I had my windshield replaced today and had exceptional service from beginning to end. The windshield was available the day after I called and they were able to schedule for the following business day (although I selected the day after). The office receptionist/front desk was very friendly. The technician examined the windshield with me before starting. The replacement and recalibration took 2.5 hours. The technician was able to carefully peel my HOV sticker off the glass so I could reuse it. I spent a total of 2 minutes before, and 1 minute after, going through the check-in and check-out processes.Absolutely outstanding all around. I would give them 10 stars if I could.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had severe windshield damage due to an unexpected wind and sand storm here in the desert. I used All Star Glass because my insurance company has had a long standing business relationship for over 30 years. I was contacted by All Star Glass the same day I entered a claim to the insurance company. Their associate went through the procedure that was needed in order to make the repair and it would be 2-3 weeks to get the glass ordered from the dealer.All Star called me within the time frame of the order from the dealer and a repair date was scheduled. When I arrived their repair technician went through the time frame for repair and recalibration of the glass to factory standards. He indicated it would be approximately 2 hours and offered to drive me over to the local Starbucks so I could wait with WiFi and refreshments. I took him up on the offer.The full job was completed before the 2 hour window and he picked me up at the Starbucks. It was a pleasure to have done business with All Star Glass and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with glass damage to their car.

Outstanding customer recovery service. Upon arriving I was informed that the shop had no record of my appointment. Paula jumped into action checking with the installer, Israel, if the parts were in stock. When it turned out to be no, again Paula was on the go and found the parts at the local distributor. Israel was on the road within minutes to obtain them. It only took one hour for Israel to professionally install my windshield. Big thanks to these two.

The customer service representative Liz Sanchez was very professional to talk to and helped with scheduling an appointment for my cracked windshield. She is a great example of what Great Costumer Service should be!

Made an appt. Guy shows up said his helper didn't show for work and he can't put the windshield in. Said the office would call to reschedule and they never did.

The work the guys did was fine. I was very unimpressed with the lack of anything closely resembling professionalism in the front area. The receptionist basically told me to go away that the guys would come out and get me when they were back. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. It was 90� out and I had my dog in the car which I told her. There was coffee I believe available but no water. She said it would be an hour. I waited almost 2 hours. I was told at one point After 90 minutes that they were waiting for calibration from the car company. Meanwhile, I listened to the receptionist discuss her personal problems on the phone telling people she was working through lunch to Distract herself, although it did not sound like a work-based call at all. Then she gor up and walked out athe door without a word. I don t need to be coddled, but some warmth of welcome and a professional demeanor would ve been appreciated

The installer Ramon is awesome! Good job! Can't say the same for the woman in the office. TWICE I've had my windshield replaced, and TWICE she has forgotten or in the last install, completely not ordered the left and right moldings that are part of the install. She even went so far as to reschedule the last appointment because the moldings weren't in at the dealership yet. Then, the installer showed up and knew nothing about the moldings. Very very sloppy person in the office. One mistake I understand, but it happened on two separate installs.
