Sarah, Logan and the Premier team did a great job on my car. Looks better than new. They went back and forth with my insurance co to get me the best price and their service is great. Highly recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Premier Coach.The quality of their work is no better than any average body shop. Despite claiming to use OEM parts, they actually opt for cheaper alternatives to save costs, without considering the impact on the final result. Their primary focus seems to be maximizing profits from insurance claims, with little regard for timeliness or customer satisfaction.I found Mike Everett, the person in charge, to be unprofessional and rude throughout my interactions with the business.It's worth noting that the president of this company, Cliff Sullivan, remains inaccessible, hidden behind layers of staff, making it nearly impossible to communicate with him directly.

Premier Coach Auto is the best place of business I ve ever been associated with. They removed an emblem off of my Porsche and installed a new one. The job was perfect and the staff there was very polite and accommodating.Premier Coach Auto was recommended by my local Porsche dealer and I can see why. Premier filled 4 drilled licence plate frame holes and painted the front bumper of my Porsche 911. It is a metallic color- notoriously difficult to match. The result was simply spectacular. It is no wonder the Porsche Westlake dealer uses them for all Porsche repairs. Would recommend them without reservation. Price was competitive with two other shops I called, but their work was stellar.

Our 23 Murano had front end damage. Mike Everett was instrumental in getting our car repaired. His time line was right on and keep us informed. The car was returned on time and detailed. We drove the car to Arizona the next morning. The workmanship was flawless. We will only use Premier Coach/Mike Everett.

Got my mercedez repaired, first they delayed ordering parts , repair took much longer than expected. They finally called to pick up the car when I inspected the car saw that the inside flat panel of the car above the right side door was broken. They didn t even bother to tell me about it. Aside from that. The left side door panel with the knobs was completely torn apart again they did not bother to tell me that when we told them about that they said oh, we will order parts and call you and try to fix it for you, very shoddy job and no transparency and additionally, I got charged extra for the rental car because they delayed the repairs when I went back to follow up with them to pay on the enterprise rent they were extremely rude to me and flatly declined and that that is after we had spoken on the phone in between the repairs that if the repair is taking more time because of them, they would be paying the rent the . Extremely unprofessional service.

Definitely recommend this shop if you have a Tesla! This repair shop delivers! Great service service on my model S and gave me a tour of their facility. They handled all the insurance complaints I had and their staff is awesome! Thank you guys!

top to bottom,stem to stern,their attention to detail as well as the customer, was/is peerless.pricey? a tad, but ya get what ya pay for with this crew.the magic they weaved would've fooled the good folks at Cadillac!unable to tell the difference.

I had an unusual body damage issue with my Tesla. Premier staff quickly evaluated the extent of the work needed and temporarily secured the car so I could still drive it while awaiting the ordered repair part. Staff went out of their way to be sure the car was safe and secure, and the ordered part was on time and installed quickly. Great work1Service: Body & Trim

There are a lot of collision shops out there, but Premier Coach stands above the rest for two reasons: Quality of work and customer service.I do not have an exotic vehicle, but got treated like I did when my car needed paintwork. It turned out fabulous in a very reasonable period of time. I was kept up to date on the status of the work. While there was a slight delay (my fault not theirs) in being able to pick the car up, it was washed and ready to go.Even if you need a repair not covered by insurance, go see them for great quality, service and pricing.Service: Body & Trim

Premier was recommended by the insurer for So Cal Edison as well as a neighbor on Nextdoor. There'd been a spontaneous explosion of electrical wires outside my house, with firemen appearing at my door to let me know..."Oh, I hope it didn't damage my car!" Well ;-(The loose and sparking filament above had etched deep scratches into my Ford Flex's roof, as well as leaving behind little amber-like crystals of some fire-substance. Premier matched the insurance's detailed quote and recommended a local car rental place for the duration. My treasured vehicle came back pretty as a picture! I've used Premier Coach I think 4 separate times, pictured are from when my old Audi got hit by a Tahoe, and the other my BMW had a camera dropped on it hard. I'm extremely particular with my cars and in all cases, they've down excellent work, there has never been any sign at all that any work had been done with the final product, panel alignment and paintwork was all matched perfectly.These were done for insurance, and while I'd gauge their price as a bit higher than average overall, that's probably down to them not taking any shortcuts when tackling a repair, as evidenced by the consistently flawless final result.The real test in customer service is what they do when things don't go perfect and in the one case it wasn't, they did not hesitate to make it right. Logan was the person I worked with this last time and he's very patient, making sure all concerns are addressed and the whole process is well understood. I don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, as this is the place to go when you want a job done in good time and done properly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went to Premier Coach Auto Collision last year for body work on a Tesla model 3.Logan Podell was quick to respond to any and all inquiries I had. They provided realistic assessments of the work needed and accurate ETAs on communication with Tesla, the parts and shipping arrivals, and resolving all concerns with insurance. Service was quick to do the job, and I had my car back within a couple of days.Great work, and would return again.Service: Body & Trim

My Tesla model 3 was involved in an accident. Daniel helped through the whole process and made it as simple as possible, handling the insurance and anything else needed. While the communication was intermittent during the repair due to the agent aside to my case leaving the company in the middle of the process, the quality of the repair was fantastic and the agent assigned to our case, Sara, was very professional in apologizing for the lack of communication and delay which made me understand our situation was out of the ordinary and they truly value providing a great customer experience. We would come back and definitely request Sara be assigned to our case!Service: Body & Trim

I have used Premier Coach 3 times now on two different cars. It's the only body shop that BMW recommends and I've had a great experience with them every time. Cannot say enough good things. Logan is a perfectionist and will check your car meticulously to make sure every little thing is fixed and that he gives you back your car like new. They call you with updates and work directly with the insurance company to send estimates, etc. I can't be happy with the service or with the finally quality of Premier Coach's work. Outstanding follow through and customer service. I can't say enough good things about Logan Podell and Cliff. The quality of their work is fantastic. More over, when you call their phone it says "we stand behind our work" and I can tell you first hand they absolutely do.In my case unfortunately there was an issue that happened which wasn't the fault of Premier but a third party contractor who reinstalled my windshield. Even though it wasn't Premier's direct fault, they stood up for their vendor and came to the table to resolve the issue. Ultimately they would have had to, but rarely does a company resolve an issue that cost them a lot of money, prior to being forced to do this. But Cliff and Premier did. I have used them in the past and the quality of the work is flawless. But to live up to their slogan and stand behind their work is exceptional.In summary, while most companies may say they stand behind their work, I can say hand on heart that Premier does. In my circumstance it cost them over $80,000 dollars to do so I believe. But, they stood up and did the right thing. Not because they were forced to, but because they wanted to.. Very happy with my experience at Premier Coach. They got my car's damaged body panels repaired and painted quickly and at a great price. My Insurance suggested Premier Coach Auto Collision for body work on my car. I could not be happier, my SUV looks new. Mike was a excellent communicator and kept me updated on the progress of my repair. I was given an appointment the very next day and after checking in, each person that walked by me said Good Morning and asked if I d been helped. My technician Lucas determined that my fender on the used car I had recently purchased was in an accident and had been missing some bolts and was slightly out of place. He replaced the bolts and popped the bumper back into place so that we could securely take our planned vacation north. Thank you!!!Service: Body & Trim
