Working with Kellie to buy a car was a great experience. I appreciate how quick to respond she was to texts, and how relatively straightforward it was to make a deal happen for buying a new car.I think you should always expect some level of negotiation to happen during a car sale, but at least for this dealership I didn t feel like my time was being wasted in that discussion. I never was asked to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes at a time as the salesperson was looking for the car , or any of that stuff that normally would have me leave in a bad mood.The dealership itself is nicely situated and looks pretty modern. There s the usual amenities, like coffee, etc while you re working something out too which is nice. I don t know what it s like in the service department, but here s hoping they serve donuts or something as a little pick me up when you re getting your car serviced there.

Steve is an excellent service advisor. He knows me and my RDX and recommends necessary repairs.I like the pictures and video update of inspections and service. It keeps me informed and confident of the service I receive.I would not use any other service to care for my vehicle.Kelly is also an excellent service advisor.

Very professional check-in process, really nice staff. Updated service waiting area, and can arrange for Lyft transportation to/from. Oil change price slightly higher than quick-stops, but I trust this service center, been going for 5+ years with my 2016 MDX.

I only go to one service advisor and that is Kelly Gilbertson .His advice and knowledge of vehicles is always appreciated and right on point. He knows what s wrong with the vehicle before the technician looks at it and always advises me what more I can do for my vehicle to improve it.Even though I live in Lakewood I will continue to drive down to Torrance because of Kelly s honesty and courteousness

Gabrielle did a great job to get my recall scheduled. She ordered other parts needed to fix the Steering wheel clunking. It was on back order. She called me today and said it was in and I needed to set up an appointment. All of this was within a week. I declined a another inspection because had been in for service recently and I had to leave for another appointment. Gaby is pleasant and I enjoy working with her when I come to have work done.

My experience at Acura South Bay was awesome. I left there with the knowledge of what I can do to make sure my MDX runs as long as possible. They explained everything so I can understand it and never made me feel pressured to get anything more than I can afford at that time.

I was 100% satisfied with my service at the Service Dept. Not only did Kelly provide me with amazing customer service, but he also educated me on tire pressure and accessing a punctured tire. The icing on the cake is that Kelly got his supervisor Jack Elliot involved. Jack went above and beyond to find me a tire. After finding me a tire he then had someone to go to pick the tire up. Although I was there for 5hrs. this was a great experience and they kept me assured that they were working on my behalf. Needless to say I left with a new tire on my car. AWESOME customer service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

I had B1 service done at this place and asked to check collision sensor.estimate verbally was around $150. Rep. also casually mentioned sensor could covered by warranty even though he just checked my mileage(My car had 66K). I got a call from Kelly (who was not the one took my car in) saying it will cost $1446 so I declined. and he told me he had to charge inspection fee of $178. Next day my car got fixed itself with one small bump. They've never mentioned any possible inspection fee when I dropped my car off. When I went there to pick my car up and try to talk to them with common sense. however their response was since I signed docs I'm responsible and manager added they are going to win if we go to court. I don't want to waste my time for $200, even if I hardly doubt outcome of ruling. But I don't believe that is the approach local dealer takes to customer. I called twice to make complaint to dealer but I only be able to find name of the manager(Mitch). J. Hyman suggested I should read whole contract before I sign at the dealer. Seriously, you guys need to do that at this dealership.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
