Transparent, friendly, effortless transaction - Angel's demeanor on the phone was friendly and accommodating, despite the fact that I had called near closing time. It may have been a few minutes after. He took the time to check on the availability of the vehicle I was interested in and setup an appointment and test drive with John Shea.Communication continued to be attentive without pressure - both John and Angel worked with me to ensure I got the truck I wanted and the transaction would be beneficial for both parties. There was a genuine, personal aspect that was certainly appreciated.Lastly, Annie showed the same personalized touch from the financial department.I highly recommend visiting Autonation Acura South Bend and seeing what they have to offer.

Steven, my service agent, was extremely helpful and willing to review every step with me, as it was my first time using AutoNation. Thank you StevenThe only reason why I didn t give it 5 stars because the service took 2 hours long. All I got was an oil change. Steven did take the time to discuss why would take that long due to the fact that I had a luxury That wasn t the brand that they worked with usually so they had to find the part and then start the change.I would suggest once a person puts In an appointment with their card details, maybe they should begin searching for the part before the person arrives so it won t take so long

Hassle Free Dealership! I started my car search here and I ended it here. The dealership was clean and inviting and the employees were nice and easy to work with. I didn't feel the hustle and high pressure environment and felt like they were trying to make me happy with the price I paid as well as my trade-in. Noe and Cesar both gave me the best customer service answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about what I needed and bought everything they recommended. shout out to my boy Robert Escamilla!! when i first came in my hopes were a little low due to the fact that it was my first car & i had no to little credit history! his positive energy & uplifting confidence changed that so fast! his exact words don t worry about anything , leave it all to me , right here In Acura we make miracles happen !! and that pumped me up, expectations exceeded! Had my 2022 MDX service completed at South Bay Acura. The service technician Steve was great and made sure all my car needs were met. My car came out in perfect condition and I m very happy with Steve and whoever the mechanic was who worked on my car. Another Happy Customer here. Kelly is the best and the #1 service guy as far as I m concern. He s friendly and always has a smile on his face. Every time I got my vehicle service at AutoNation he treated me with respect and not just a lady who knows nothing about cars. Kelly explains each detail and answers all my questions. My husband and I had an amazing experience buying our new car 5th generation Acura Integra ASpec/ Tech white on black. It is beautiful. Ask for John we came in on a Saturday told him what we wanted and what we were looking. Test drive it and made a deal. John was very helpful and knowledgeable on the entire process from start to finish. Everything was super simple and quick. We are glad we went to the right place where they took care of us. The vehicle price was the lowest with no hustling. When I made an appointment to look at a vehicle, they washed and detailed it to prepare for our arrival. Our sales person, John was very friendly and sincere so even if we waited to sign the documents which is normal, we didn't mind chatting with him. The buying experience was one of the easiest and the most pleasant one EVER. We will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone.

I was undecided between The Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring and the Integra with tech package. If I was going to buy The Honda I wanted boost blue and with the Integra I was undecided between 3 colors: blue, red, or black.Honda had too many add ons and the staff wasn't that welcoming.Acura was so different. Manny was helping me out and I didn't feel pressured to buy the car. I really loved that. I had already been to this dealer to look at the Integras in person. When I went they didn't have the color I wanted. I kept checking CarGurus to see if there was new stock and yesterday a black Integra had just arrived at Acura Torrance. I asked the sales guy [Manny] if it really was in stock and he said yes! I test drove the car and saw the numbers. After they checked my credit score the numbers were a bit lower compared to the estimate, so I ended up leasing an Acura Integra with tech package. The car only had 3 miles when I test drove it. Now it has 75! I have really enjoyed driving the car. It has so many features. I'm so happy!

Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would.Went to take my 2023 Integra with 7500 miles (aka basically new) I bought out of state in for warranty work on the engine and to look at a tire that had potential warranty issues. Booked an apointment online.When I got there and described the issues, the service advisor treated me like I was an idiot, saying he s worked for 32 years and refused to evaluate the tire for a warranty issue. Insisted on replacing it (for about $120 more than I just got quoted by a local tire shop).Given I was there and did not want to drive on an unsafe tire, I was ready to pay the huge markup, but then he says they are backed up and they could not do the non-tire warranty work (was not communicated during the appointment) and I d have to come back to reschedule it.I live 30 miles away and asked if I could have a loaner car while they worked on the warranty repairs, and at first he said we don t do loaners, and then said I could walk to Enterprise and rent my own car with a special discount. So I go for warranty work, am told they can t fit it in, won t give a loaner, but are happy to replace a tire which itself could have been a warranty issue (but they refused to check it) where they got paid. The guy continued to talk to me like I was an idiot, super condescending.I got pretty frustrated, went outside to cool down, where the manager came out and said he d do anything to help. When I told him the issues, and said I d write feedback reflecting this, and was amazed they don t do loaners he then said the did do loaners but their fleet is small, and he could pull one away from another customer who has been waiting (a guilt trip?) I decided to leave immediately. I drove back on a bad tire, and just found the same replacement tire for $120 less at a local tire shop, installed in 30 minutes.Will take my warranty work to another Acura dealer. I can t believe this dealer represents the Acura brand, which aspires to be luxury. They made me feel like an idiot, did not fix any of the issues, and literally if this was my only encounter with an Acura dealer (my OG dealer was great) I d never buy an Acura again. Corporate should look into them.
