Great customer service. John and the team were great with communication and very fair on pricing. They have the experience and answered my questions. Great to have a local business that provides great hospitality and service/quality I can trust. There are a lot of tire places, so finding one that is honest and fair but also a place you would refer to your friends or family. Thanks again

Ugh, the dreaded nail in your tire. I stopped by Tire Pros to get it looked at. It was near closing time and I was in a panic. Sariah and Ruben were extremely helpful. The customer service here is excellent. Thankfully, the nail did not puncture my tire, so I didn't need a new one. Eventually, when I do need new tires, I will be back. Thank you Sariah. You are a sweetheart!

John and the team are amazing! This is not just any tire shop. They look at all the cars in my fleet for breaks fluid flush electrical and more. Six stars all day! Been a client for many years with many cars and won t go anywhere else!

Like the sign saids, hassle free. Out of the blue, I decided to go on a trip (with no particular destination) and knew I needed new tires (and wheels... why not) so I went on a mission since I needed them within 24 hrs. This was the second shop stop and working with John we came up with a good tire and wheel combination for my 2014 Ford Explorer Sport. I am very satisfied with the entire process and the tires/rims we picked AND price. Thank you John/Tire Pros.

I went behind Tire Pros to Rigo, my mechanic. He runs a knowledgeable, fair, honest business there. My car is always taken care of, and it doesn't take very long to get back your vehicle..

One of the best experiences I have ever had buying new tires. Integrity in pricing and exceptional customer service is what won me over with John and Tire Pros In Thousand Oaks, CA. I can t recommend them highly enough! The best!

Support this Christian Business! Wow! I am so impressed with this business. If I could give more stars, I would!They had a bible in their waiting area along with the remote so i could change the channel of the huge TV. I had to get all 4 new tires and they had my van up and ready within 45 minutes and even gave me a huge jar of complementary "Thank You Honey." The staff was so friendly and personable.Other than their service being outstanding, they also had a nice coffie bar set up with a mini fridge filled with beverages which I thought was a nice touch.

John and the team at Tire Pros are amazing. They deliver customer service at the highest level. I needed to travel out of town and John got me a temporary replacement tire until an exact match could be ordered and delivered. Whenever I have tire issues I bring it to the Pros!!

Was driving down the freeway and a massive bolt torn into my tire. Tire Pros was quick, made things stress less, and as a first time client I was in and out extremely fast compared to most other tire/auto shops. Service felt great and had a nice family owned vibe. Even though it s a drive from my home location, I ll be back for future services. Thanks!

I've been dealing with company for at least twenty years and have always been treated fairly. Six months ago I had them install new front and rear brakes on my 2012 Ford F-150. Today (9/9/20) they put on some new tires, gave it a front-end alignment and replaced a blown out rear shock. The manager, John, is a straight-up guy. The price was right and work was guaranteed. As a result, I'm a very happy camper.

I was passing through town on my way back home to Canada (long road trip), when I got a slow leak from one of my rear tires. As I needed new tires, but they were a special size, they brought some in for me within a few hours. Unfortunately, I didn't have my wheel locks, so after they brought my vehicle in for the replacement, I had to cancel the order. But big kudos to Bob and the Tire Pros team for their professional service, and speedy attention to my needs. I highly, highly recommend them!!!

This morning I had an alignment scheduled for 9am, the first alignment of the day. After putting my car up on the rack and waiting nearly two hours I was told they could not complete my alignment because of staffing problems.I have taken my race prepped Miata here for alignments for 2 years. Within the past year I have been turned away 4 times after making an appointment and waiting each time for nearly 2 hours to find out they could not do it that day.Why was I able to call and make an appointment?Manager asks for me to come back the next day with no offered incentive in response to my inconvenience.This is extremely frustrating.Great business, poor execution.I look forward to finding a reputable alignment shop in the Thousand Oaks area.

Sariah who works at Tire Pros is amazing. I called with questions not knowing anything, and Sariah spent lots of time helping me, answering every question, and went above and beyond. For that, I am a Tire Pros customer! Thank you Sariah for your wonderful, kind, personable, and customer-centric demeanor! Tire Pros- give Sariah a raise and promotion please!Update: John was great too!! So kind and friendly. All around Tire Pros was fabulous and I would highly recommend.

I was recently referred to Tire Pro's by my father-in-law as the place to go for wheel issues (tires, break pads, rotor issues, alignment, etc.). I was a little skeptical as I was just getting a pair of new tires. I am normally a dealership kind of guy, in that I go to a place that knows my car, makes me feel like I am a valued customer, and that treats me fairly. However, now I am back for a second set tires and found that I have some other issues with the vehicle which I was quoted by the dealership that half of the cost would run $600. Tire Pros assured me that they could do the same work for much less, make all the corrections I needed and cover everything under their warranty.The total cost for everything was almost half of the dealership price, and Tire Pros would correct everything I needed done. When I had questions, they took my back to the car, showed me all the issues they had explained up front, walked me through each entire issue, and then made recommendations based on best fix options. Not only did I feel that I was being treating fairly, but I felt that they actually cared about the "process" of getting things fixed. Yes, the dealership explains things fairly well, but they never take you back and "show" you the issues, and they seem to charge a premium to correct issues.The team at the Thousand Oaks Tire Pros are positively professional, but more importantly they make you feel like your talking to your friends about your car, and that they are looking out for your best interests. As I said in the beginning, I am normally a dealership guy, but now I see that I have been short-sighted in my approach on where to take my car for maintenance issues. These experiences have left me with a new decision making paradigm. I would highly suggest that you at least take a look at getting service here when needed, I am sure that you will not be disappointed.

Had a very pleasant experience doing business here. They were able to offer the most competitive price on wheel&tire package that I chose. They easily accommodated all of my meticulous requests, down to torque specs and bolt selection. They measured 10 times to be sure, and without a fuss. They do their job extremely well (observed first-hand), and know the exact limits of their capabilities. Exemplary way of doing business and earning customer loyalty.

We have been taking our cars to Tire Pros for years. Robert and his staff are professionals, competent, trust worthy, and honest. We know that if something needs to be done that it actually needs servicing. We recently learned that the Thousand Oaks store also does car repairs. Robert and his staff totally serviced our one daughter's BMW SUV so that our other daughter could have it. It would have been so much more expensive at the dealership.Then, the mechanics examined and fixed everything that needed attention on a Honda Fit we sold. We wanted to make certain the next owner was getting what we advertised. The Honda dealership's was going to be much more expensive than our cost at Tire Pros. Robert is truly trustworthy and beyond reproach. We trust all our vehicles to Tire Pros and all the professionals who work there.

Bought new tires here in 2017. Experience was good. Returned today for tire rotation and inspect about a noise car was making. Guys checked the noise and confirmed it was nothing unusual. Tire rotation performed. Total bill? Nothing. It is rare to have services providers passing the chance to charge you for some bogus work. The guys here were bar included in this bad group. Totally recommend the place.

I just got back from Tire Pros, and went in to get a patch on one of my tires.Unfortunately, they could not patch it due to where the nail was, but gave me some recommendations.I ended up purchasing two new tires, for less than I had purchased my previous tires for (I am not a car person ;)), and tehy did this all in under 1 hour!!!I was very pleased with the service and staff and highly recommend this Tires Pros.

Awesome place. Every time I am there I feel welcome. They do great work and really quick. I take my company bad tires there and get them replaced once a month. I won't go anywhere else because they do such a great job.

Like any other tire shop, they damage your wheels while working on your tires and they don't take responsibility for their actions, talk to the man in charge and he asked if I have pictures of the wheels before I brought it in?? Who takes pictures when you supposedly are leaving your vehicle in hands of profesionals! I went to this place because it's walking distance for me but the "Pros" is only the name, I'm leaving with a badly scratch wheel and I will never go back

I was a loyal custermer untill april of this year. I bought 4 sets of tires prior to new owner. I recsently went in for a rotation. I was told by the owner that my tires were to far gone to rotate. He also said I did well as I got 60k out of my 45k tires I had bought 2 yrs prior. Low on cash I bought 2 new to his advise. After I left it occurred to me that there was no way I put on 60 k(I mostly drive my truck). 2 mos pass and I return to get 2 more tires to match, I ask the gal clerk to look up my mileage on my MB at the time of my original purchase. We do the math, I only had 21k miles on the tires. I meet with the owner who sold me 2 more and his response was quite defensive and accused me of being at fault."It was now too late old 2 tires are gone,how come I didn't point this out before ect," He obviously looked up my mileage and either read it wrong or flat out lied . He refused to honor the warranty on the tires and tried to turn it back on me. Funny thing is I was ready to buy 2 sets of tires(motor home). He is shady at best and I highly recommend taking your business anywhere but there. Sincerely worn out customer Alan

I went into tire pros to get a tire patched. When I thought they were fixing it they were actually waiting to sell me tires. They made it so inconvenient that I had no good option but to buy tires. Just an note for Bob and John, I m not gonna buy tires from the people that inconvenience me into needing to buy tires. I went down to Pep Boys and got the got the 4th tire free.

Terrible service, but friendly. I made an online appointment for an oil change. I arrived on time. The manager was outside chit chatting. When he finally came in, he acted like he was unaware that his company took online reservations. I gave him my keys. 45 minutes later, my car was still sitting where I parked it. He said he did not have a rack available. Then why take a reservation? What a complete waste of my time. We bought many many tires there for our cars. Never again. People complain about the big box stores eating up the little guys. Here is a prime example of why that happens. No respect of the customers' needs.The owner responded that they do not do oil changes, yet his online appointments page clearly states that he does. Also, if he does not do oil changes, then why did he check my car in for just that? I just do not understand about him.

Was about to have tires installed there for the second time, but the front desk manager spent over five minutes on the telephone (I was 2 feet away) without so much as looking at me. I went elsewhere.
