I had an unfortunate incident today while driving my SUV back home to Arizona with my four kids. However, I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service provided by Sergio and his office staff. Being alone in California without any family, their kindness and support meant the world to me. Despite arriving just a few hours before closing time and my truck completely shutting off as I pulled in, Sergio and his team welcomed us with open arms.Not only did they make us feel comfortable by offering cold water and popcorn snacks for the kids, but Sergio wasted no time in diagnosing the problem. He promptly ordered the necessary parts and worked diligently to fix the issue. Within a few hours, we were back on the road without any further troubles. Tonight, we successfully made it back to Arizona thanks to Sergio's expertise.I wanted to express my gratitude and share this review to inform others about Sergio Automotive. They not only excel in auto mechanics but also truly care about their customers. Sergio's honesty and compassion set his establishment apart. If you're seeking a trustworthy, compassionate, and high-quality auto repair service, I highly recommend Sergio Automotive.

A little bothered by the way I was treated after I spent 750.00 for a part that was less than 50.00 and thinking the same thing is still not fixed. The hourly labor rate and a diagnostic charge are crazy. It's hard to find honest mechanics. My neighbor recommended them and her car was estimated over 800.00 for a water pump and her and I looked at it and all it needed was anti-freeze for 20 bucks. Crazy. and makes me wonder!!

Honest people. They are absolutely service minded folks. Whatever they could do to help me, they did it. Prices were reasonable and fair. I had an emergency repair where my truck broke down and Sergio found time to inspect that day while the shop right down the street couldn't accommodate me. I've already brought it back again for regular maintenance because i had such a great experience

Hands down best repair experience iv ever had. From the first phone call every member of the team was top notch. Sergio checked both of my break sides to make sure they were safe instead of just doing the bare minimum. I had my truck repaired and ready to get back on the road in no time. I had to leave my truck overnight and they allowed me to store my equipment safely on their site and even gave me a ride to a nearby hotel for the night while I waited for parts the next day. Definitely recommend this place, good price and great folks.

I went in to get my car looked at and they did as little as possible to get as much out of my wallet as they could. I do not suggest this place. Run if you can because I can't now. I just wanted my car looked at, I took it in running. Not even a day later my car stops running altogether, won't even jump start. I call them and Maria refuses to accept any kind of blame, wants to charge me all over again and tells me if I don't like it I can take my car elsewhere. Oh and they left my car unlocked on the side of the road. I know this because I showed up early to pick it up, saw it in a shoddy side road and checked the door. Later some guy comes by talking about how he was "so worried " I was some thief. My property was damaged by these people, left unattended and unsafe and I as a customer was outright shoved around and disrespected. Lost a lot of money, time and I only hope you read this so you can avoid Sergios

Been having issues with the alignment on my dually for a while now. They were able to complete the alignment and it now drives perfectly straight. Price was more than reasonable and work was completed within the time frame quoted. Will return next time I need an alignment done on my dually.

Made an appointment for an Oil change and check all fluids. All work completed for under $50 and in and out in less than an hour. Fast and friendly, awesome service.

Sergios Automotive is OUTSTANDING! Our truck broke down while in the Palm Springs area. We were held up at I-10 Chrysler, Dodge, RAM for 12 days with false promises. Had the truck towed to Sergios Automotive and they had it on the road in no time at all. Thank you Josh for taking care of us.

Brianna is worth her weight in gold. I was nervous about getting my vehicle and trailer maintained in time to hit the road towards Palmdale. Even though I was very stressed, she put my mind at ease and made the experience very pleasant. I had nothing to worry about after all. Sergio, his son, Josh and Brianna took excellent care of us. The price was fair and we would definitely trust them for more work in the future.

I have been going to Sergio's Automotive for over a year now, and I can finally say that I have found my lifetime mechanic. There honesty, competitive pricing, and commitment to family are just three of the reasons out several that keep me coming back. I have brought my girlfriend's car, her moms car and my friends car because I know they will be taken care of at Sergio's Automotive. I HIGHLY recommend Sergio's Automotive and if you are looking for a repair shop...go to Sergio's. Tell them Shawn sent you.

I took my cad sedan to Sergio's because of an oil leak October--The did a lot of work totaling $1950. After one week it was still leaking--------I brought it back and they dropped the transmission to get to the area. This cost me $700. It still leaks. I took it back again. Now they want to lower the transmission to get to the area leaking---but would charge me another $1200 labor. They feel it is not their fault that the original leak is still there. Any questions,ask Josh!!I will not go back to them ever again. I would not recommend them to anyone.Don Swickard

My van broke down on I10 just outside of 1000 Palms. The tow truck driver took me to Sergio's. They were kind and pleasant. They got me a rental car delivered. From the time I was broken down to the time I was back on the road was about an hour and fifteen minutes. They repaired my vehicle and dove back and picked it up. No problems. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone who is dressed on I10 from Indio to Banning! Thanks!

I took my car to Sergio's in Thousand Palms because my air conditioning in my car stopped working. They were very friendly, fast and courteous. They fixed the problem in just a couple of hours. And affordable too.

Who gives there Business away to other shops ? SERGIOS Automotive .... Literally came in to see if they can repair a heater hose and said that they won't even look at it.. was told to try and go next door that they could maybe help. I don't know how a business can survive if you keep shoo'ing them away to your competition.. good luck staying in business

Should be 0 stars. Place took a week and half just to diagnose my car. And then charged me $450 just to find out it was the timing chain. Don't go here. They will over charge you and screw you over.

We are out here on a fire assignment. Our brush truck needed some maintenance. Sergio got us in and we were back in service quickly. Very friendly, highly recommend.

Well they are a good place to go and they are a family ownesed buisness. Thats a good thing. I took my car there and they couldn't find the problem though. That was a bummer but they got me in right away and tried. At least they didn't just make something up to make a buck off me. They told me the truth which was nice buisness.

i was in a real bind when my alternator went out on my van this last tuesday. i was traveling thru town from phx to los angeles........sergio took me right in...and the gals in the office took care of my old golden retriever. Sergio runs a real clean shop and allowed me to oversee his work. I can't thank them enough....Reasonable cost (under the circumstances), very accomodating and job well done. Cheers to the whole crew..... Now I have a solid shop to refer people to in palm desert.Thank youEric Geesen

Turkey in a Toyota 2000 Tacoma and they did the work too fix the battery and do a tune-up and put the wrong spark plugs in it costing me more money to have it diagnosed and fixed just a few months later. Don't bother going here.

Overpriced and they will waste your time. They don't even know how to run the right diagnostic. $450 just for a diagnostic and they didn't even do any work on my car.

Had my brakes repaired. Was an overnight repair, but cheap and timely. Very professional. I will be returning in the future.
