Very pleased with my repair experience at Ace. I purchased an older western cart from a retired couple and it was fine for a while but soon needed repair work. I had many choices and chose Ace based on positive reviews and my visit to the shop. Their flat rate for pickup and basic diagnosis is fair. My cart was picked up on schedule by a pro with the right equipment. It turns out the cart needed some major repair. Laura clearly explained what was needed, what my options were, and estimated what it would cost. The estimate was spot on, the work was properly performed, on schedule, and my cart was delivered back to me when promised. Friendly, efficient service. Nice clean shop. My 1980 s cart runs like new! Thanks! I highly recommend Ace Golf Cars

Fantastic company! Honest, conscientious and they truly go above and beyond... from Laura s superior customer service, (there actually aren t enough positive adjectives to describe how incredibly she treats her customers,) to Ishmael s generosity and skill in repairs and maintenance... it s quite a remarkable team, who really define customer CARE! I absolutely love my golf cart and I couldn t have gotten a better deal!!! Definitely go by Ace and feel confident when you buy from Ace. I am still feeling Ace s high from my purchase!!! Thank you so much!

Being a bonehead, I left my golf cart off the charger for over a month resulting in dead batteries. Every home-remedy I tried didn t work. The golf cart service shops I called wanted an arm and leg to do a hot charge and couldn t do it for over a week. I called Ace Golf Car Repair, and Laura was very helpful getting a tech out within 48 hours. Ishmael came to my place, was polite and responsive and got my charger working. He gave me good information and advice to avoid future problems. The cost was very reasonable. A very good company with good people!

We purchased a 2016 completely refurbished EZ Go cart from Ace and could not be more satisfied. Looks and operates as if it is brand new! Laura and Ismael were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a complete pleasure to work with. They took our older cart in trade and provided a reliable product that we will enjoy for years to come. Having never owned a cart before, they took the time to carefully instruct on proper use and maintenance. Their follow up, availability for questions and the wide range of after sale services (service, sales, accessories, storage) was impressive and demonstrates their ongoing commitment to their customers. Recently purchased a Golf Car from Ishmael, Laura and Angelina. What a spectacular experience. Had a few upgrade requests and they did exactly what they said they would do. They also demonstrated superb customer satisfaction behaviors by providing regular feedback, timely follow through and spot on closure when they delivered my Golf Car as promised last Friday. Good folks with whom to do business.
