Awesome experience officially purchasing my first motorcycle with these guys. Luis was great to work with, super transparent on pricing and gave me a great deal. Mike in financing was super helpful, took the time to explain a bunch of details for me. I would definitely recommend checking these guys out. Can't be beat!

We HIGHLY recommend TO Powersports!! We have purchased 6 bikes (motorcycles and dirt bikes) from them! Their customer service and follow up is amazing! Over the past few years Louis and Mark have been salespeople - they have made the sales experience so easy and quick!We have 6 riders in our family.. male/female, short & tall, beginners to experienced riders, Louis and Mark LISTENED to what we needed, found motorcycles that met our criteria, communicated with us (in a no pressure way). We value their experience and love that they care about each persons riding abilities and experiences!! We are definitely customers for life- especially when you are treated like family!!

Staff was super friendly, had a great experience with Eric as my sales person we even did a wheel spin after the sale and i got a $10 gift card they gave us a bunch of discounts on my kawi and gear. Highly recommend going and checking them out friendly staff and bunch of beautiful bikes to choose from wide range of brands.

Everyone was so nice and friendly at Thousand Oaks PowerSports! They made the entire purchasing experience so easy. We interacted with folks in almost all the areas there sales, finance, service, the retail area, even the delivery guys who brought the bike over from the warehouse they were all great. Luis was our main contact and he took good care of us I would recommend asking for him if you are looking to buy a bike. We were waiting for months for a new Triumph that was just being released in the U. S., and Luis kept on top of it for us even thru all our pestering of where is the bike? Where is the bike! Overall great experience .big thank you to everyone there! :)

After going to a few dealerships I end up choosing Thousand Oaks power sports The Professionalism, knowledge , and the warm accomodation is what got me to give my business to them. Luis my salesman is so nice answering all my questions regarding the bike that I chose. And the finance gentleman named Mark is just so good that he got me out of there in 15 minutes time No hassle and try to sell me other things. Not to mention that he got out of his way to find my glasses that I drop on the street. Looking to do business again with this dealership just because of the kindness and Professionalism of these two Gentleman. Same goes to their Parts Department.Keep up the great work Thousand Oaks Motorsport.

After dealing with a few other dealers it was a breath of fresh air coming to Thousand Oaks Powersports. The staff from sales, parts and service are top notch. If you are in the TO area and are interested in a motorcycle I highly recommend this place.

I just wanted to reach out to the management and directly thank my man Charles in service who not only guided my hand and logistical brain in regards to my current issue but doing so in a kind, informative and genuine manner that really exemplified what I do believe to be customer service and professionalism rolled in one. He gave me all of the information I needed to make my next decision in my Fazer and helped me with parts, problem solving and possible faults in the surrounding systems. Big ups man, you deserve a bonus after that valiente effort.

I was in the market for hyper naked. I was able to get a hold of Christian in sales via phone text. I was inHawaii at the time but he was very fast and reliable responding via text. I finally had a chance to see the shop in person and it had very good vibes. The shop is small but is very well stocked. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Never had a feeling of being pressured into a purchase. Ike the sales manager met my requests. Mark in finance and Blake in parts were very helpful and knowledgeable in sealing the deal with the KTM Super Duke. Hosanna in service was nice. Found out Mike was the general manager but was always down-to-earth. I would recommend this place and I will be coming back for future purchases! Thanks team TO power sports!

Great experience here with all members of their shop but especially the sales department. Would highly recommend their place. We ve been to many other shops for our Powersports needs and this is by far the best. Brendan was professional, experienced, knowledgeable and just a great guy all around. Very happy with my purchases and service here. Will be back for all of our power sport needs going forward.

Very professional and friendly environment customer service is exceptional. To the selling of the bikes Louis took care of everything making the process as smooth as possible! The team is more than willing to help and teach about maintenance of the bike. Chaz took his time to teach n show me how to adjust my bike for the proper fit. All around great team and place to get a bike.

Last week I bought a KLX 110 from this dealer. My salesperson Brandon was hands down awesome. He was explanatory, attentive and timely throughout the whole process. The manager Mike made sure that our deal was extremely competitive and always makes us feel comfortable when we come in to buy stuff. This dealer ship is probably the best in Southern Ca from an inventory, service and accessory standpoint. Thanks guys!

Went in the other day with my niece looking to buy a new quad for her Christmas gift and walked away with one for myself as well with all new gear. Erick and Jim on the sales floor went above and beyond helping us and making sure we were happy and out of there with what we wanted. When looking for gear, we had one of the best sales person Carmen helping us. She treated my niece absolutely amazing the whole time, she helped with everything we needed and had a ton of patience, I highly recommend going to Thousand Oaks Powersports, and having these three great people help you out. This is going to be my one stop shop for all my dirt biking needs from now on!!!!

Charles in the service department was awesome. Charles took the time to explain and show me what needed to be done to my bike. After he was done, my suspension felt so much better. Old school mechanic with a great attitude. It would be nice if all mechanics at his great attitude, and work ethic. I ll definitely be back for my next service. Brought my MT03 in for its first service at 600 miles, they got me in the very next day after my request, had my bike back within 24hours. Friendly, knowledgeable, and even remembered me from when I bought it a couple months ago. Highly recommend.

Ok, so my expose to these guys came on Oct 28. I'm from out of town and I brought my touring bike with me. These guys stepped up to the plate and helped me unload my bike. Top notch. Friendly and outgoing.If I lived nearby I would definitely give them a go taking care of/upgrading any of my bikes.A huge thank you again

I was pretty impress by Thousand Oaks motor sport. I mean this weather your shopping for a motorcycle for yourself or someone else this is the spot to visit. They have everything and anything for your motorcycle needs. Not only that their staff is very friendly and helpfull they know their stuff. Well at least my sales person CARMEN most definitely did. This Young beautiful lady went out of her way making sure that if it wasn t in stock or in their inventory she was going to find it on the Internet making sure that that s what I wanted placing the order and shipping it to her store WOW thank you CARMEN for a wonderful first time experience at THOUSAND OAKS MOTOR SPORTS. (Vespa s dirt bikes cruisers or speed bikes and more.) riding gear for all riders.

Great experience with this dealer!Great people in general, but Paul from sales and Jason from Service who helped me out are the best.Paul sold me a t120 bonneville to me with the best deal I could get in the states, he even took great care of my bike during my first service as well as Jason.They even discounted a great amount on a helmet too to match the price from other place.The prices on service is very similar or compatible with other dealers but considering their nice and kind services, I would choose here rather than a closer dealership from my place in LA.They really care about customer service and satisfaction. I will definitely go back for the future services!
