All my friends kept telling me to ditch the dealership and go to America s Tire for my next tire replacement. So glad I did. The facility is sparkling clean, the employees are kind, and the service itself was blazing fast and done perfectly. Literally couldn t ask for anything better. They even have free WiFi if you want to get some work done on your laptop while you wait.

Fast and efficient, in and out in about 30-40 minutes as promised. The lead tech didn't mind my tire questions, probably get asked multiple times from every customersHighly recommended!. Every step from checking mileage, tread depth, tire spec on door jam, receipt, balancing and rotation. Unmount and Mount, manual torque were done with precision and professionalism.

Dropped in for a quick tire check since TPMS turned on while driving on 5 from NorCal. My problematic tire was inspected and verified no visible puncture causing slow leak. Refilled from 39 back to 44, and TPMS reset. Reduced worries

Had my tire patched cuz of a nail and I was in and out! They had great lobby, good customer service, and nice people. Free WiFi. David and Joseph were super helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. 10/10 would come back.

Had a flat tire on Tesla that other shops did not want to fix because Tesla tires have the noise insulating foam inside. Stopped by Americas Tire shop. They did not have any issues fixing Tesla tire flat. I was back on the road 15 minutes later. They balanced my tire and checked the pressure on other tires. Best of all their service was free!! Employees are polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again and will be buying the replacement tires only from them!

I purchased the plan for the tire rotation. Every time I take my car for the scheduled rotation (I make an appointment of course), they take care of my car right away. As soon as they check me in, they also take my car to the bay right away to do the tire rotation. I'm out of there in 15 mins. Purchasing the plan is a good value for my money.

To be honest, the service is so-so, you can t look at the tires, everything is only on the computer, the seller doesn t know what country the wheel is manufactured in

I recently bought some tires and brakes from Les Schwab out in the high desert which is similar to this type of company breaks tires and more... I have the warranty through them on my set I came here they told me my tires needed to be replaced that they were old and that my brakes were at 3 and 4 percent so they told me all my items were in the red...Well as you can tell I had to say some words to Les Schwab... It turns out my brakes are really good my Reuters did have some which can be easily fixed with getting them turn.I went for a second opinion at pep boys and a few other places and they all said the same thing that my tires were good and my brakes were excellent which means that this particular place is trying to rip people off I suggest everyone get a second opinion before buying your brakes, tires or anything else.My older review of this place a few years ago...I've had two tires in the last 4 years that needed repair. This company offers free repairs on tires which is a great offer. Unfortunately when I take my tires to this particular location they have told me that I had to replace my tires that it was unrepairable. I had them put my donut on and went back to the original location that I bought my tires since they had a warranty on them... The original location where I bought it fixed my tire not only did they fix my tire they showed me what American tire left in my tire and why it wasn't getting fixed. Now one of two things is happening either they have unqualified people working on your tires or two they're trying to make you buy tires through them when your tires are still in great shape.

Can't speak for any of the other locations, but this one in old Torrance is fantastic. Extremely helpful and honest staff. We've been fans for decades.

I have gone to this location twice for TPMS issues. Both times I told them I thought there may be a slow leak and to check if there was a hole or a nail. Both times they said my tires were fine and the warning would turn off from driving. I can assure you it did not turn off. I had to take my car to another Americas tire location to get my issues resolved. I've been using America's Tire since my first car in 2004. I won't stop using them over this but I will never return to this location.

Service was great until I removed the plastic bag that is provided by them to keep my car interior clean. When I removed the bag I found paint chips on the front and rear of the wheel. Keep in mind that this wheel is $300 and brand new!! I do not recommend this place to anyone until the installers receive professional training.

I was in the area for a funeral viewing. My two passenger side tires were somehow punctured while driving to the viewing. I noticed the flat tires late in the afternoon. Using a spare tire on one of the wheels, I was able to get to a gas station to fill all of the tires with air, which gave me just enough time to get to America's Tire 30 minutes before closing. I have been a long term customer of America's Tire near my home because of the consistently excellent customer service. Dominik A. (218) took care of me. He made sure that I had a serviceable spare as a backup plan, in case one of my tires couldn't be repaired. There were 6 cars ahead of me and this store got me back on the road very quickly at no cost. This kind of great service is why I have been a loyal customer for well over 20 years. I always replace my tires at the nearest America's Tire. They have a good selection and reasonable prices and price ranges. Customer service is everything. I was able to attend a funeral the next day because this store came through the same as all of the other America's Tire stores that I have been to through the years...decades.

Normally I think these guys are great.....well today my wife goes in for flat repair on rear tire,guy tells her she needs 4 new ones! Funny I just bought them from them 9 months ago theyh ave less than 5000 miles on them...........NOT REAL HAPPY

Always a great experience at this Torrance location. Alex and El Ni�o are the best. Friendly and professional everytime I purchase tires and need help for other tire services. This amazing treatment will always bring my business here and I will definitely refer all of my family/friends to America's tires.

Bro, I mean how does a company consistently increase the value and service quality? Cause 10 years running and this place just gets better. The staff is really on point now and personalize your visit. Purchased a set of 4 tires on Black Friday and had them installed a couple weeks later. Wait times were long that day so I opted for a later install, i'll keep coming back and get those tire rotations and flat fixes when needed.

Alex (Senior Manager) was our saving grace!! He went above and beyond to help us return to AZ after getting a screw in our tire. Our service was prompt, everyone was very kind and very fast. Have no complaints. Will be returning to this shop if we are ever in need of tire assistance in the area again. Highly recommended!

I've come to the Torrance location of America's Tire twice now. The first time was when I hit a pothole and had to get a new tire. They were able to find me a tire that was $99 and with labor and tax came out to $135. You make an appointment before coming here and can expect kind mechanics and staff. I needed another tire recently and came back to this same place and they offered me the same price again almost a year later. I let them know online that it said AAA members get a discount and he honored a lower price given that. The best tire place I've been to in South Bay by far.

Horrible service ! I called and asked for a price he said 109$ for one , and that he had some tires and would have them ready for me .Soon as I got there he said he gave the tires to someone else , and that I would have to pay 220$ for one I let him I had called and he already gave me a price but he refused to help me . C.J was the guy.

I am so happy that I found this tire company. I have been getting my tires from here for a few years now. They are welcoming, and the lobby to shop is always clean. They are transparent and all about the safety of the driver. I went in to get a tire rotation. They would not do this for me because my tire were worn down, especially the back rear passenger tire that was in bad shape. They suggested I get new tires, and I did. Getting the warranty on my tires every time i purchase from them is very worth it!

Awesome! I had appointment and new tires were prepaid. There was a sign with my name when I arrived and it took less than 30 mins to get out. Friendly courteous staff.

I came on Wednesday without appointment because of a flat tire, and they took care of it right away, it was reparable, they didn t try to take money out of my pocket telling me my tires. need 100 problems like other shops. They just fix it in 20 min and didn t charge me anything, don t know why, but i came here before to change tires to my other cars, and always get excellent customer service from everyone!!!! Y hablan espa�ol muy bien!

I've been coming to this location for years, before it became America's Tires!They always gave good service.However, as of late, some of the tactics they use are QUESTIONABLE.On June 7, 2023 I brought my vehicle in to have the tires checked for AIR. I was told that after the tech conducted a tire tread reading, I needed to new tires. My two front tires were, allegedly, at 3mm-4mm on the left and 4mm-5mm on the right. The two rear tires were reading at 9mm.I declined to get new tires, got air put in the existing ones and left.Today (7-24-2023) I brought my vehicle in to have the tires rotated. They would put the two 9mm in the front and the two lower treads on the rear.Well, after about a half-hour of sitting there, a tech approached me telling me that I needed to BUY a new tire. He didn't offer to show me the "damaged" one, so I told him to show me why I'd need a new tire.Turns-out, it wasn't either one from the FRONT, but one from the REAR (one of the nines!!!). He showed me that a deep cut had been put in the tire. He didn't ask me to patch it, just told me to replace it (cost would be around $63).I balked because the tire was in PERFECT condition when I brought my car into their store.I found it peculiar that a cut, that deep, didn't leak any air out of the tire. So I called Michelin's corporate office and got in touch with customer service (Lillian). She offered to call the store directly and spoke with Simeon. I was not paying for a perfectly GOOD tire to be replaced! Especially, when I don't believe it was damaged PRIOR to me bringing it there.I stood watching as Simeon talked to Lillian, then he put her on hold and went to the garage to talk to FOUR different males about my tire. One male in a red shirt went to the phone and picked up the conversation with Lillian.I couldn't tell what she was saying to him, but he finally said to me "do you want to replace the other THREE tires?" WHAT??!!**Please note: the tire tread reading as of today (7-24-2023) was: LF-3, LR-9, RF-7, RR-8) How did one of the front tires go from a 4-5mm to a 7mm?**I wish I could write what I wanted to tell that half-man to do to himself.I told him 'no, I would not be buying new tires and that I was SUSPICIOUS of the cut that the tech "discovered" in the tire from the rear'. I also told him I wanted the one they'd just put on, for free.He agreed to do so, while Lillian was still on the phone, but tried to deny me a warranty.I told him to print my receipt, as evidence I got the tire from their location, and once he handed it to me, I took my key and left!These "managers" are some of the MOST unscrupulous individuals I've EVER met in my LIFE!They tried to sell me new tires (for the front) in June and when I didn't buy them, all-of-a-sudden my 9mm rear tire is found to have a deep cut in it? NO WAY!I will be having my tires INDEPENDENTLY inspected by pros this Wednesday and if I find ANY wrong-doing, this company will be SUED!

When I purchased 2 years ago I get warranty for 80k miles so when I get new tires today my tires still have some value left. It was cheaper to get 4 tires today.Also I prepaid and make appointment for installation.Installation was fast and convenient notification by text very helpful.

Our go-to place to get tires. The staff is always pleasant. I recommend setting an appointment. They have never taken longer than 45 minutes to an hour to get the work done.

Please don t ever bring in a flat asking them to fix it. I had a nail in brand new tire. They say it s free to fix, if they can. 2 hour wait. Then they say they can t fix it but I took it somewhere else and they fixed it for $15. It s a scam to get you to buy a new tire. They try to sell their customers a plan if they get a nail in the tire, but why if the flat fixing is free. Well it s not, apparently.

Dropped my car off on a Saturday after calling ahead to see if they could help. Get a call 1.5 hrs later from them telling me they only have 1 of 2 tires I needed so I had to come back Monday. I was told I didn t need an appointment just that drop off starts at 10:30. Got there at 11, was seen by 11:20. They say 1.5 hrs and there s 3 people ahead of me. By 1pm I ve seen them finish with 4-5 cars and 3 people that were behind me had also been helped. It wasn t until I said something to the front desk did they pull my car in to change the single tire which took another 20 minutes.
