I had a great experience at this location! Nathan assisted me on the phone the day before my appt, as well as on site the day of my service. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. I will definitely return to this location for any future needs!

Bad experience. We agreed on $110 for a tire for my RAV4 as I have a fleet account and was quoted this price at America's Tire in Torrance. On checking my receipt they billed me $114+ without telling me. I came to the store at 11am and they didn't start tracking or check me in until noon so they can effectively show the car is repaired within an hour.This place is shady to say the least and has left me with a bad taste in my mouth

Hands down the best tire shop! They give you a great deal on tire prices and services. You can even compare them with the market price! The tires we got were absolutely brand new.They even give military discounts!Nathan gave us a great deal and appointment. Jamar made the check in process super smooth and Jake did an outstanding job with his team! Recommend this place strongly.

Good price, bad quality service. Bought 5 new BFG s here, they ordered quickly, but sloppy service. Messed up my name and address, which are small things. But it continued to not balancing the tires, mismatching air caps (silver and black) and putting the spare on the wrong way, causing a scratch to the brand new rims and could ve fallen off and caused a bad accident due to not being secure.Ended up going to another americas tire to fix the issue and they were surprised it was off by so much. Called in to let the manager know someone is not doing their job but they put me on hold for 10mins so not gonna waste more time helping them. Sharing this review to help customers find a different shop or location.Picture shows how much it was off by. They shouldn t be off more than 0.25 oz. The worst was 10oz

America's Tire on Hawthorne Blvd is the best tire shop around, period. I've bought many sets of tires here for multiple cars. Every time it was a good experience with great service and good prices, you can't go wrong. I made the huge mistake last week of going to Costco Torrance for new tires, what an absolutely miserable experience. Don't make the same mistake, America's Tire is the place to go for tires.

I made an appointment and put my husband's info as the authorized drop off and pick up person in America's Tire appointment system.Upon his arrival, he was told that I have to physically be here since I placed the order (even though we added him as an authorized person). He was given a hard time about it, so he politely suggested they call me to verify, and they responded that they cannot do that (if this really is a policy, it's a bad one and doesn't make sense). They told him his name needs to be on the appointment, to which he reiterated that he did put his name in the system, but they asked him to do it again, so I had to forward him the appointment confirmation email so he can do it again. He did it again, in front of them, and it still didn't show up in their system.Eventually, I called them myself and they finally said they'll take the car in. Technically, I could have been anyone, but I'm just glad they took the car in. Either way, I think this was an enormous waste of time on everyone's part and shows incompetence on the part of whichever employee(s) was/were working on this. My husband ended up having to take an Uber to a local friend ($12) and then get driven back to pick up the car. I believe it would have been much more efficient if America's Tire employees would have honored the appointment time and, upon realizing that their appointment system doesn't show the alternative authorized drop off and pickup person, attempted to just call me and verify that my husband is, in fact, authorized to drop the car off, so that he wouldn't have to wait as if it was just an appointmentless walk-in.Thankfully, my tires were installed and I got a good deal, so that's a positive that calls for at least two stars.

Most of them are 20 something year olds. Make sure when you leave to check the pressure in your tires, and that all the bolts are in place at the correct torque. This is a very busy place, there s others right around here that aren t. If you don t make an appointment, you ll be waiting a long long time.

People that came before me were served ahead of me and left my car is still sitting in the parking lot! Why? Its no longer a free flat repait i have to uber back home to take care of stuff and uber back there costing me $40. Follow the queue so that you can meet your estimated time and not leave a customer stranded the digital queue means nothing if you cannot

America's Tire is THE BEST. I've been to this location and the one on Torrance Blvd and have had exceptional experiences at both. Today I had a flat, they fixed it, told me my windshield wipers had been recalled and gave me new ones, and told me I needed to new tires (which I already knew and agreed to do). I was out the door in less than an hour, everybody was friendly- their service certainly can not be beat!

They are only tires, don't woowy about it. How wrong is that statement?Fortunately I have always bought my tires from America's Tire in Torrance and been treated to excellent service and pricing. Today they once again proved why you should check your air pressure and tires regularly. One of my tires seemed low, and since I have a long trip coming up I dropped by to check. Found the stem valve was damaged and it was slowly leaking! They repaired within 1 hour on a Saturday and saved me from having a very difficult outcome should I have made the trip without the repair.Yes tires are important very important! Check your tires for free at America's Tire in Torrance.Ciao!Doug

100% go to America's Tire. I drive a lot for work and their service is always top notch. Weather it's to get air in my tires or I have a flat, they always take care of me. I recommend the warranty as it covers part of the cost if you need to replace but they don't charge for air or if the tire can be patched, it's a free service. Today I had an objects in 1 tire but they were able to patch it up and get me on my way quickly. Highly recommend

On our way out of town when I noticed the tire pressure light on. Pulled in here, tire had a nail in it and couldn t be fixed. Other tires were needing to be replaced. Got a deal on 4 new tires and was in and out in 20 minutes. Great service. BTW, they fix flats for free, if your tires have tread on them, LOL.

This is part of a larger chain called Discount Tire. What a great place. I stopped in her because I had a nail in my tire and assumed that since I didn't buy my tires from them, they'd charge to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they'd fix it for free! What a great operation. Service was a little slow the day I came in (they looked busy) but I'm really happy with how everything came out.

I love this place. After blowing out a tire on the freeway I purchased my tires online and made an appointment for the installation. The day of my appointment I drove in, registered at the desk and waited to be served. The wait was minimal, the workers were polite and efficient, the waiting area was clean and comfortable and best of all the prices are reasonable.

convenient, and pretty efficient especially if you made appointment. i like the free tire check service. but the fact they don t open on Sundays is a negative.

Eddie and the team always makes sure that you're taking care of properly and safety is their priority when it comes to your car. Always honest and always providing the best solutions in the time of need. Also the warranties they offer are amazing!

This place is the best. Got a flat - had to go to the nearest shop (not America s). I ended up filling my tire with air and driving to America s tire. I trust this place. Have been using them for years. It s clean - everyone there is helpful - and they got it fixed super quick. Patched the tire - free of charge. Thanks Matthew!

I was very fortunate to go when they were not busy. People are accommodating and honest. I have been buying tires from them since 1988. I will not go anywhere else for tires or the service

America's Tire had been my go to place for this for two decades. Not only do they have great prices, but service has also been excellent.I take my 1966 Corvette, 1967 Chevelle, and my newer cars there for all tire needs. I usually do my own maintenance but have used them for a free rotation once or twice.They have helped me test fit tires for my cars, saved me money on custom wheels, and allowed me to observe their work directly.

I called 10 mins prior to showing up asking if they were busy and I was told no. Turns out I called the wrong number and when I showed up America's tires was closing. I was visibly upset but their senior manager Jamar heard me out and the problem I was having and helped me out. I truly appreciate his customer service especially since I had my kids with me.

These guys are amazing. They repaired my tire free of charge (what!!??). And they service Teslas too!! Pepboys turned me down. America's Tires guys are very curteous, customer service is on point. Will definitely return whenever i need new tires or other service that they provide. A+!

I like these guys, but they are always very busy. I suggest a appointment although I'm sure you'll find yourself no parking and a long wait in line since every time I've been there, 1 person is at the 3 available desks.I definitely paid way too much for 1 hubcap here.Rent-a-wheel anyone? I know that is my next step.

It has been a long relationship with America s tire company I have done a write up on them before with a five star rating and employees who work together as a team not really knowing who s in charge because they all work at the same level I have made many friends there over the years as well as other locations there is much to say about this company it s employees the friendliness they are very courteous very intelligent and knowledgeable regarding Tires safety maintenance reminders by email or texts for rotations they are all outstanding to the highest caliber and should be recognized as a team instead of an individual I would definitely like to say thank you to Gilbert great service very knowledgeable friendly and he will keep you in your budget also Robert A you can always count on this team I many thanks to you Robert as well and the whole america s Tire s team another successful tire purchase there will be many more between my family and friends that I would highly recommend to go to America s Tire s regardless of location they are all excellent professionals. Took my car here for 4 New tires. They didn't have my size and had to order it , which is fine. The next day, I arrived just for them to tell me that they didn't have the tires anymore and tried to sale me an even more expensive tire. After waiting 4 hour for them to change my tires. I noticed that the tries were too big. They then told me that they were going to put 4 USED tires on and that I would have to come back! once they received tires that fits my car. I wasn't having it! They manager stepped in and 'Found" new tires that fitted my car and gave me a discount, as they should have because I had to wait another 4 hours for them to make that change. On top of that, they scratched my rims. I see that is a common occurrence there. I wont be returning. I don't care how good the prices are.

Great place to come if you need your tires replaced and/or if you have a flat tire. Staff are very nice and they also give a AAA discount. Prices are about the same as Costco except you aren t waiting for such a long time (I was in and out in less than an hour, unlike at Costco where it took about 3 hours to get it done). They also give text message updates as well.

Got all the use I could out of my old tires. Stopped by today to pick up a new set. Decided to go with a tire and wheel package. I think they look good. The staff was professional and they had the tires on in no time. I Will go back again and I highly recommend them if you need new tires. Also, I forgot to mention the price was fair.

Always very responsive, courteous and timely with their service. I ve used the website to purchase tires and schedule appointments. And I ve also called when I had questions on the warranty due to a nail in my tire. Both have been easy and my issues have been solved.
