DON'T GET TIRE CHAINS HERE. Drive a few miles further up and rent from the Chevron on the left. These guys are the first place you can see a sign for tire chains but are PURCHASE ONLY. No rentals. The Chevron up the road will let you rent for much cheaper, and they also let you use the restroom. They won't let you use the restroom here even if you purchase.

If you think your life is miserable, you should get a load of these people. Nothing better to do than to take photos of everyone parked on or around the premises and chase them down and threaten them. We were parked for no less than 5 minutes near their business, and a worker quickly tracked us down, showing us a photo she had taken of us exiting our car, claiming we were parked forever and that a tow truck had been called. She claimed our vehicle was impeding on their business which appeared to have 0 customers. Another family shared with us that they had parked at the Shell Station as they planned on purchasing drinks here after getting frozen yogurt next door, but the same worker threatened them as well, going so far as to say they did not have to serve them anything Sounds like they don t want any business, so I ll do just that and skip this place! You should too :)

Drove 15 minutes out of the way to come to this convenience store at 9:20pm. As in the first picture they have a large sign stating their hours of operation as being between 7am-10pm. Well I'm here at 9:22pm on a Thursday night, AND THEY ARE CLOSED! TO H#LL WITH YOUR LAZINESS!

Employees here were very friendly while we were visiting. Gas at both stations near the park is a little high, but too be expected. We were just happy it was available when needed.They did not rent chains at Shell while we were visiting, best to go farther up to Totem Market.

So bad service! Cashier was very rude! Asked for help to find a item and she looked at me like I was the most stupid person in the world!!! We visited Sequoia national park three times before and never need to buy at local stores, this time we did an have bad experience here and at the village market after that we buy our firewood from a house along the road had a sing selling it.

Arrived at night hoping to catch a good draft beer at the brewery next door on our way out of the National Park. We pulled into an open gate and parked. My friend and I were sharing some photos and videos from the hike we did earlier for about 15 minutes. We got out of the car and realized someone had shut the gate and locked it. We headed to the brewery to ask who could let us out and they told us the owners of the Shell/market controlled the lot. I headed over there thinking it was a simple misunderstanding. The guy and woman immediately started giving attitude and giving smart remarks about how people like us are always making trouble (we have never been up here before). I told the guy we didnt see a sign and the gate was open when we came in and we came out of car and immediately tried to find out what happened. The guy didnt want to listen and threatened us to pay for a tow truck while holding our car in his lot. I showed him outside how the gate was open and the sign he kept referring to was posted on the same gate that was open, how could we have seen it then?!Eventually after they kept trying to say we had to pay for the tow truck that "he already called" he took $10 we offered and decided to let us out.

Pump 71 dollars and purchased lots of snacks on gas and didnt let us used the restroom. Keep on driving dont stop bad service.

This gas station mart is looks clean despite old building I think , cashier was patient and nice but a little pricey on some items . In addition very good variety of anything you could want like food specifically snacks !

Worst gas station ever! Lady there is EXTREMELY RUDE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Go to any other station or store in Three rivers but stay away from this crazy woman and her dilapidated gas station! READ THE REVIEWS she's nuts!

I arrived into town forgetting some items to make a cake so I happen to visit the shell station market. I purchased some items but when i got to my cabin and started making the cake, I opened the bag of flour from the shell market and noticed that it had bugs in it. The owner was kind enough to refund my money, but you should go to the village market instead for a better selection of fresh food. I also bought lettuce that was okay on the outside but when I cut it open, there were many brown ugly leaves. Tomatoes were also not very good. I would suggest only buying gas or closed beverages. Do not buy parishable food from there.

Worst customer service ever. owner is rude and always sells bad milk. He will not refund you and just tell you to purchase your things else where DO NOT GO HERE TO SHOP EVER GO TO CHEVRON way better customer service and everyone who works their is super nice and friendly and if you have any problems they will 100% make sure you are satisfied not like Shell the owner Thinks he get special service or something when every other store orders from the same company like the milk company who stocks the market and chevron smh PLEASE NEVER EVER EVER SHOP HERE OR STOP FOR GAS 500ft farther is way more worth it then having to shop from the worst owner ever?? DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP, STOP OR GET GAS FROM SHELL

Very rude, we went into the store to see if he had almond firewood and a few things we need and unfortunately didn t have what we needed. We walked next door and got some yogurt and when we came back the owner or manager yelled at us go was rude for staying parked in his parking spot. I wouldn t go back here to buy a thing or gas up my diesel truck. Very rude....

Outstanding place!!! I ve been there last summer. We bought some stuff and left my wallet on the floor in that store. The guy on duty came run to us with my wallet (with all my cash, cards and ID) and give it to me. If he didnt do that, I never found it again!!! Thnx again!!!

The new owners took over recently and they are amazing. I walked in and they were so helpful with what to do and how to get to the park. Nicest people at a gas station you ll meet.

Owner of gas station is rude. Sign says 15 minute parking but because we parked and walked towards the yogart shop first, he told us to move our vehicle. He assumed we would not shop with him. Never will visit his store...EVER

If you need to pump some gas...this is the place! The gas pricing is very affordable for the area. It has a very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing view. Highly recommend.

Very expensive . Bought 3 tomatoes and 3 bananas , asked for 1$ per item .And dared telling me I was 1$ off after I paid ...Unfortunate experience for a shop that looked nice ...

Nice people.. very understanding with helping you buy whatever you need, they have almost everything u need.. snacks, drinks, cases of water, actual pizza, ice cream very glad I stopped here

Its one of the last gas stations before heading into the Sequoia National park. Make sure you Fill Up on Gas. No gas available in the park!
