HONEST, FAST, AND FAIR!! MY CADDY WAS OVERHEATING AND I LIVE 3 HOURS AWAY. I CAME IN AT 8:30 AM WEDNESDAY IN THE MORNING AND THEY GOT ME OUT AT 9:45 A.M. WEDNESDAY IN THE MORNING. MY BROTHER-IN-LAW WENT TO THESE GUYS ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND THEY WERE HONEST AND QUICK WITH HIM! GREAT RECOMMENDATION! PRAISE GOD FOR AN HONEST MECHANIC!!! I'm not sure about the bad reviews on this place ...maybe there was a miscommunication, maybe they were super busy that day,.. I don't know...but I would recommend this place hand over foot and send my family my friends and any of my own children because Hassan the owner has earned my trust!!

My car was making a pulsating noise while braking. The mechanic drove my car and actually tried to understand what is the cause of problem. Not many mechanics do that.He changed the front brake pads and rotors. Labor was slightly expensive but still worth the quality of service.A mechanic from a different brand wanted me to change multiple parts of the brake that were not even necessary and just take my money. However the people at Anza service Inc are honest and friendly.

Everyone wants a quick and painless smogcheck experience. And that's what I got at Anza Service. This location is very convenient for me. I called to make sure that they could accommodate me, and they said it was ok to come in before they closed at 6pm. It cost $59.95, but after the smog cert, DMV fees, and tax- it came out to just under $100. I got there at 5:15pm and I was driving away again at 5:30pm. Awesome!

Very very awful place. The sign said 49.99 for a star smog and this guy was telling me I was going to pay 112 for the smog and certification. He had the audacity to say i called him on the phone saying i was going to pay more for the smog??! I suggest to anyone that needs a smog to go elsewhere because the shop owner is a scam artist. I couldn't run any faster in my life

I've brought one of my other cars here that was newer than 2007 and they did the smog check no problem.I do have an other car that is a fun car. It will pass smog and through these folks did I begin the process. It passed almost all the tests.The guy says I have to take it to the freeway and drive it above 55mph to get the last sensors to testI explained that I had been in a workplace injury that keeps me from driving longer than 30 minutes especially a manual transmission Vehicle. He didn't care. Wasn't his problem.Another reason electric car is better. As well I see the Rollers in the picture on the Google Maps showing me they can assist and help finish the smog, but won't because?I'm going elsewhere. Thank you for showing me your customer service skills and kindness towards those with disabilities.

This shady shop charged me $75 (then gave a $5 discount) for a smog check. I was greeted by a representative who wanted to carry on the transaction in Spanish. At no point was I offered pricing. When checking out, I commented on this and the representative refused to explain or offer any sort of discount for this shady business practice. Had I known the price, I would have gone elsewhere. This place is terrible and will NEVER receive my business again!Service: Smog certification

First I want to apologize to the owner, I got back in my car and I didn t have my sun glasses. I looked everywhere I asked him to come over and he was very helpful and looking all over for them and also saying he employs good quality people I try to be as respectful as possible all the while looking for my sunglasses I had ended up getting mixed up and leaving them at a friends place and I was able to find them I apologized but I could see he was hurt and so I want to make sure I leave a very good review because he was very good with my car was quick and pleasant and professional and very kind and I feel so bad. I took my car here for a smog check however I would feel comfortable and confident to bring my car back for other purposes and again I could only apologize more and more thank you for your serviceService: Registration renewal

Fish shop did my smog check told me I passed, then the problem with my car wouldn t start. I need a starter. No I did not they were trying to scam me. Three of the guys there a thought that I didn t know enough about cars that I wouldn t figure out that they were lying in different ways to me that I needed a starter and even had me trying to start my own car as part of the ploy. Very disappointed and annoyed.Services: Smog certification, Emissions testing

Honest repair shop, had an issue with my van and they diagnosed it free of charge. Repair was minimal and price, service unbeatable. Tricky to get into the parking lot, but worth the destination

The lead mechanic is really reasonable, fair, and helpful. 99% of the time, you will get great work. Only had one hiccup when replacing the lower control arms on my truck, but it got solved quickly. Only one little issue out of the many times I've gone shows their dedication to good quality maintenance.

My car had an oil change and smog check on 4/22/20. I found numerous fluids not filled. The brake light was on and when I checked the fluid level it was below min level. It took almost a full bottle of DOT 3 brake fluid. When I added the fluid the light went out. The radiator and washer fluids were also low. All four tires were less than halfway inflated. The serpentine belt is also cracked vertically for about 12 inches. It s their responsibility to fill or at least inform the customer of these things. They are safety items. I spoke with Hassin and he didn t apologize or say he d talk to his mechanics. I ll never use them again!!!

did a smog check here because it was close to me. it was $75 bucks. i think i was up-charged on the dmv transmission fee, whatever that is. just seems kinda expensive for a smog check. i'd recommend shopping around a bit more.Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

Anza service is part of Arco gas station. The place is little messy, but folks are friendly. There was no wait fir for the smog check.
