I've had my car serviced here a few times and they have done a great job each time. Each member I encounter is pleasant and eager to assist. Jacob has been my assigned service person and his customer service engagement is top tier. He is friendly, explains things thoroughly and keeps me updated without me having to check on the status of my vehicle. If I move out of the area, I'll likely still want to bring my car here and work with Jacob.

Working with Jesus and his team at Rusnak Audi has been a great experience. Everything from the check-in, to keeping me updated and having a quick chat about cars when picking up, made the whole experience excellent. Went above and beyond for my latest service and I m truly happy. Very knowledgeable, helpful and all around nice staff.

This is my first experience owing an Audi and so far, I m incredibly happy with the car and service! Jesse is an amazing service advisor who goes beyond what s expected each time I ve met him! Also, a shout out to Max who helps with all the technology is incredibly helpful and patient as well! Both of these men are top notch when it comes to customer service!!!

Jesse has always been helpful with each Audi I ve owned. From my 2015 Q7, 2015 SQ5 and now my 2024 Q8 E-Tron! Always take s the time to explain best options for service and repairs.Service team is always friendly and Service Manager Jesus always takes time to greet me when available.

Jesus is one of the most knowledgeable professional which I have been dealing with my entire Audi journey. I was to thank him for always taking excellent care of me and my Audi. Quick to respond. Got parts quickly. Appointment of my choice. Excellent loaner vehicle. Quick fix. Courteous service and accurate diagnosis. Send video of area of car needing repair with technician explaining.

Windshield replaced by Safelite after damage from rock kicked up on freeway but they were unable to recalibrate camera in the windshield pedestal. Went to Rusnak and Service Rep Jorge explained process and got me in the next day. Required a fair amount of software updates but was kept informed throughout including diagram explaining what was necessary. Car available at the end of the day. Great communication throughout. Thanks to Jorge for his attention to detail and professionalism.

in the 24 years that I ve been using Rusnak Audi service department and recently to purchase my new Audi S3, I never get anything but the best treatment and service ever. they have always been straightforward with me and very helpful and accommodating.

I took my vehicle to get an engine light serviced along with getting an oil change. I appreciated the honesty my service advisor Jorge gave me with what the issues my car had and what steps were taken to correct them. I also appreciate that there wasn't a moment where they were trying to upset me a service I didn't need like a previous dealership tried to do. It's a longer drive to get to Rusnak Audi, but after this smooth experience that long drive is worth the headaches I avoid. Thank you

Jacob was a great customer service rep. Responsive, communicative, quick to provide information, friendly, and knowledgeable. The mechanics are also so kind and very helpful. 11/10 service as always.

I live in Burbank, but I buy my Audis in Westlake. Because the service is the best. Recommend 10/10
