I ve been to many a dealer and I have to say I m thoroughly impressed!! Pejman (sales), Krystal (finance), and Rob (manager) were so friendly and genuinely cared. From my experience you re doing yourself a disservice if you don t give them a shout out!! Loving my new C8 (MSRP honored btw). Cheers

I worked with Debbie as my service advisor and everything went nicely and my truck is up and running smoothly after a self inflicted issue. It took some time and she was able to secure a loaner vehicle for me which was very important for me. I got out the door with a price that could have been much worse after reading up on it. Thank you Debbie for your help throughout this process!

Went for an oil and filter change, they did a multi point inspection, and found no repairs are needed.Gave me a print out for my records. The people were all business but friendly, very comfortable couple hours. I've got no complaints.

Kyler was amazing from start to finish. Car had a bigger issue than what I originally went in for and Kyler kept me informed throughout the entire process and knew details of my warranty. Highly recommend him as a service advisor and will specifically request him next time my car needs service.

My husband Bob and I brought his car for check up since he was having a couple issues with. He s way beyond grateful and very happy with the service he got. Customer service absolutely outstanding, thank you Debbie Seeger, Jose the driver who drove my husband back and forth to his office while the car was in service. And thanks to everyone for your care and friendly customer service. What more could one request or expect from a dealership s service? Debra cheerfully greeted me, efficiently prepared my service estimate invoice, advised an accurate estimated time for conclusion and contacted me when it was complete. I worked with a gentlemen named Kyler F. in the Service Dept. who did a phenomenal job of keeping me informed of the status of my car. I took it in for a rumble in the brakes and Swickard Chevy was able to diagnose and fix it (they even get my extended warranty to help cover part of the cost) in less then 48 hours. I will becoming back whenever I am in the area and need work done.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Debbie, service advisor. Extremely professional and accommodating. I recently had an eye injury that temporarily does not allow me to dive but my 2023 Stingrayneeded an oil change, Debbie immediately said we can come get it do the service and return to me, which is exactly what she did, very much appreciated. Highly recommend Debbie next time to are at the dealership.

I had a terrible time reaching someone in service; I left messages on 2 separate days with no call back.Finally, I told the operator that I would hold until she got someone to talk to me and I spoke with Carmen. After that it was all good.I don't know what the problem was but I was about to go elsewhere, you need to get that issue fixed.

Chris gets the job done in spectacular fashion every time. The sales side is full of sharks but service has been fantastic. Too bad that GM quality has decreased severely and sourcing a speaker for my Chevy Trax took 5 months after it blew out a month after acquiring the car at this dealership. I most likely won t continue with GM for my motor vehicle needs having experienced 5 new GM cars with the same issues (brakes and infotainment) on top of the ridiculously inflated prices. But kudos to the service department, they go above and beyond even if they don t have enough support from their company (I can tell).

These folks are awesome, great customer service. They were able to locate and fix the problem with my truck after the Simi Valley Chevrolet failed. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. The staff here were on top of it and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle.

My new Bolt did not charge for 3 days. Service could find no problem. I have asked that the charging port be replace. That request was made over a week ago. I have not received a call back. I do not trust driving the vehicle on a long trip as the charging port has not been reliable.

Buying a car can be very stressful due to pushy salespeople that do not give you breathing room.They also push how much "can you afford" in monthly payments, instead of heres the price of the car.I experienced none of that. It was very pleasant, and the salespeople were professional and courteous, and knowledgeable of the cars. Mohamed was extremely patient with me as I asked many questions, and very nice and personable. I will be recommending to my customers your dealership to visit for any auto needs. Thank you for every thing.

Awful. I paid 1500.00 for a battery control module that should have been under warranty, but the dealership charged me for it. Essentially I didn t even need it because the car failed again shortly after that, and they told me I needed a new battery array. I sold the car for $3000.00 because of it and found out the car didn t even need a new battery array. The new buyer fixed it right off. This dealership scammed me not only out of 1500.00 for the battery control module but could have repaired the car without a costly battery swap. I will never ever buy another Chevrolet or GM product in my life

Took my car in for a radiator change and new coolant hoses and had horrible service, if your service advisor has the day off and your car was promised to be done that day, you won t hear from anyone. I called and asked to speak with someone to get an update on my car and nobody can give me a straight answer, I asked to speak to a manager and they said that they would call me back, hours later I decided to go in myself to find out that after my car was there for one week they still didn t receive the parts they were supposed to have ordered day 1.When I finally got my car back it was covered in oily fingerprints, this place is a bad example of a Chevy dealership. When I asked how much it would be to change my power steering hoses they said it would cost $1,900 for just hoses because they said it s just as much labor as changing my radiator. Next time I would prefer a local mechanic to do the job faster and more specific about what s actually wrong with my car.When I asked specifically where is the leak coming from? They seemed so confused like they truly don t know anything about cars.I ll never come here again.
