I brought my car in for a 60 mile thousand mile service and received a text indicating that I needed to replace a motor mount and that I had an oil leak. The total was $3000. I declined the service and took it over to an independent Audi mechanic Who told me there was nothing wrong with my motor mount and that the leak was due to the fact that the drain plug was damaged when they changed my oil. So my $3000 repair bill from Audi turned into a $70 bill at Torrance motors. While I was picking up my car, he indicated that he had just received a call from another Audi Pacific customer who ran to the same experience I did however they sent a picture of the bad motor mount, which actually was from a Toyota. Shame on Audi Pacific. Never trust their recommendations.

Stay away. Far away. After servicing our car and performing the 10K miles check, they returned the car without a car wash. In fact, the car looked worse than I have ever seen it.. Fair enough, but turns out they also did not charge the car so it was returned close to drained. Two strikes but not enough. They also did not install the front license plate despite that being part of the service requested (we have a car type where the front plate has to be drilled to be installed so not super easy to do yourself). I only noticed how dirty the car was at pick up so before I left I made a point of that but the service manager, Ron, was completely uninterested in hearing about their shortcomings. He did, however, offer to ask around why the car was not washed. But at that point, I had zero interest in staying another minute in this disaster place. The service here compared to Audi Beverly Hills is night and day. I think it must be two completely different brands Service: General repairs & maintenance

The service I received was amazing during my last visit to the Audi Pacific Service Center. I really want to thank Reza, my service advisor, and Ebin, my car rental associate, who both helped make my experience great. I also want to thank the manager in the back shop for personally making sure that our car made it to the center when it was having problems--unfortunately, I don't know their name, but Reza let me know that they were an important part of it. Reza's communication was clear and timely and I had all of my questions answered. Ebin was friendly and helped me get into a rental with ease. Thank you again for all of your help!

It might be a better review if they would pick up the phone. I've called this place maybe 8x and no matter what sequence of selections you make from the automated voice, no one actually answers the phone. If you leave your phone number to be called back, they never call. This is for an airbag warranty claim, and it makes no difference if you can't even talk to someone via the sales line. Weak.

Unfortunately have to highlight 1 star here. Got the same runaround on not working on the car until several days after the appt, but I can live with that. What people need to be aware of is that they charge $260/hr and they mark up their parts significantly above Audi MSRP. Example- control arm MSRP is $626, Pacific charges $1109, 77% above Audi suggested prices. This adds up.To replace all 4 shocks/struts/springs and front control arms was.... $19k. For an old A4. This is beyond anyone's wildest guess, and I pity anyone that doesn't know better and just pays. I have not gone to Long Beach to compare service prices, but I know when I go to their parts department, they at least charge list prices.Suggest to call around before coming in to Pacific Audi service.Service: Vehicle Inspection

So much process and fees stuffed into the normal process and fees makes me disgusted for having an Audi knowing this is the service I'll get!!It seem to me Workers there hate their job and make you feel you owe them something the moment you walk in!I booked my appointments a week in advance and reserved a loner. When I got there, they said no Loner car. I came to them with 4 warranty issues, and they wanted to charge me $1200 just to inspect the car for what I already them!! Again, that money just to inspect the car, not to work on it!if they decide after that the broken piece needs to be fixed "duh" then they send the actual bill!I don't know in what world this makes sense. I live 3 miles away from this dealership, but from now on, my business will go to long Beach Audi dealership.

Went in for annual oil change and inspection. Oscar was friendly and helped ensure the service was efficient. Appreciated the priority Lyft rides, though loaner cars were available too.

I scheduled an appointment more than 2 weeks in advance for some recall(3G module).Arrived 7am to leave the vehicle and was told that I need to leave it for 6 days because they are packed.Why would you then let people schedule appointments if you don't have bandwidth?Why didn't you call or email me to let me know that I need to leave the vehicle for more then one day?You basically wasted more then an hour of my life because you didn't communicate upfront.I've never had such an experience with any other dealer centers for the whole 10 years being in US.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a very negative experience with Audi Pacific Service.There were multiple issues because they were not thorough with the service, didn t follow up and left me without use of my car for several weeks.When I had finally had enough, and asked for a refund I was lied to and told that the check is in the mail .I had to dispute my credit card payment and wait months before the payment issue was resolved.I own four Audi vehicles and will never return for anything service or sales related based on this experience.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery

Please be aware of this dealership! I took my Audi in because my air conditioning unit was not blowing cold air. My vehicle was driving fine, no other issues. They did their analysis. To fix the air blower was going to be around $1500. On the quote was other recommended repairs. The total bill came to $3200. I asked them just to fix the air blower. My vehicle was at their dealership over the weekend. I picked up my vehicle right before they closed. I asked another service advisor for a printout of repairs needed on my vehicle. The quote came to $9500 !! As I am driving home less than 5 minutes my vehicle starts to sputter and rumble, and idle low when stopped. I call the dealership from my vehicle and let them know I am returning in the morning. The next morning 7am I'm at the dealership. They treat me as if I have a new issue. They inspect my vehicle and say it's the spark plugs, $900. I was so upset I was crying in the dealership. My vehicle was running fine before leaving it at the dealership. They also said I had a major oil leak. My car does not have any oil spills at all. I told them the needed repairs happened at the dealership and I felt trapped into fixing it. I waited for my car. When the final bill came, the advisor said he lowered my bill to $500. I left Pacific Audi never to return or ever purchase an Audi. I did take my Audi to my mechanic and they found no oil leaks or other issues. Please always consult a trusted mechanic.Service: A/C installation & repair

I buy a car from this dealer in the car fax records this have all oil change on time but when I go to my mechanic the oil looked like mud apparently it had never been changed

Had a bad experience with this service center. Went a couple of times to have an issue fixed and they couldn t resolve it. Now I m stuck paying for the work and had to rely on another shop.
