Kent and his Crew offer a great and professional service and repairs for Jaguar owners and lovers, he cares about his customers well being and keep cost at a fair level and upfront. Al's Jaguar is run by an honest mechanic. We have been taking our Jag here for maybe 15 years. The owner isn't the easiest guy to get to know and I can see why some of the reviews here have criticised the reception they received. But he is a decent if reserved individual. Never had a complaint with the work done and the billing seems reasonable. Highly recommended.

Al's Jaguar is an outstanding facility that does excellent work for a fair price. Kent is a highly-qualified Jaguar mechanic who goes out of his way to provide quality service to his customers. He is a very resourceful expert who has saved me considerable expense by repairing parts (such as the convertible-top hydraulic pump) that the dealer would have replaced for 5x what Kent charged. Those who complain about "customer service" don't understand how busy Kent is and how hard he works - he is very courteous to his customers but doesn't have time for small talk. Those who complain about pricing don't understand how expensive it is to buy parts to repair a Jaguar. If you do have a Jaguar, this is the best place to go in the South Bay for honest high-quality service.

See YELP 5 star reviews. Kent at Al's Jaguar is outstanding. He investigates and solves difficult problems and is fair. He specializes in making Jaguars work properly. Dealerships are better at big smiles and happy first impressions.

I don't own a Jag, never had them work on a car but I stopped cos they had beautiful flowers in the planter and I wanted to snap pictures lol

Outstanding service for over ten years!, no one else would I trust more with my wonderful car. I have tried elsewhere but there's some real dishonest mechanics out there. Kent knows what is going on and fixes it without me ever feeling negative about the cost. Only mechanic I trust.

Horrible customer service, was faced with a flat out rude individual who acted like my questions were a bother and so was my business. Will never return there. As an individual who recently purchased a pre owned Jag I had some questions and needed some clarity. This place was of no help and acted as if they did not want me there.Will never return nor will I recommend anyone there.

Very unfriendly. He did not want to help me and basically turned me away. VERY long waiting for service. He wants you to leave your car and gives you no estimate for when your car is finished. I'll never go there again

Very bad customer service..wanted to charge 500.00 to service 1injector for my jaguar..which is outrageous...needs go be reported to the BBB...
