised when they said yes! And I got a same day appointment! Took my car in spoke with Jesse he took my info down right away then said he would call me when it was ready. About 2-3 hours later I received a text and video from the mechanic letting me know I needed additional work which was very appreciative. I was very satisfied with the professional and courteous customer service at Ford Auto Nation Torrance from start to finish. Definitely coming back here and telling my friends and family too. Thanks!

Autonation Ford Torrance has always taken good care of me. I have been coming here for over 10 years with several different Ford vehicles and I have never had any negative experiences during that time. I purchased a car here as well with the same results. Currently, my service specialist is Katherine and she takes great care of me. Recently, I had a diagnosis performed on my plug-in hybrid battery. Lucky for me it is still in excellent condition, Even after seven years of use. When the work was done my vehicle was delivered to my residence free of charge, which is a very nice touch.
