This was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. This was my fourth Acura RDX and I knew this time exactly what features I wanted. Joel and Vivian found me the perfect car. It took a few extra days for me to get in to sign the paperwork. There was NO pressure-definitely not the usual sales spiel. I also was able to get the payment I wanted. The negotiations were pleasant and not high stress. I love my 2024 RDX. Thank you Joel and Vivian (I also like their service department!)

I took my car in for regular maintenance, oil change. Making an appointment was easy, I called for a same day appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by staff members and was advised a service manager would be with me shortly. Wait time was very short. Frank was a pleasure to do business with, explanation of what was to be done with my car and the cost was clear. Location is very clean, the lobby has a TV for any customers who choose to wait for their vehicle. Cold bottled water and coffee is also available. Overall I had a very pleasant experience, everyone was very nice. Frank went above and beyond.

We have been contacted with Nikita and got the Out The Door price within hrs.! Set up an appointment for a test drive since we live 6 hrs away. Nikita and the staff at the Acura were super nice and professional. We showed up, tested drive the car and the wife loved it. Purchased it right away then drove it home. All and all, it was a great experience and we would definitely shop at Acura dealership in the near future.

I've been a loyal customer at this dealership for my last two MDX purchases and have consistently chosen it for servicing over the years. I'd like to highlight Frank and Leo for their exceptional service - they're always attentive, communicative, and patient.Recently, I ventured to purchase an electric vehicle for my wife at DCH Ford, located just down the street. We opted for the Mach-E for two main reasons: our preference to avoid supporting Musk and the fact that Acura hadn't yet released their electric vehicle. This marked our first American car purchase since 1995, after having primarily driven Acura and BMW vehicles.Our experience with the Mach-E was eye-opening, particularly in contrast to the service we're accustomed to. The shortcomings at Ford were evident from the lack of complimentary car washes and loaner cars to an overall experience marred by misinformation, missed appointments, and lackluster sales service. While the service staff at Ford were the one redeeming quality, it still couldn't match the level we've experienced here.Returning to Acura today to drop off my car, I was reminded of the excellent service I've always received, complete with the assurance of a loaner car. For those who, like me, have been long-time customers and perhaps taken this level of service for granted, a visit to DCH Ford will starkly highlight the vast difference in customer care and attention.

Bizarre experience at this dealership. For over two weeks I was in contact with interest on a used car. When the car finally was available, I went in to test drive. I was told that car was now listed 2k more than it was two weeks prior. I test drove the car, liked it. I talked with the salesperson, they agreed to honor the price from two weeks prior. All was set for a deal when they said that I had to finance with them. I told them that was fine if they could match my pre-approved financing from my bank. They said they could not match it and that the deal was dead. I was willing to pay the agreed price and had set up my own financing. It was very frustrating and a waste of my time. I would give lower stars but the salesperson was very good. It felt that management was sabotaging the deal.

I went in to Acura of Thousand Oaks to take care of something. I met Joel Aguilar (very professional, good listener and understanding) I explain to him the purpose of my visit. Joel and I then started talking about the loyalty program from Acura. 24 hours after my initial visit, Joel gave me a deal that I could not say No to the car that i liked. Joel was able to get me into a 2023 Acura TLX Type S. Joel, Dave, Rick, Vivian and Amir were all understanding of what I was looking for in my new Acura and they all worked together to make it happen. If you are looking into getting a new Acura, head over to Acura of Thousand Oaks and ask for Joel Aguilar he will listen to what you want and he will help you get into a new Acura. Trust me, I was not planning on getting a new car but Joel worked his magic and was able to get me a great deal. Will buy from Joel in the future.

Leo from the Service Dept has consistently been extremely helpful and thorough with each visit, and I ve been taking my longest owned vehicle (MDX) for over 9 years.He explains all services performed clearly and shares the recommendations for services needed in the future.He s amazing! Communication is excellent and the attention to detail is the reason I will continue to bring both my Acura MDX and TL for service. He and I know what s the best way to keep my cars healthy and on the road.

This is the third ACURA I ve purchased from this dealership and each experience has been extremely professional from the sales team to finance. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and to get a new battery. When I arrived my car was next in line to be worked on. Took them 3 hours to complete these services. Highly recommend not using their service department.

Frank from Swickard Acura took amazing care of me. My car suffered rodent damage, so I needed a new wiring harness. The bumps in the road due to outside forces...mainly insurance confusion....could have created chaos. Frank eliminated the chaos, straightened out all issues, and provided me with a loaner for over two weeks. He kept me up to date on all progress, and his professionalism, compassion, and sense of humor made everything alright. Thank you Frank!!!!

I contacted Sebastian about an INFINITI they just received, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and test drove the car for me before I drove down. He answered all my questions and took some photos as I asked for. I made an appointment and drove 3 hours and the car was exactly as he described. All the staff were very friendly and I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them in the future. They are a no pressure dealer which made the purchasing process even better! Keep up the good work!
