Melvin was so friendly, efficient, and helpful. They beat my dealership s price for a tire alignment and his team even got me in and out in 45 minutes. Super happy with the service I received there!

Went in to have some wheels swapped out and had somewhat specific instructions on how I wanted them to repackage my old wheels for me, with an additional request of a tire rotation. Every request was executed flawlessly and I couldn t be more happy with their work. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs wheel/tire related work.

The service is impeccable. The service men are quite alert and intuned to the concerns of the customers. Each of them, they listen to what your vehicle concern is, from registration to the mechanic wanting the customer to share what the experience is with the car complications. This location goes above and beyond with the customer to assist with analyzing and deciphering the issues so that the proper diagnosis is made. I appreciate their kindness, patience, and professionalism, respectively.

Passing through the LA, my tire went down. I have a new Camry so I wanted a match to the other tires. I called around and this location had what I needed. I told them I was passing through in a hurry and they got me in-out fast. Very satisfied with the response.

I'm so appreciative of the staff. I got a flat tire and was driving on a spare. When other shops said it would take 3hrs they put my tire on in under 45mins. They also informed me about my brake pads going out. I would use their service again.

I was told I had a nail in my tire, so I stopped to have it removed. While waiting, I noticed that I didn't have my wallet and I panicked. Once I mentioned it to the clerk, I was told it was no charge because the nail had not punctured the tire. Whew, so grateful. Thank you American Tire Depot!!!

Bought tires from a different store a few weeks ago with the road hazard warranty and got a punctured tire this morning. This was nearest store to me. I was patched up and back on the road sooner than expected. Great customer service.

The nicest, trustworthy service for tire. I got a nail in my tire and they patched it for free. I ll definitely return to all other services because they earn my business here!!!Everyone just go here for your tire/ oil change man dont event second guess it.

Made an appointment online and showed up about fifteen minutes after opening. Very friendly staff, and good prices for the work. They finished the inspections and replaced my two front brake pads and fixed my alignment in just about three hours.

Jr at American Tire Depot not only took care of me with some Yokohama G015 nice tires for my Honda Minivan but also noted that the sway bar links were worn. He gave me a nice package with an alignment!

Friendly staff! Great service! I had a nail in my tire and they patched it up at no cost! I was expecting to get pressured into buying a new tire and that did not happen at all. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend this place. We had all our tires replaced at American tire depot in January 2022. Within a month one of the tires started showing low pressure and was dropping steeply. We just took the car to Torrance outlet for a check. They took the car in within minutes and found that there was a nail in the tire which had punctured the tire deeply. They showed me the nail and the hole, fixed it within 30 minutes. They didn t even charge me any money. Happy to have shopped at American tire depot and highly satisfied with their service.

Uriel, Melvin, Eddie and their Technicians are all great at their Jobs. They always let inform me of what needs to be done and what actually can wait. I take all 4 of my family s cars here and am very Satisfied!

I would definitely recommend American tire depot. They fixed my flat for free and I got a much-needed front end alignment while I was there. Very easy to make an appointment. Staff was very friendly. I will be back when I need new tires.

Carlos and the team are a 5 out of 5 for sure. Service was exceptional. They didn t waste my time and really got my back into my Jeep Renegade fast. My tires look great and feel great driving. I m going to give everyone a 10 out of 5 for baring with my trust issue self. My apologies, other garages have done me dirty and I took it out on you for a hot second. Thank you again guys! Definitely will go back.

American tire depot did a nice job. Put new tires on my car on schedule as promised. I also took it in for service at the Lexus dealer the next day and dealer confirmed everything was done correctly by American Tire Depot.

I guess if you enjoy your lug bolts over-torqued by 80+ ft/lbs from factory spec, then come here. They do "torque" your wheel, but only after impacting your bolts into your car.How did I find out? I removed the bolts myself, and wondered why it was so hard to remove with a breaker bar. So, I took two different torque wrenches to check the torque on all 20 bolts on my car, by incrementally increasing the torque rating each time. The average torque applied on my wheels were around 188ft/lbs, when the factory spec is 101ft/lbs (140Nm) per BMW ISTA for my model.

Everyone at American Depot was so friendly, professional, and helpful. I had an emergency flat tire far, was from home, and everywhere else I had tried was closed. They got to work on my car right away and provided excellent, swift service. I highly recommend them!

This place is awesome and the customer service is topnotch. I came into the American tire depot in need of tires and was greeted with a warm welcome and helped immediately. I was given a wide rang of options to fit my budget. We agreed on some reasonable tires and ordered them and the arrived the next day. I was called and informed that my tires was at the shop and there s not a long wait. My tires was installed fast and I was done within a hour. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

I had my tires replaced here and they are always fast, efficient and fairly priced. Recently (today) had a nail in my tire that they patched at the Hawthorne location in Torrance (my first time at this location- usually go to Hermosa) and they repaired it so quickly BUT more importantly the customer service was a breath of fresh air. So nice and helpful-smile on their face! It might sound silly but I feel like good customer service is hard to come by these days. I d recommend them over and over again. Thank you!

Jose was the great guy at the front. He Helped us fixed our company car s flat tire for free of charge. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs tire replacement or tire checked.

Service her isn't amazing. However the price for tires is very very good! Its a good trade off if you can deal with the wait. This probably is a function of how busy they are so I dont blame them to much. Good prices = busy!
